The carpet on the floor was a bit dirty, but the room's cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. It wasn't noisy at all. There was a slight smell in the room, but it cleared up once I aired it out. The younger front desk staff were all very good and polite. However, the older female staff member was a bit pushy and unaccommodating. They were very strict about the 2 PM check-in time with no flexibility. For breakfast, there were many types of bread, but very few hot dishes.

Lovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters. The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too. Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

The waiter service is slow and does not take the initiative to clean the room. Others are fine.

I used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance. There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us. Other services were fine. For breakfast, although there wasn't a lot of variety, there were several types of Algerian sweets that I enjoyed. The bread was also delicious.

Great welcome with free upgrade offered by them. The welcome cocktail at the bar is always appreciated but half of the drinks on the menu were not available. The gym and pool are at a great level. The structure is very spacious. Very good rooms even if you can see that they are already a few years old. Very good 24h room service, the food ordered was excellent. The only flaw, the bar does not have a smoking section but this is common in Algeria. Summing up however the room does not offer anything special for the (official) price paid, so it is too expensive for the type of structure and service offered.

The location was good with an excellent view of the sea and city, also convenient between the airport and downtown. Staff are especially courteous. Breakfast was excellent 👌🏾

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The household was done every day, but it left to desire: hair in the shower, forgotten to renew some hygiene products despite their use the evening, and dust on the hair during the entire stay without being cleaned one - What? The reception service was provided with shoes and slippers to access the spa. The shoes were received only two days later, despite several relaunches, which shows a lack of reactivity. The breakfast was correct and varied enough to start the day. However, every morning it was necessary to wait about 25 minutes to get a simple orange juice pressed in addition. The hot and private pool is a very positive point, but the jacuzzi was in trouble during the whole stay, which is a pity. The location of the hotel is pleasant, with many restaurants and shops at the foot of the hotel, making the stay even more practical and sympathetic

The room environment and security are very good. You will be required to go through security checks when entering the hotel gate, and vehicles will also undergo explosion-proof checks when entering the security area. However, most of the hotel buffets are bread (although this is the case in many hotels). The hotel does not allow outside food to be brought in.
