This hotel is super close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, just a few minutes' drive away. The environment is fantastic, with a garden-style design surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The moment you step in, all your travel fatigue just melts away. The rooms are clean and tidy with great natural light, and the bedding is really comfortable. The service is thoughtful and attentive; the front desk staff are warm and efficient, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including some authentic Guizhou specialties. The hotel is also very new, and it's incredibly convenient that you can open the door with your phone, so there's no need for a key card.

I chose this hotel for its location, as there are many popular restaurants downstairs, and it's about a 14-minute walk to Jiaxiu Tower. They offer a free mini-bar with drinks, and complimentary yogurt and fruit. Breakfast is delivered to the room. The common area has fitness equipment and a washing machine. You can request a late check-out until 2 PM if you ask in advance. However, the soundproofing is really poor. Anyone with sensitive hearing would be driven crazy. At night, I could hear the sound of trash bags being changed. Around 6 AM, the kitchen staff started working, and I heard the sounds of unpacking, breaking dishes, and food preparation – I felt like I was living in the kitchen! I scheduled breakfast delivery for 8:30 AM, but they started knocking on my door at 8:12 AM... they have no sense of time at all.

The hotel's environment and facilities are great. You can catch several performances directly from the viewing platform within the hotel. While the view might not be as good as the prime spots, the convenience of not having to rush around is a huge plus, especially for older guests. My elderly family member had a minor accident and got a little injured within the scenic area. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, accompanying them to the hospital and assisting with the insurance claim. When they returned, the hotel even sent up some food to help them settle down. My elderly family member was absolutely thrilled! It's rare to find such exceptional hotel service. Thumbs up!

The hotel toiletries are exquisite! I must give a shout-out to our butler, Ruyi. She was incredibly patient throughout our stay, always ready to answer any questions we had. At checkout, she proactively asked about our experience and if there was anything that could be improved. You could genuinely feel her dedication to providing excellent service. The biggest surprise was realizing I'd forgotten my souvenir gift; the butler had already helped mail it out and even sent me the tracking number! This level of care, treating a guest's small matters as a high priority, is truly rare and commendable.

My stay at the Mercure Anshun West Railway Station exceeded my expectations. The hotel is super close to the high-speed train station, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the smart amenities were very easy to use. The biggest surprise was the complimentary buffet breakfast; it offered a great variety, and everything tasted delicious. I especially recommend the hot local rice noodles – they were a perfect start to the day. The staff were warm and attentive, and overall, it offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Anshun.

Service: The owner was so enthusiastic, giving us tips on how to easily explore Xiaoqikong and Daqikong (Small and Large Seven-Hole Scenic Areas), and even treated us to some really sweet oranges 🍊. For those who love Hanfu, you can rent outfits for photoshoots. Introverts can enjoy a game of chess, while extroverts can gather for a lively mahjong session 🀄. Our little one had an absolute blast! At our next hotel, the first thing they asked was, 'Do they have a mahjong room here?' Hahaha 😂. Facilities: Since there were many of us this time, we specifically chose the unique three-story suite. Not only did it have independent dual bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings much less chaotic, but the parent-child facilities – especially the big slide – brought out the inner child in both adults and kids. There's also a fantastic massage chair 💆 on the first floor that's incredibly comfortable. The large outdoor terrace would be perfect for sunbathing for hours if the weather is good ☀. P.S. A note on the location: It's only a few hundred meters from the East Gate of the Daqikong/Xiaoqikong scenic area, less than a ten-minute walk to the East Gate Visitor Center. The guesthouse used to offer shuttle services, but unfortunately, due to policy changes, these have all been discontinued. It's a bit of a shame, but regardless of its location, facilities, or service, it's still an incredibly worthwhile guesthouse!

We stayed at the Yalugu Hotel with our elderly parents and children on the second day of the Chinese New Year this year, and it was a unique experience that received unanimous praise from the entire family. First off, the winter climate in Guizhou is incredibly comfortable; it's pleasantly warm and much more suitable for traveling with seniors and kids than we expected. The biggest surprise was that the hotel upgraded all three of our rooms to the cave area, which made the experience absolutely incredible! The waterfall cascaded right outside our windows, complementing the bamboo forest and distant mountains. This scenery left the entire family in awe. Both the hotel's facilities and services were high-quality, and the Chinese New Year atmosphere was fantastic. Little touches like red envelopes and 'Wangwang' gift packs were particularly delightful, and the children were overjoyed. The hotel also organized traditional activities like 'Touhu' (pitch-pot game) and bamboo weaving, which added to the festive spirit. I must especially mention the complimentary '圍爐煮茶' (tea brewed around a fireplace), which was surprisingly excellent. The barista was incredibly enthusiastic, constantly helping us brew tea and refill fruits, providing truly thoughtful service. The restaurant staff were also very attentive. We arranged our dinner time, and they promptly reserved our table and served our meals on time, which was a huge relief for us traveling with elderly parents. Many thanks to Hongmei and Yangyang for their considerate arrangements, and a special shout-out to Yang Guoshu and Xiao Wan for meticulously and thoughtfully handling our luggage. From our 10-year-old child to our 70-year-old parents, everyone in the family was extremely satisfied with this stay. The value for money after the room upgrade was off the charts, making this a truly unforgettable experience.

Excellent value for money! **Facilities:** The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, as all the facilities are brand new. The room was very spacious and even had a smart AI assistant. They provide three meals a day, so you don't even need to go out for food, and they offer free laundry service. **Hygiene:** Very clean, with thoughtful little amenities like disinfectant wipes and toilet seat covers. **Environment:** Great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient access to anywhere you want to go. **Service:** Every staff member was very enthusiastic. **One small area for improvement:** The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

This hotel is the nearest airport hotel that I have ever stayed in China. The room is spick and span. The room alloted to me on the eighth level allows me to see the airport terminal, the observation decks, airport train station and flights taking off from the airport clearly. I take home the free razor and toothbrushes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel but the hotel restaurant is closed at night and the receptionist is not around to take room orders. I ate durian bread at the hotel cafe near the concierge for lunch. I will stay here for sure again in October 2025.

The hotel has a great environment and is very close to Fanjing Mountain, with free parking available, making it perfect for self-driving tours. Since it was off-season, we even got a complimentary upgrade to their most luxurious suite. Butler No. 02 provided excellent service; he proactively helped carry our luggage to the room and even assisted us with a Fanjing Mountain travel itinerary. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Fanjing Mountain next time.
