The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the view was great, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient transportation, and the breakfast selection was extensive.

As a guest visiting from Hong Kong, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The reception team were consistently professional, welcoming, and courteous throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognise Steven, who left a particularly strong impression on me. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making every interaction effortless and pleasant. Excellent customer service can make all the difference to a hotel experience, and Steven is a real credit to the team. Thank you for the warm hospitality – I would be very happy to stay here again when I next visit the Netherlands. ;)

Overall experience was great, one of the late morning check-in male staff was really welcoming and even upgraded me to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the river. But since the checkin is 3pm, when I got back, another burlier guy got us our keys but was way too serious and sombre. It's fine but a smile would go a long way. One tiny irk was the lack of bedroom slippers in a carpeted room. I feel it should be basic. And this is the one time I didn't bring a just-in-case pair and i was caught out. Anyway, location is good, tram connection to the Centraal Station just across the street or a 10min walk.

Quiet place and beautiful surroundings. Everything is very close by car. The breakfast is simple but very varied and delicious. In the room, we never ran out of coffee supplies and other items for the kettle. It was an experience I would definitely repeat.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the location was super convenient – just a 10-minute walk to the train station or tram stop. They even have a piano in the common area for guests to play!

The front desk staff were all very friendly, and the room was a pretty standard dorm. The shower had a bit of a drain smell if you showered for a long time, but it was okay. The bathroom, though, had a slight urine odor. The bed curtains were nice, but unfortunately, my perfume was stolen during my stay. You really need to hide your valuables well here.

The room was quite small; once my suitcase was open, it was hard to move around. The air conditioning unit was very noisy, which severely disrupted my sleep. On the positive side, the room was very clean, and the hotel's central location made getting around incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling city center.

The shuttle bus from the airport was convenient, and the room was spacious and clean. Having a bathtub was a great plus, helping me recover from my long journey. Perhaps because it was a junior suite, the juices, beer, chocolate, and potato chips in the mini-fridge were all complimentary. The freshly made omelets at breakfast were delicious.

Hotel was comfortable and good for our overnight stay before an early flight. Used the shuttle bus for the next day which was good. Seems quite far away from the actual airport but all in all a good hotel experience.

This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.
