The hotel is well-equipped, the service staff is friendly, and the transportation is convenient. It is a great experience.

The stay was generally satisfactory. Check in and check out processes were smooth, and the staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, though some furnishings showed minor signs of wear. Noise levels were acceptable, and basic amenities were provided as expected. WiFi connection was stable for most of the stay. Breakfast offered a limited but adequate selection. Overall, the hotel met standard expectations for its price range and would be suitable for short business or leisure stays.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel during this business trip, because I had a direct flight from Detroit to Shanghai. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are also good, the front desk is very nice, and they can provide free bottled water, but it is very expensive.

Poor sound insulation upstairs and downstairs

The surrounding area offers excellent amenities, with supermarkets, restaurants, and gas stations all within easy reach. The front desk service was professional, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast wasn't overly varied, but the portions were ample. Hot water, coffee, and black tea are always available in the restaurant. With many companies located within a 15-minute drive, it's ideal for business travelers.

The room was nice and clean, but nothing too special. The shower having an open pane and not being able to shut was odd, but as a solo person it didn't bother me. The only real negative thing was that my next door neighbors were being very loud with their, uh, late night activities and the door between the rooms didn't limit that noise much at all. Good hotel overall though.

Great spot off the highway to stop in the middle of a lake effect snow storm!!! Extremely friendly staff!! Very clean and cozy studio like rooms with a nice change up with hardwood floors instead or conventional 70’s hotel carpet. Rooms could use microwaves but great otherwise. The best lobby I’ve ever seen in a hotel!!!

Very good, the laundry room and gym are free, but the breakfast is simpler, there is also a swimming pool and basketball court, basketball is also free
