The hotel staff and view is amazing. Food is really simple and good. Room was fantastic with sea view , very calm and quiet . I am happy we got room not to road view because it looked very crowded and noisy. The only bad things very unhygienic bathroom mostly shower-cocaroaches running and very untidy. Andhorrible smell after the night in all hotel-looks like farm smell ir smth like that. Very unclean coffee cups and coffee machines atbreakfast buffet. Overall i am satisfied with my
A gorgeous beach and a gentle sea. What more could you want? The location is 5+. Everything else is just unimportant, like everyone else's. For a seaside getaway, you can't beat it.
Great hotel to stay a couple of nights close to the airport.
Construction next door last for a year or more already.
Breakfast menu does not have any “health” food at all. Staff does not know what “porridge” or “hot oatmeal is”.
Other than these minor things - a nice new hotel
Time seems to have stood still in this hotel. The style is reminiscent of 80s classic nouveau. It's generally clean, but lacks some extra amenities like a razor, for example. A pleasant surprise was finding a hairdryer and a fridge in the room. I read a lot about this room, but I guess I got a really good one.
Also, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM – a basic English breakfast (good food by local standards) and drinks (juices, tea, coffee). The cost of breakfast is 5 euros.
After our family vacation, I stayed here for two more nights on my own. I absolutely loved the cozy, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere! Not only does the hotel have its own private beach for guests to enjoy water sports, it's also located in the middle of the most beautiful section of the seaside promenade. Taking a daily stroll along the promenade, taking in the surrounding ocean views, exchanging friendly greetings and even chatting with passersby was a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant's breakfast ingredients were incredibly fresh and generous, and the dinners were meticulously prepared, with the chef proactively seeking feedback. The location right by the sea, with stunning views and a well-chosen music selection, created a relaxing and relaxing holiday atmosphere. The hotel also has its own parking lot, making it convenient and safe from the sun. There are many other lovely details, too many to mention. Overall, I absolutely loved it!
Great stay at this family-run hotel!
The staff were really friendly, especially the smiling lady at the front desk. My room was nice - modern, spacious, with a good balcony. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.
Food was a highlight. Breakfast had lots of choices. Lunch and dinner were amazing - the chef is really talented. I enjoyed every meal.
The hotel has a long family history, which gives it a special feel. It's not like a big chain hotel at all.
Only small issue: could use more hooks for clothes in the room and bathroom.
Overall, I had a great time. The mix of friendly service, good food, and nice rooms made for a great stay. I'd definitely recommend it to others.
The hotel is excellent, I loved everything but especially the breakfast - one of the best I'be ever seen. Apart from the usual choices it had avocado and egg salad, french toast, fried haloumi and many more.
To be honest for the price we paid for it was one of the best hotels under 100$.. very nice and clean.. breakfast it was perfect .. as well what got our attention and impressed us is that in the room there was one use toothbrush with toothpaste and shaving set plus some extras for each guest that you don't find even in a 5 stars hotel that you pay over 500$ per night.. and thats in cheapest room plus has ropes and slippers.. there is no pool facility but u cant have it all trust me..

MM.N.ButtLovely little hotel tucked up a cobbled street, just off Kalavasos village centre piazza. Possibly a converted old residence, lots of character.
My trip required me to be near this village to easily visit friends residing there, and I just required a comfortable bed and clean bathroom as would be out during daytime.
This small hotel met my requirements.
Modern fully equipped bathroom, with rainshower, and large tub too ( jacuzzi function wasn't working). Towels changed daily.
Large comfortable bed with clean sheets.
Stocked minibar.
Free drinking water not provided.
Room furniture was a bit rustic but in usable condition.
Room corners etc could be cleaned a bit more carefully.
Breakfast buffet was included in my room rate and was minimal but sufficient, unless you're a heavy eater.
Overall, if I ever revisit Kalavasos, I may pick this place again, as it met my needs plus manager and staff were quite pleasant.
Thank you!

AAndreHotel not so easy to find in the middle of the night, especially if taxi driver stops at the wrong house number.
Self-check in was explained very good via e-mail some days ahead.
Very clean new room, small tough. But sufficient for some days. On the long term I would miss a pool and the sea view as well.

MMichael just MichaelBreakfast is very ordinary-nothing. It is suitable only if you are very hungry. Around the village and a few restaurants, it was boring in 4 days. The hotel is perpendicular to the sea, so it is very conditional to see the ”sea view” from all rooms. The rooms are the same, the type of dormitory-choosing ”expensive” is meaningless. Check-in one hour early or check-out one hour late will take half a day longer. Opposite another hotel, there is very loud live music playing until very late, even if you close the windows, you have to listen to bad songs and enjoy Cypriot Kirkorov, Elton John, etc. There is also a nice one-the staff is very kind and the water is clean.
GGuest UserGreat location in a calm, tranquil village about 30 minutes by bus from Larnaca. Short walk from the beach.
Nice Mediterranean and Western breakfast, and restaurant available throughout the day and evening.
Was kindly upgraded to a garden suite, so not sure what the main hotel rooms are like.
Staff very polite and helpful
Only issue was my booking was for one person, but included breakfast for two. Tried to get this changed by Trip.com and the hotel, but both parties put the responsibility on the other and the issue didn't get resolved
GGuest UserHotel was good, no issue, very helpful reception lady, and was very welcoming, room is fine, everyday cleaning service, i had breakfast included but i didn't take any as I was fasting. Hotel is not that expensive and reasonable
