Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Spotless
Environment: Great
Service: Outstanding! I had a fever after a long hike, and they thoughtfully prepared cold medicine for me. The restaurant also had ginger tea, which was a very nice touch. The food here is also really good! You can even adjust the taste to your liking, which is fantastic for someone particular about their food! Overall, it was very nice and superb.

The hotel's location is great – not far from the transfer center and the scenic area's south gate. Plus, they offer pick-up and drop-off services. The staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room for free and gave us a souvenir! The hotel isn't right on the main road; it's set back a bit, making it really quiet. I highly recommend it for anyone who prefers a peaceful stay. There are restaurants and massage places right downstairs, which made the experience even better.

The service was really warm and attentive, and the environment was very photogenic and clean. They even provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes. It's also super convenient to the Old Street, and they offer a shuttle service. The only thing that could be improved is that the king room's shower doesn't have a place to put clean clothes. If you want to grab clean clothes after showering, you have to open the shower door and get them from the sink area outside, but there's no door for privacy there. It could be a bit awkward if someone suddenly walked by. This was a minor inconvenience, but everything else was great.

The soundproofing wasn’t great, as I could hear noise from outside and even people showering in nearby rooms. However, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The red jacket provided by the hotel was especially useful—it kept me warm and dry during the rainy weather. The window view wasn’t as good as I expected, and the room was quite small, but the overall cleanliness was acceptable.
The room was very warm thanks to the heater, which made the stay comfortable. I had originally booked this hotel to watch the sunrise and sunset from the mountain, but unfortunately, the rainy weather didn’t allow me to experience that, which was a bit disappointing.
Considering it’s one of the most affordable hotels at the top of the mountain, it’s still a reasonable choice. The evening performance was creative and enjoyable. I also appreciated that the staff allowed me to check in a bit early and didn’t rush me when I left. Thank you!

I'm giving this five stars.
First, let me address the downsides:
1. Hotels in Huangshan are incredibly expensive during holidays. It was 2000 RMB a night during the Qingming Festival. The buffet is 180 RMB, and kids under 140cm are half price. So, check your wallet first.
2. This hotel is great for kids, but there's no elevator, so seniors will have to walk up several flights of stairs.
Now for the advantages:
1. It's expensive for a reason. Firstly, the hotel is relatively new and well-equipped. You have to remember that Bright Summit is at an altitude of 1860 meters, and all along the way, I saw porters carrying supplies. It's incredibly difficult to transport so many goods to the mountaintop. During holidays, when it's crowded, finding a comfortable hotel and spending two days hiking Huangshan is truly rejuvenating.
2. The kids loved it! The hotel has a great design. Right outside our room on the fourth floor, there was a Mario character sitting there, which my son adored. The arcade machines in the lobby are free, and kids were constantly gathered around them. Even adults from the '80s generation would spend ages playing.
3. I thought the 180 RMB buffet was pretty good; all the dishes tasted great. The cured meats like bacon and sausage were very authentic, and there was fermented tofu (Mao Doufu) and many other local specialties. The food was genuinely delicious. After a day of hiking, you're ravenous, and I ate a lot of short ribs, prawns, and warm kudzu powder (with a bit of fried rice, honey, and raisins – a real comfort for my stomach). I especially loved their pie-like pastry; it was so good, with preserved vegetables inside and what seemed like highland barley flour for the crust. My son is 140cm, so he got half price, making it 270 RMB for both of us, which is actually cheaper than ordering à la carte outside.
4. Originally, I wanted to stay at Bright Summit and Baiyun Pavilion to catch the sunrise. However, Danxia Peak near Paiyunlou offers excellent sunrise and sunset views, and crucially, it's less crowded and very close by. The hotel's 'little butler' (concierge) told me the sunrise and sunset times, with a 55% chance of seeing them. We were incredibly lucky during our stay and witnessed both morning and evening, leaving very satisfied.
5. From here, the next day, you can go to the West Sea Grand Canyon, take the small train, and then head down the mountain.

I went to Hefei to visit relatives and booked this hotel. The environment is very good and quiet. The waiter was very enthusiastic. Because I forgot to bring the power cord, I borrowed it from the front desk. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. She searched inside and outside for a long time and found one for me. Thank you very much. It is very close to Wanda Plaza. There are also many places to eat around. The breakfast is very rich. Take-out can be delivered to the door of the room. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Hefei, Hefei in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, just in the bustling Red Street in the city center, but the upgraded room is very quiet and the rest is very good at night. Travel and parking are very convenient. The details are particularly well done: the room has a high-end fragrance, and it is also intimately equipped with laundry detergent and free drying service. The local special breakfast in the breakfast room on the first floor is rich in variety. In particular, it is necessary to exaggerate the manager Wang of Tang and treat people sincerely. Will stay here next time!

Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive.
The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around.
Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!

Room: I stayed there many years ago. I was upgraded to a room after I checked in. It was very large and the decoration was great. I went there many years later. The hotel was seriously worn out. It was estimated that there was no spare time for maintenance and upgrades due to the large flow of customers. The soft furnishings on the wall were shaking and protruding after I checked in. The bathroom and entrance tiles were broken. I thought the floor was dirty and not cleaned, so I asked the front desk. The cleaning staff came and explained that it was because the tiles were falling off. After mopping twice, it was still the same. I applied for a room change and was told that the next door was worse. But the children were tired and hungry and needed to eat first, so I accepted it. As a result, when I came back to wash at night, the shower head in the shower room could not be fixed at all and fell down. It was broken and could not be used. I hit my foot. Fortunately, it was not serious. I went to the bathtub to wash, but there was no water at all. I was depressed. Finally, I used the shower head to brush my teeth in the shower room without a shower head and a small shower head. I found that there was only an empty shower cap in the box. There was nothing else. I called the front desk again and sent toiletries. This is really a bit speechless. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation when staying in a hotel. What is worth praising is the swimming pool🏊♀️The children like it But the kids and teachers who were in swimming class in the morning didn't care about the kids who were staying there. They splashed around in the water. The breakfast was very rich in variety, including drinks, pastries, etc. It felt much worse than the last time I stayed there. I don't believe that it's a little worse than Sheraton now. I still feel that I was quite satisfied with my first stay in Chuzhou. I was a little disappointed this time.

GGuest UserVisited Hefei during the May Day holiday and staying at The Langham was an absolute delight! Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!

FFitStarBeautiful location and excellent service from reception (manager gave us a free upgrade to the best room on the property!) to arranging everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The Deputy manager Felix was most helpful, he speaks English and we also received a thoughtful parting gift of local tea. The food at Bai Yun and Ming Yue restaurants were excellent! The buffet breakfast quality and choice was top notch. We wished we stayed longer than one night! We stayed here after two nights at Huangshan Summit so the in the room wooden bath soaks was a dream. Room was very clean and spacious. Truly 5-star!
GGuest UserIt's rare for me to be enthusiastic enough to write a review for a hotel I've stayed at, but the InterContinental Hefei provided an absolutely fantastic experience. In terms of service, we arrived around 10:00-11:00 PM, and as soon as our car pulled up to the entrance, a bellhop warmly greeted us and helped with the door and luggage. The front desk proactively upgraded us to a high-floor, scenic king room and even offered a complimentary welcome drink for being a member. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room. During our stay, whenever we called for an extra blanket, a disposable bathtub liner, or a remote control battery change, someone was at our door within roughly three minutes. The room rate included a happy hour, and when I brought my child (who is 1.6 meters tall) the next evening, they didn't charge for an extra person and even offered a complimentary item for the child. Upon checkout, they even gave us some fruit to take on our journey. The room facilities were absolutely superb as well; it was very spacious, and all the amenities were complete and thoughtfully designed. It featured a large bathtub with a TV next to it. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, the stay was truly wonderful. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions like the museum, ocean world, ancient Xiaoyaojin Park, pedestrian street, Lei Street, and the University of Science and Technology of China campus. There's also the Yintai in77 shopping mall just one block away, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I will definitely choose to stay at InterContinental Hefei again on my next trip to Hefei.
GGuest UserThis was my first time visti Chuzhou City, mainly for a business trip. The client recommended a newly opened hotel, and I honestly didn't expect the front desk service to be this good—they even upgraded my room for free. Most importantly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, easy check in, which is the most important for me when choosing a place to stay.
I'm more used to Western food, but their breakfast was surprisingly very nice.
A wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Fresh food, great taste perfect for starting the day with energy.
Extra amenities: Free parking, quiet rooms with excellent soundproofing, and fast free Wi-Fi. Ideal for both business trips and vacations.
Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chuzhou. The hotel is very close to Chuzhou Railway Station and offers pick-up and drop-off service. They even helped with my luggage. The internet connection was smooth and reliable as well.
My stay was far beyond expectations, with thoughtful details everywhere:
Lobby: Elegant and spacious, with pleasant fragrance and relaxing music. It felt comfortable the moment I walked in.
Room: The bedding is the best and clean I've experienced among all the hotels I've stayed in.
A lovely touch: I even received a small farewell gift when checking out, so heartwarming!
A well-deserved five-star review. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Chuzhou!

Qqian11I checked in with the intention of giving it a try, and the room I booked was a pleasant surprise. The view was stunning from the window, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It was a truly relaxing stay. The value for money was truly excellent, and the hot springs were fantastic. With so many different pools, I could find the perfect temperature for my needs, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The parking lot is spacious and free. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place—it's a surefire hit!
GGuest UserI booked this room by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! I arrived at Huangshan North Station around 3 PM and was debating whether to stay at the foot of the mountain or on it. I called the front desk, and they patiently guided me. Their sincerity convinced me to stay on the mountain. I checked in a few days before the May Day holiday, so there weren't too many people. The hotel facilities were quite good, especially considering its mountain location – excellent value for money! After checking in, Dreamland of the Brush and Monkey Gazing at the Sea were right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. At 8:30 PM, the hotel staff even put on a performance of Huizhou lion dances, fish lanterns, and dragon dances for us, making guests feel right at home. The butler also thoughtfully informed us about the weather conditions and dining tips. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, and it rained the next day, so my wish to see the sunrise couldn't be fulfilled. A small regret to save for my next visit!
