The front desk service was very welcoming and enthusiastic. They upgraded our room for free and even gave us souvenirs and a New Year's plush horse. The room was also very large and spacious. What's even better is that the hotel grounds are huge, with a pet park on the outdoor lawn, a kids' soft play area, and a newly built sandpit playground. The facilities for families are very comprehensive! There are also large camping tents and chairs, and it's really comfortable to relax on the lawn and soak up the sun. The pet park has alpacas, sika deer, and very cute pet sheep. The breakfast was also rich and varied.

Staying at Sooong while visiting Guiyang was such a great choice! Upon check-in, I received fresh-cut fruit, and the front desk staff helped me with my luggage and even thoughtfully planned out routes for Qianling Mountain and the snack street. It was incredibly heartwarming. The room's cleanliness was absolutely amazing; the floors were spotless, the bedding was soft and tidy, and the bathroom had no water stains or odors—even the vanity was perfectly clean. My entire stay was super comfortable, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

It was my first time staying here. The hotel staff patiently guided me to check in, and the shuttle bus was convenient for picking me up at the hotel entrance. The room has a good panoramic view, the room service staff are very enthusiastic, and there is also a Miao clothing experience. A very novel experience. Breakfast is served in the room. Considering the cost-effectiveness, other room types are also very comfortable to live in. After all, it will be more effective to integrate into the village personally.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, just 1.2 kilometers from Jiaxiu Tower, a pleasant 20-minute walk away. From the higher floors, you can even catch a glimpse of the tower from your window. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff, especially one young lady, was incredibly helpful. After staying for three days, I asked her if a complimentary upgrade to a king-sized bed room (1.8m) was possible, and she immediately agreed! I was very impressed with her service. The only minor drawback is the hotel's somewhat small parking lot, with narrow spaces that make maneuvering a bit tricky. However, this seems to be a common issue in the old town area.

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so the decor and amenities are brand new. The design is simple yet grand. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff, especially the lady, was beautiful and considerate. She really set a great impression for Guizhou girls, haha. Room Size: The twin room was spacious enough. Location: Right next to the high-speed train station and bus terminal, which is super convenient. It's also easy to get a taxi or Didi to the city center. For us, who were transferring to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it was incredibly convenient. Since it's close to the high-speed train station, it can be a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want to reconsider. My friend and I are sound sleepers, so it didn't bother us. I forgot to take photos, but overall, it was really great.

What a cosy and lovely minsu to stay in if you are planning to explore Xiaoqikong Scenic area! The minsu is only 5-10 minutes walk from the east entrance or the minsu will also arrange to bring you to and fro with a buggy ride. The chap at the reception, Xiao Feng, is especially friendly and is always happy to have a chat with the guests. He also arranged for free transport to bring us to and fro Libo railway station. The room has everything that we need - the shower water was warm, air-conditioner was comfortably cool and there is even a fridge! Place is also within walking distance to convenience stores and a food street. Thank you for the hospitality!

Environment: This really is a room inside a natural cave! The rock walls retain their original texture, paired with minimalist design, giving it a super luxurious feel 💯. The bathroom also has a cave-like style, and the huge bathtub is incredibly comfortable for a soak. Food: For breakfast, they set up the dining table right by the terrace, where you can enjoy your meal overlooking the pool and mountain views – talk about an amazing experience! The authentic Guizhou cuisine for dinner was also incredibly impressive; every dish was a hit and far from the usual bland tourist-trap food. Atmosphere: The cave pool at dusk is absolutely breathtaking. During the 'blue hour,' the light and shadows dance on the water. Sitting in the circular hot tub, sipping tea and gazing at the mountain scenery, it felt like all my worries just melted away 🍵. The cave bar also has a fantastic ambiance; a little drink there was just perfect.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the snack street and night market. The front desk service is warm, polite, responsive, and proactively upgraded the room. The room is large, not only with welcome fruits, but also free drinks at the Mini Bar. There are also delicious late-night beef noodles, chicken noodles, beef noodles, etc. to enjoy. The breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh, with many varieties and long opening hours (7 am to 12 pm). There is even a special oven to supply sweet baked sweet potatoes. Afternoon tea must be booked in advance; special cocktails are located in the executive lounge on the right side of the lobby. A very satisfying stay experience, I felt the hospitality and service spirit of Zunyi during the New Year!

Hotel is very close to Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport and the hotel provides free shuttle to airport which starts as early as 6 am. If your flight is too early that you can’t be able to take the free shuttle, you still can walk to the airport in 10 minutes time which 400m away

The room was excellent, and we got a free upgrade to a second-floor room with a fantastic view. Parking was safe and convenient. All the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The food at Paoniushan Chinese Restaurant was delicious for dinner, and breakfast was plentiful. There's also a self-service laundry room. It's just a 5-minute walk to the scenic area entrance.
