The HNA Airport Hotel Haikou is in a fantastic location, right next to Haikou Meilan International Airport. You can walk there or take the shuttle, making it perfect for early morning flights or layovers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-soundproofed, so you won't hear any noise. The service is warm and friendly, and the airport shuttle service is very convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. The only downside is that it's far from the city center, but it's ideal for travelers catching flights.

The hotel is very close to Sun & Moon Duty Free Plaza, and there are many small eateries across the street. It's also a short walk to Qilou Old Street. Although the hotel is a bit old, there wasn't any musty smell or other unpleasant odors, which I had somewhat expected. Being able to book this hotel during the Chinese New Year for this price, I felt it offered excellent value for money! That's why I decided to stay here again when I returned to Haikou. Xiao Wu and Xiao Jie were very attentive during my extended stay.

Excellent service, definitely worth staying here. The location is superb and convenient for transport. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and varied with different options every day. I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the beach, just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The front desk and room service staff were warm and attentive, even personally taking us to the pharmacy. Our room was upgraded to one with a large balcony and a great sea view. The public facilities like the pool and lawn areas were well-maintained. Although some facilities are a bit older, the overall value for money is high. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, catering to different tastes.

The environment is clean and the location is easy to find, just a ten-minute drive from the airport. The decor is also new. It's my top choice for value for money, and perfect as a temporary stopover for a flight the next day. Students and those on a budget who still want quality accommodation can't go wrong with this place. It's also suitable for families with kids staying long-term, as there's a dedicated play area for children and a free laundry room. There are parking spaces right outside the entrance. Great experience, I'll definitely be back!

This hotel has an English decor style and is conveniently located in the Guomao CBD, which was great for my business trip. Woohoo! The lobby is on the 43rd floor, which made check-in and check-out a little inconvenient, but the panoramic views of Haikou were amazing, so it was worth it. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. The view from my window was fantastic, with a park below and the ocean in the distance.

This is the best hotel we stayed at in the Qiongzhong Rainforest. We couldn't find any restaurants while strolling around at night, but the hotel has dining options, which the kids loved. Even though the temperature was very low at the end of January, I don't know how they endured the icy water outside. Hainan truly is a winter resort paradise! The hotel itself is like a scenic area; you could easily spend several days there without leaving the hotel.

The hotel environment is fantastic! There are plenty of facilities and activities, the bedding is clean and high-quality, and the room is quiet. The staff are enthusiastic, and I especially want to commend the dedicated hotel guest relations小姐姐 (Miss) from Trip.com for this stay. She contacted me by phone upon check-in and was responsive to all my needs throughout my stay. It was a perfect accommodation experience.

The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options and excellent fitness facilities. I was particularly impressed by the self-service laundry room – the machines are new, clean, and there are three washers and three large dryers that work really well. Both the hotel's amenities and services are top-notch. The only downside is the lack of a bellboy, so you have to carry your luggage up yourself. We stayed in room 1030, which had an obstruction outside, making it a bit dark. Also, the entire 10th floor is a smoking area, which is something to consider if you're traveling with children. Despite these minor issues, I'm still giving this hotel a full five-star rating!
