The hotel is in the city center yet surprisingly quiet, so sleeping at night was undisturbed. It's a mere three-minute walk to Minsheng Road for late-night snacks, and Caijia Street for local specialties is also close by. The room's cleanliness and attention to detail were excellent; there wasn't a single hair on the floor, and the towels were fluffy. My stay here definitely exceeded expectations.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic – the ambiance, cleanliness, comfort, service across the board, and the dining. I'd been wanting to experience it since last year but never found the right opportunity, so I was thrilled to finally make it! On our first night, we were in a room on a lower floor, and the noise from the plumbing upstairs disturbed our sleep. After providing feedback to our butler, we were upgraded for free to a balcony room on the top floor, which was more than double the price – kudos to them! The hotel also offers all-day dining; breakfast extends until 1 PM (this is the first time I've encountered this in all the hotels I've stayed at over the years!), which is incredibly thoughtful for guests who like to sleep in, truly allowing residents to relax and rest. In the evenings, they even offer sweet soups and late-night congee – simply amazing! The snacks, drinks, and fruit in the room are also plentiful and completely free. When checking out, the hotel even gave us a gift to apologize for our disturbed sleep on the first night. They genuinely care about every guest's experience and are incredibly thoughtful! I will definitely be back!

I stayed here for several nights in a row, and the experience was consistently excellent. The hotel's daily housekeeping is diligent, cleaning my room meticulously every day and promptly replenishing drinking water and toiletries. My rest was undisturbed, and the water, electricity, and bathroom facilities were consistently reliable. Downstairs, there are plenty of amenities, making dining and shopping very convenient. The public areas are regularly cleaned, maintaining a tidy and comfortable environment. The staff are courteous and proactively address any needs, showing great thoughtfulness. It's very comfortable for extended stays and offers outstanding value for money. Five stars! I'll definitely choose to stay here again whenever I'm in the area.

I arrived quite late, but the front desk service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and asked if I wanted a late-night snack – the fermented glutinous rice balls were absolutely delicious! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was a bathtub. I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the White House. Just exit the elevator, turn right, and walk about 200-300 meters, and you're at Exit B of Songhua Road subway station, which is quite convenient. It's also only two stops from Qianling Park. The snacks near Qianling Park are a bit cheaper than those in Huaguoyuan. This hotel has an excellent location; you can book it without hesitation!

Our overall stay exceeded expectations! The hotel's layout was clean and efficient, and the public areas were spotless. The most delightful surprise was the incredible view, offering a stunning panorama of the Wanfenglin mountains. The scenery changed beautifully from morning to evening, a true feast for the eyes. The guest rooms were spacious and airy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it ideal for families with young children to get a peaceful rest. The hotel amenities were comprehensive, the staff were warm and courteous, and the environment was quiet and livable, far from the hustle and bustle. It was perfect for both relaxing and family holidays. Excellent value for money, definitely the top choice for families traveling with kids.

Traveling with my family, a friend recommended the Kaiyuan Manju Hotel in Huangguoshu, and our overall experience was very satisfying. The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location, very close to the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, making it convenient to get around. This trip coincided with abundant water in the waterfall, and the scenery was breathtaking and spectacular. The front desk staff were professional and patient, and check-in was efficient and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was also good. The outdoor lawn is very spacious, and there are alpacas, sika deer, Call Ducks, and miniature pigs, all friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

We checked in a bit late on the first day, but there were plenty of snack options right outside the hotel for dinner. The hotel environment is great, and the decor is lovely, so we decided to extend our stay for another night. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the cleaning ladies were also very kind. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Highly recommend this homestay! The house has complete facilities, comfortable bedding, intelligent whole house, the whole homestay is cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom, window, corners are not stained, and the hygiene standards are very high. The location is very good, living in the water, the courtyard and the surrounding green plants are lush, the air is fresh, the eyes are full of beautiful scenery, and it is very comfortable to stay away from the hustle and bustle. There is also an outdoor swimming pool! The water quality is clear, and the whole homestay environment is like a paradise! Breakfast and dinner are also very local, especially delicious! The boss treats people sincerely and communicates smoothly. Not only patiently answering questions, but also intimately sharing the surrounding play guides, the service is particularly in place, and the stay experience is full!

Just a short 5 min walk from exit E of Penshuichi metro station. 2 lifts. Room is big with windows. Comfortable bed with 4 pillows. Got couch, writing desk with chair, shelf, clothes hanger, powerful hair dryer and usual amenities. Toilet n bath separated, smart, warm toilet with bidet too, a rare find in China. Provided us with extra bottles of water. Laundry room has mini gym, 3 washers and 3 dryers, but not efficient in cleaning and drying. Suspect no regular cleaning & maintenance. Bike for exercise, the seat is very loose, cannot use. Extra hooks in toilet & bathroom would be nice. Good buffet breakfast, many choices. American and Italian coffee made fresh, superb. Front desk service good. Location good to move around with metro. Age over 70, use metro free. All in a very good value hotel, clean and comfortable.
