This is a decent, standard airport hotel, very close to the airport. They offer a shuttle bus every half hour, though you can actually walk to the terminal. There's also an outlet mall next door for shopping and dining. The facilities are relatively new and have all the necessary amenities. Most of the staff are dedicated and helpful, though a very small number had slightly poor attitudes, which I can understand if they were on a night shift. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were very warm, hospitable, and went out of their way to help guests, even providing a charging cable to a guest next door, which wasn't even part of her job. There was a faint lingering smell of smoke in the room when I entered, but that's not the hotel's fault; it's due to a previous guest violating the no-smoking policy.

My stay was initially quite pleasant. The front-line staff were consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. When a small issue arose with our travel photos, the hotel promptly communicated and resolved it, which I appreciated. I thought I was going to have a wonderful experience, but it was completely ruined by one utterly unprofessional staff member, plummeting my satisfaction! While riding the shuttle bus, we politely asked the shuttle driver about the hotel's attractions and photo spots. The driver was halfway through explaining when another person nearby suddenly interjected and answered for him! Her attitude was extremely rude, cold, and dismissive. She was sarcastic the entire time, even accusing us of not speaking clearly. We were just asking basic, straightforward questions about attractions, and I truly don't understand how we could have possibly expressed ourselves more 'clearly'. When we politely asked about photo spots, she flat-out said there weren't any, and was incredibly impatient. Yet, later we saw clear signs for photo spots all over the hotel. We got zero useful information, only a belly full of frustration and anger! Afterward, the hotel told us this person was a 'secondary employee' and wasn't on duty, which is why she wasn't wearing an ID badge. I completely reject this flimsy explanation! Why was she wearing a uniform, riding a guest shuttle, and casually interjecting to address guests if she wasn't on duty? It's one thing to be unfamiliar with hotel operations and lack service awareness, but she didn't even have basic human decency. She seemed to be working with a chip on her shoulder, acting condescendingly, as if we, the guests, were accommodating her bad mood! In stark contrast, all the other shuttle drivers were kind, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, creating an incredibly jarring difference! The hotel's reputation, carefully built by its front-line staff, was completely destroyed by this 'secondary employee' who showed no rules, no professionalism, and no respect. The hotel merely offered a casual explanation of her identity without any indication of intending to improve. Such tolerance for employee misconduct is truly disheartening. I will never recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay here again!

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a 10-minute walk to Dadonghai Beach, and super convenient for getting to the downtown night markets and seafood restaurants. The hotel facilities are very well maintained; the rooms are clean and bright, and both the pool and self-service laundry room are in great condition. The staff are attentive and always ready to help. Special shout-out to VAN at the front desk for his excellent service! I'd definitely recommend this place to friends.

My partner and I stayed here for a night during our trip. We originally booked a room on floors 3-8, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a higher floor free of charge. Both the king and twin rooms offer partial sea views, and you can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the window. There are ongoing construction projects nearby, including an underwater tunnel and a grand theater, but we weren't bothered during the day while we were out exploring. The construction noise was minimal and didn't disturb our rest. We had such a pleasant stay that we decided to extend it for another night. The room was tidy and clean, with complete amenities. The staff were warm and attentive, and the concierge, especially the lady who assisted us, was very efficient. The location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for couples on a short trip. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Sanya.

After seeing so many beautiful reviews of the Century Bridge view, I booked this place without hesitation. However, the actual stay was very mediocre. The front desk told us they upgraded us to a sea-view suite, but it was actually a room in the apartment building – super old and rundown. The light switches were the kind you had to individually turn off, the bathroom tiles were yellowed, and the cabinet doors had a scary, yellowish tint. The furniture was also dirty and dated. Honestly, it would have been better if they hadn't upgraded us. I didn't really get to experience much else. Initially, I thought the service was pretty good, with daily follow-ups. But on our last day, when we checked out and left, I don't know if it was because it was early, but even though someone was standing by the door, they just watched us struggle with our two large suitcases without offering any help. They just coldly stared as we moved them ourselves. I found it utterly bizarre and was speechless.

The newly opened hotel will still have a little taste, but it doesn't matter, the room is very comfortable! ! ! The whole house is smart and shouts a small degree, and you can switch the lights and pull the curtains (you can still talk to Xiaodu if you have nothing to do). I also have a small balcony in this room. If I live with friends, I can also watch the scenery on the balcony. There is nothing wrong with it. Iron juices, if you don't have to go back to work, otherwise you will stay for two days. (The front desk is all handsome guys and beautiful women, too eye-catching 👍)

I wanted to add another breakfast, and the lovely waitress at the restaurant told me it would be cheaper to purchase it through the hotel's **livestream**, which I did. It was a great deal. I stayed for four nights in a deluxe double room with a bathtub. The room was spacious and quiet, and it was cleaned daily. If needed, the cleaning staff would change the bed linens every day. The only minor drawback was that the bathtub in the room was a bit old. I brought my own bathtub cleaner and gave it a good scrub. A hot bath before bed was very relaxing. Most of the guests staying here were from Russia, and there were staff members who spoke Russian. Nearby, there are Summer Department Store and Big Pineapple Mall, and it's about 700 meters to Lulingkou (bus stop), making transportation convenient. Plus, there are various snack shops nearby, so dinner is easily sorted. My flight was late, so I wanted to extend my check-out by two hours. The kind lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me with the late check-out. Additionally, the hotel beds are quite firm, which is perfect for people with back pain or herniated discs. My mother, who has a herniated disc, found the hotel's firm bed incredibly comfortable, and I did too. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.
