I stayed at this hotel for a day, but it felt very good. First of all, there was temperature. The reception staff greeted each other with a smile. They were warm and courteous. As soon as they checked in, they sent a small box of exquisite Lu'angua slices gift boxes. It was very local and hotel characteristics. The temperature difference in the recent weather is relatively large and it is still very cold at night. Some hotels in the past have been controlled and cannot be adjusted by themselves. Some nights are too cold, but the West Hotel is different. The temperature can be adjusted by yourself and you can sleep well at night. The second is that the dining is rich and has the characteristics of the West. There are several restaurants on the second floor. The chefs of the general five-star hotel are top-notch. The taste of the dishes is not comparable to the street shops. I ate two meals at the hotel, the price of five-star taste is close to the people, breakfast is also very special, beef noodles, chicken soup fried rice, Sanhe rice dumplings and local pastries, etc. Third, the environment is good in the city center, and there is a small shop in the store, selling and buying Dabieshan special agricultural products. My stay at Xihai Hotel during my Huangshan trip far exceeded my expectations! Located at an altitude of 1600 meters in the core scenic area, I just had to open my window to see unique pines, strange rocks, and a surging sea of clouds. The service was amazing: the butler was attentive throughout, proactively sending weather updates and sunrise times, and even planning my routes. They even provided down jackets for climbing free of charge – the attention to detail was exceptional. The restaurant buffet offered a wide variety, and the Huizhou cuisine was authentic; to find this quality high up in the mountains was a delightful surprise. The location is incredibly convenient, close to the Grand Canyon, Paiyun Pavilion, Danxia Peak, and 'Monkey Gazing at the Sea' – no long commutes needed to catch the sunrise and sunset. To stay this comfortably at the summit of Huangshan is incredibly good value! I'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!

Every step is a scene, and every place is full of love. Good location, beautiful scenery, complete facilities, and good service! The scenery is five-star, the service is super five-star, and the stay experience is beyond expectations! The front desk check-in is efficient and professional, the room service responds quickly and accurately, the restaurant has a rich variety of dishes, which are not only nutritious and delicious, but also have local characteristics, and the attitude of the service staff is warm and friendly. Weather forecast, chargers and medicated oil, as well as the sunscreen in front of the windshield in the parking lot... The hotel has grasped the details of the service quite well. For my Chinese New Year trip, I booked this hotel located near Huaihe Road. The location is excellent, right next to Huaihe Road and within walking distance. The pedestrian street is bustling both day and night. We booked a king room and even got a free upgrade! The hotel breakfast is served on the 25th floor from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and they even offer a late-night congee service. I feel this hotel offers great value for money. The room was quite spacious, and the shower had good water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend the InterContinental Hefei! 👍 It's centrally located by Swan Lake, close to Anhui Museum, Hechai 1972, and Leijie, making getting around super convenient 🚗. The room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️, equipped with an air purifier, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors 🚿. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks. Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. Highly, highly recommend! ✨

Great hotel with helpful staff. Had a language barrier with ordering room service but staff worked with me to figure out everything and food was outstanding. Also a very nice buffet breakfast and dinner.

Facilities: While some details in the rooms show their age, overall they are clean and comfortable. Environment: The common areas are very grand, with magnificent crystal chandeliers and large-scale art decorations that perfectly convey the luxurious feel of an old-school five-star hotel. Service: Staying during Golden Week meant the hotel was under a lot of pressure, but they handled it well, and the quality of service was maintained.

The hotel is very modern and clean, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining options nearby. They even upgraded me to the executive lounge, which offered a buffet dinner every night with both Western and Chinese dishes. The drinks and alcoholic beverages were plentiful, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. The doorman was always ready to open car doors and help with luggage. Overall, the hotel management is excellent, and I'll definitely be back.

Hotel room itself was very small, the toilet and shower were in the same room. But the location is in a good spot on the mountain, close to sunrise spots. Although if you don’t want to spend ¥160 on dinner at the hotel, you might have to go a bit far to find something cheaper (ie base of guangmingding). The employees are courteous and the hotel has someone tell you what the weather is like at sunset/sunrise and organizes a group to go see sunset/sunrise together. There are also puffer jackets provided in the rooms so you won’t be cold while waiting. As far as it goes, I was prepared for one night to be very expensive and for the room to be small—you are mainly paying for the being able to stay a night on huangshan, so at least the hotel has quality service.

I have to give a shout-out to Mindy, our butler, for making our stay at The Langham Hefei absolutely perfect. Her service was meticulous and thoughtful from start to finish. Before we even arrived, she proactively reached out to understand our needs and arranged a quiet, comfortable room for us. Check-in was efficient and seamless, and she was patient and gentle throughout. During our stay, she was incredibly responsive to all our requests, proactively reminding us about meal times and travel plans. Her attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. Mindy was professional, courteous, and warm, truly embodying The Langham's high-quality service, which added so much warmth and pleasant surprises to our trip. The hotel itself is elegant, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. Combined with Mindy's attentive service, it truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Hefei. Thumbs up to Mindy and The Langham team!
