This is our family’s second stay in a row in such a warm and nice place in a modern and historic city Luan. We absolutely enjoy everything the city and Wanxi hotel has offered us. It’s another memorable experience that we’ll cherish before we come back soon.  Sharing a couple of photos from the hotel as a part of our experience and memory. Firstly, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. On the first day, we ascended from the front mountain, explored Bright Summit, and then checked into the hotel to rest, allowing us to easily catch the sunset nearby. On the second day, after visiting Monkey Watching the Sea and Beginning-to-Believe Peak, we descended from the back mountain. This not only aligned with our scientific plan of a strenuous first day and a more relaxed second but also allowed us to completely avoid large crowds, with no queues for the cable car, shuttle bus, or hiking routes. Secondly, the hotel experience was excellent. From the delicious and varied dishes at the buffet to the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff we encountered, everything was incredibly satisfying. Considering the immense effort of the porters we saw along the way, who make such an experience possible through manual labor, it felt particularly valuable. Definitely worth revisiting.

Every step is a scene, and every place is full of love. Good location, beautiful scenery, complete facilities, and good service! The scenery is five-star, the service is super five-star, and the stay experience is beyond expectations! The front desk check-in is efficient and professional, the room service responds quickly and accurately, the restaurant has a rich variety of dishes, which are not only nutritious and delicious, but also have local characteristics, and the attitude of the service staff is warm and friendly. Weather forecast, chargers and medicated oil, as well as the sunscreen in front of the windshield in the parking lot... The hotel has grasped the details of the service quite well. For my Chinese New Year trip, I booked this hotel located near Huaihe Road. The location is excellent, right next to Huaihe Road and within walking distance. The pedestrian street is bustling both day and night. We booked a king room and even got a free upgrade! The hotel breakfast is served on the 25th floor from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and they even offer a late-night congee service. I feel this hotel offers great value for money. The room was quite spacious, and the shower had good water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

A responsible and considerate butler meticulously asked if we needed more drinking water in the room, arranged our check-out time, and introduced us to all the services available at the hotel. An older gentleman, impeccably dressed in a trench coat, courteously opened the car door for us right at the hotel entrance. An unexpected room upgrade led to a delightful encounter with the ever-changing Swan Lake. During breakfast, there was no chaotic crowd; just a wide array of cuisines from around the world, enjoyed by a pleasant window, providing a long-lost sense of relaxation. The perfect room was the biggest surprise this hotel offered. Its thoughtful setup and meticulous maintenance made me feel cared for and at ease, allowing me to enjoy two comfortable bath times and two nights of peaceful sleep. The attention to detail was exceptional; I'd give it a perfect score without hesitation.

Facilities: While some details in the rooms show their age, overall they are clean and comfortable. Environment: The common areas are very grand, with magnificent crystal chandeliers and large-scale art decorations that perfectly convey the luxurious feel of an old-school five-star hotel. Service: Staying during Golden Week meant the hotel was under a lot of pressure, but they handled it well, and the quality of service was maintained.

My stay at Le Fuchang Platinum Hotel truly surprised me with its exceptional facilities, far exceeding my expectations for a five-star hotel! **Room Amenities: Impeccable Detail, Full of Tech** The first impression upon entering the room was 'new' and 'smart'. The room was incredibly spacious with a modern and elegant design that instantly made me feel relaxed. The best part was the full-room smart control system; lighting, curtains, and air conditioning could all be conveniently managed via a control panel. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, offering a wonderful sense of embrace that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-designed, and the rain shower provided a rich, dense stream of water that washed away all fatigue. Furthermore, the high-definition large-screen TV and high-quality minibar added significantly to the overall experience. **Public Facilities: Rich and Complete, Enjoy Your Leisure Time** * **Gym**: The gym was well-equipped with advanced machines. Running on the treadmill while facing the outdoor view made the time fly by. * **Dining Facilities**: The breakfast restaurant was bright and spacious, offering a wide variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western, with the local specialties being particularly authentic. * **Other Details**: The lobby bar had a stylish design, perfect for business meetings or casual gatherings with friends. The hotel's high-speed Wi-Fi covered the entire building with stable signals, which is crucial for both business travelers and tourists. In summary, the investment and care put into the facilities at Le Fuchang Platinum Hotel are evident. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel provides high-quality comfort. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Compared to its appearance, Shilin Hotel seems to be one of the older hotels on the mountaintop, and it's also relatively smaller in scale. The room has a standing air conditioner with very powerful heating, so you definitely won't get cold. Unfortunately, it's not very smart; it doesn't seem to have a sleep mode, which means you have to frequently turn it on and off to avoid getting too hot. The location is quite convenient. The sunset spot organized in winter is Baie Mountain Villa, and the sunrise spot is Mushroom Pavilion at Shixin Peak. However, if you go at the scheduled time, you definitely won't get a front-row view. I recommend heading out at least an hour earlier than the predicted time for that day.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Cece, our concierge in Hefei! Her professionalism and efficiency are simply top-notch. She knows everything about Hefei's attractions and cuisine like the back of her hand, and the itinerary she planned for us was perfectly balanced – a great mix of classic sights and delightful hidden gems. Cece was incredibly responsive and always on top of things, even more so than us when we encountered any issues. It's truly reassuring to have such a reliable concierge when you're traveling. Seriously, if you're coming to Hefei, you *must* reach out to her; you won't be disappointed!
