"It was a nice stay. Initially we booked the junior suite. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade. That was nice as we received a 20% discount on the dinners and 10% on the spa.
My girlfriend -as a massage specialist - enjoyed the deep tissue massage (she gave it a 7.5). We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Also the lounge was nice and we had some drinks and bites end of day. All in all a nice stay and very friendly service.
Location is very close to the airport, which made it a nice stay at the end of our trip."

GGuest UserThe hotel looks fresh and modern, almost like it was recently build. The gym is pretty small but good enough if you just need a quick workout, and the pool is nice for this type of hotel — although it can get very busy at times, so don’t expect a quiet swim.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment for me. It’s quite minimal, more like a 3-star standard, but of course that depends on what you’re used to — just don’t expect too much. Other than that, there isn’t much more to mention. Overall, it’s okay, but there are definitely better hotels in Medellín for a similar price

Negative points: Very bad sound isolation and still on 9th floor all that happens in the street is heard and it's hard to sleep well 😮💨 The rich breakfast though quite salted for my taste

En tríp la tarifa dice incluye tasas e impuestos y en el hotel decían que no. Lo cual generó incomodidad ya que fueron insistentes en esto.. Y en la madrugada 4 am hubo mucho ruido de la habitación continua.

GGuest UserThe view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.

The room actually comes with a small kitchen with a sink and microwave, but it's of little use to me.
Shopping malls and supermarkets around are very convenient
However, the hotel entrance is in a shopping mall and is easy to miss. The driver I booked to pick up the airport couldn't find the entrance.

GGuest UserVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

AAleja_8888The location is excellent, exactly in the middle of everything, walk distance to get the metro, many restaurants near by, 10 minutes walking to Provenza, easy to get to a a big super market where you can find all you need including clothes from Colombian brands.
They are very good to help you with everything you required. We got a tour with them to Guatapé as they suggest and was a really good experience.
The staff is so friendly and helpful, we didn’t have a metro card and they borrow us to used for all the time that we were in the hotel. They explained us where to go, timings, etc. in the place they have an easy metro map on the wall, that you can just see all the spots to visit in Medellin.
The place is very clean.
I’m very happy and for sure we will be back there when we come to Medellin again.

GGuest UserThe service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.

MMikhail IumashevI stayed at Tribe Medellín and was very happy with my choice. The hotel is stylish, modern, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The design is thoughtfully done with great attention to detail, making guests feel comfortable and welcome.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding — I slept great. The staff is polite, friendly, and always ready to help or give recommendations about the city.
The location is convenient, with many cafés, restaurants, and interesting places within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with fresh options available.
An excellent choice for a trip to Medellín — I would definitely stay here again!
