This is our family’s second stay in a row in such a warm and nice place in a modern and historic city Luan. We absolutely enjoy everything the city and Wanxi hotel has offered us. It’s another memorable experience that we’ll cherish before we come back soon.  Sharing a couple of photos from the hotel as a part of our experience and memory. Rooms here are really popular! I hesitated because the prices were so high, and then the B-wing rooms were all gone, so I quickly booked a room in the A-wing. Turns out, the A-wing is more expensive for a reason! The breakfast area and even the B-wing itself are completely different the next day! The A-wing is in the same building as the front desk, and the rooms are fantastic. There were even four pairs of slippers inside! Saved me the trouble of having to go to the front desk to ask for slippers for the kids! When I checked in, I asked about adding breakfast, and they actually gave complimentary breakfast to my family, including the kids! Huge thanks to the front desk lady, Xiao Jiang! She even added me on WeChat and sent me the sunrise and sunset times (even though we ended up missing them). Though the room was a bit small, the layout was great, and it even had a window sill! It would be even better if there was a bay window cushion on it~ haha. The room also had two down jackets for guests to wear when going to see the sunrise – that's incredibly thoughtful! Compared to the B-wing where I stayed 7 years ago, I'd say, if you don't mind the extra 200, the A-wing is much better! Oh, and they also gave us a complimentary souvenir! Not sure if that's a special perk just for Chinese New Year.

I stayed here for a business trip. The front desk staff was very nice and upgraded me to a lake view room. The breakfast was also good. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old. The lake view in the morning was absolutely stunning, with the water sparkling beautifully, and it was even more unique after the snow.

For my Chinese New Year trip, I booked this hotel located near Huaihe Road. The location is excellent, right next to Huaihe Road and within walking distance. The pedestrian street is bustling both day and night. We booked a king room and even got a free upgrade! The hotel breakfast is served on the 25th floor from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and they even offer a late-night congee service. I feel this hotel offers great value for money. The room was quite spacious, and the shower had good water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

My experience in Hefei this time was absolutely perfect, thanks entirely to my stay at this InterContinental hotel. InterContinental has always been a brand I really love. From the moment I booked, I had a one-on-one butler who kept in touch and informed me of everything, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's facilities are all brand new, and the bathtub in the room is especially spacious. Staying in a lake-view room offered beautiful scenery of Swan Lake, with the sunset being particularly spectacular. Additionally, there are shopping malls like Intime Books, Intime Department Store, and MixC nearby, making dining very convenient. Spending two days in Hefei was truly delightful.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. This hotel masterfully combines warm hospitality, an unbeatable setting, and flawless upkeep for an unforgettable stay. Western breakfast buffet and their buffet dinner was dangerously delicious 🤗. My stay at Le Fuchang Platinum Hotel truly surprised me with its exceptional facilities, far exceeding my expectations for a five-star hotel! **Room Amenities: Impeccable Detail, Full of Tech** The first impression upon entering the room was 'new' and 'smart'. The room was incredibly spacious with a modern and elegant design that instantly made me feel relaxed. The best part was the full-room smart control system; lighting, curtains, and air conditioning could all be conveniently managed via a control panel. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, offering a wonderful sense of embrace that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-designed, and the rain shower provided a rich, dense stream of water that washed away all fatigue. Furthermore, the high-definition large-screen TV and high-quality minibar added significantly to the overall experience. **Public Facilities: Rich and Complete, Enjoy Your Leisure Time** * **Gym**: The gym was well-equipped with advanced machines. Running on the treadmill while facing the outdoor view made the time fly by. * **Dining Facilities**: The breakfast restaurant was bright and spacious, offering a wide variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western, with the local specialties being particularly authentic. * **Other Details**: The lobby bar had a stylish design, perfect for business meetings or casual gatherings with friends. The hotel's high-speed Wi-Fi covered the entire building with stable signals, which is crucial for both business travelers and tourists. In summary, the investment and care put into the facilities at Le Fuchang Platinum Hotel are evident. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel provides high-quality comfort. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Compared to its appearance, Shilin Hotel seems to be one of the older hotels on the mountaintop, and it's also relatively smaller in scale. The room has a standing air conditioner with very powerful heating, so you definitely won't get cold. Unfortunately, it's not very smart; it doesn't seem to have a sleep mode, which means you have to frequently turn it on and off to avoid getting too hot. The location is quite convenient. The sunset spot organized in winter is Baie Mountain Villa, and the sunrise spot is Mushroom Pavilion at Shixin Peak. However, if you go at the scheduled time, you definitely won't get a front-row view. I recommend heading out at least an hour earlier than the predicted time for that day.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Cece, our concierge in Hefei! Her professionalism and efficiency are simply top-notch. She knows everything about Hefei's attractions and cuisine like the back of her hand, and the itinerary she planned for us was perfectly balanced – a great mix of classic sights and delightful hidden gems. Cece was incredibly responsive and always on top of things, even more so than us when we encountered any issues. It's truly reassuring to have such a reliable concierge when you're traveling. Seriously, if you're coming to Hefei, you *must* reach out to her; you won't be disappointed!
