I chose this Mercure for my trip to Anshun, and as part of the HUAZHU Hotels group, the quality is guaranteed. The hotel is newly renovated, and the facilities and hygiene are excellent, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk service was particularly great—warm and attentive, even giving me an extra breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. The biggest bonus is that it's pet-friendly, so I could bring my furry child along. While the 100 RMB cleaning fee felt a bit high, it was acceptable. Parking was very convenient, with its own independent parking lot, so no need to search for a spot. Overall, I highly recommend it and would consider staying here again next time I visit Anshun.

If you're coming to Guiyang, you absolutely have to stay at the Sofitel Hunter! The location is simply divine! It's right above Hunter Plaza, and you can walk to Jiaxiu Tower in just a few minutes. All your shopping, dining, and sightseeing needs are covered, with zero hassle for getting around. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; Cat Xiaohan from the staff was super enthusiastic throughout our stay, proactively recommending local delicacies. The turndown service and welcome fruit platter showed amazing attention to detail, and responses were super quick. Rabby at the executive lounge was so welcoming and friendly, especially with children! The 55th-floor sky lobby has an incredible ambiance, and the room views are absolutely stunning. We had such a comfortable and worry-free stay. Seriously, if you're visiting Guiyang, book this place with your eyes closed – you won't be disappointed!

I arrived quite late, but the front desk service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and asked if I wanted a late-night snack – the fermented glutinous rice balls were absolutely delicious! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was a bathtub. I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the White House. Just exit the elevator, turn right, and walk about 200-300 meters, and you're at Exit B of Songhua Road subway station, which is quite convenient. It's also only two stops from Qianling Park. The snacks near Qianling Park are a bit cheaper than those in Huaguoyuan. This hotel has an excellent location; you can book it without hesitation!

Zhijin Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

My month-long trip around Yunnan and Guizhou came to a perfect end, and I was so happy to finally visit the long-anticipated Huangguoshu Waterfall in Anshun. I chose this Anshun Huangguoshu Kaiyuan Mingdu Resort Hotel from Trip.com. The online reviews were excellent, and it certainly lived up to its reputation! The hotel is right next to the scenic area, with beautiful surroundings and pleasant views. The hotel's high-end design style is elegant and unique, and the decor is luxurious and sophisticated. The lovely front desk supervisor provided warm and attentive service, even upgrading me to a deluxe king room. Fresh fruit was delivered to my room every afternoon. The hotel restaurant was also very clean and tidy, and the food was exceptionally delicious. In the evenings, I could read, swim, or work out – all great options. The breakfast was also especially tasty, making every day happy and comfortable. It's a wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday, and I'll definitely stay for a few more days next time! 🥤🥤

The bathroom features a wet and dry separation design, with a stable and ample hot water supply. The shower has strong water pressure and maintains a constant temperature, and the toiletries are of good quality. Five-star rating! The room is equipped with smart bathroom facilities, an HD TV, high-speed independent Wi-Fi, and a powerful air conditioner. The public areas are equally well-appointed, with a tidy and fully equipped gym and laundry room. For business travelers or those staying for an extended period, all laundry and fitness needs can be met. The attention to detail in the amenities is comprehensive. Highly recommend staying here.

I loved this place so much that I stayed 5 nights. Yang the owner speaks perfect English. I rang the day before and he was waiting at the train station with my name on a sign. He helped me organise the entrance fee. Mine was free as I'm 73 years old, even though I am a foreigner. I am travelling on my own from New Zealand. The train station pick up was free and very useful. If you take the bus it's a long way from the ticket office and bus stop into the village. Yang then transferred me into his smaller vehicle to go up the little lane to the hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes walk into the village and has a great view of the village.. It is quiet as it's a little bit away from the busy centre. The room was perfect. Everything new and very clean. And no smells. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding. I used the washing machine in the room to wash my clothes. There was tea and coffee provided. Yang took me on a full day trip to see some other local villages that have no tourists. We walked around the villages together. It was fantastic to have an English guide to explain everything. We saw people making rice wine, making indigo dye, building a house using traditional techniques. We saw a fighting buffalo. Yang chatted to the people and explained what they were doing. This was the best time I have had in China. He was a good careful driver. The breakfast was huge! So many dishes, including fruit. Yang was always available to help me with any questions and we had good talks every morning when he helped me plan my activities.

By the way, I came to Guiyang North Station to work. Compared with many hotels, I finally chose Hampton by Hilton. Although it was newly opened, the overall stay experience far exceeded expectations. I really recommend it to all friends who catch the high-speed rail and travel for a short trip! 📍 Great location: very close to Guiyang North Station, about 15 minutes walk with the suitcase, taxi is very convenient, there is free parking for self-driving, travel is not tossed at all. 🏨 Environment and guest rooms: The lobby is modern, simple and clean, and the elevator needs to swipe the card to go upstairs. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the blackout curtains are very effective, the corridor noise is almost inaudible, the rest quality is perfect, and the office network speed is stable and smooth. The overall staff is in a good mental state and the service is very good! There are many types of breakfast! It is comparable to the five-star service, and there are many types of choices. There are also local beef noodles, glutinous rice, spicy chicken, warm service, not many people just opened to eat, but the quality and service are online.

I have to say, because of this hotel, I spent a whole day in the room. The room was absolutely fantastic. The front desk upgraded me to a high-floor room with a view, offering a panoramic cityscape of Guiyang, which was stunning both day and night. The facilities and service are 100% on par with international five-star standards. The location is right in the heart of Guiyang, making it very convenient to get to several highly-rated restaurants and cafes. It's also great that the hotel now has robots delivering takeout directly to your room.

The air conditioning in the room worked great, cooling down the space in just a few minutes after coming in from the summer heat. The front desk staff proactively helped carry my luggage to the room, which was much appreciated. The cleanliness was meticulous, even behind the TV cabinet was spotless. Being right on Minsheng Road, it was incredibly convenient for exploring and dining out in the evenings.
