An excellent experience! **Location:** Very convenient. It's only a 20-minute bullet train ride away, and you can walk to MixC (for all your dining and entertainment needs) in 7-8 minutes. There's also a park nearby for a stroll. **Facilities & Hygiene:** Generally great. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the toilet had smart features. Plenty of coffee capsules, mineral water, and tissues. The gym isn't huge but is very popular. The swimming pool is 8x25 meters; during summer, it's busy with kids' classes, but I highly recommend the massage pool and steam room in the changing area. **Service:** I really commend the service. Mindy was fantastic, promptly connecting with me and offering helpful reminders. I especially loved the beautiful executive lounge environment and the high-quality dishes, which truly elevated the hotel's overall service!

The room was spacious with smart home features and a very comfortable mattress. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a supermarket for convenient shopping. The 'Old Xu Restaurant' downstairs at the hotel serves exceptionally delicious stewed chicken in a wok. In the morning, heading to Huangshan, the hotel provides a free shuttle that gets you to the ticket hall in just 3 minutes, which is super convenient. The hotel's concierge was very enthusiastic and even explained the Huangshan routes. I'll definitely be back next time!

We were a family of four, with two kids who are almost 1.7 meters tall. We booked the deluxe twin room after seeing that the beds were 1.2 meters wide and the room was spacious, thinking we could add an extra bed if needed. Turns out, we could just push the beds together and all four of us slept comfortably. The butler service was excellent, and all the important information was sent to us via WeChat. The hotel is close to Guanhong Peak, but to catch the sunset, you have to hike for quite a while to reach the summit, which is pretty tiring. In the mornings, hotel staff lead guests to watch the sunrise, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the viewing platform. The hotel's buffet was just okay, but you can't expect too much since it's on a mountain. The hotel's convenience store has snacks, but no instant noodles. On our second day, we were in a hurry to get home, so we took the cable car down from the northern side, which is closest to the hotel. However, there are few buses from the North Gate to the South Gate, and the journey takes an hour and a half. Since you now have to go to the East Gate, it adds another hour compared to before. If you plan to take the bus, make sure to check the schedule carefully.

I booked this hotel blindly, mainly to catch the sunrise and sunset, and it turned out to be much better than I expected. For sunset, the Starting-Belief Peak is only about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. It's also close to Danxia Peak, Monkeys Watching the Sea, and Clear and Cool Terrace. For sunrise, I chose the nearest Clear and Cool Terrace, which was just over a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's concierge, a lovely young lady, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She thoughtfully provided a foot-soaking tub and a small tea gift pack, which was a really nice touch. The hotel environment is also good – quiet and clean, and the staff are very prompt with cleaning. When the weather's good, they even air out the mattresses in the sun! They also kindly provide free down jackets and flashlights for guests to use when watching the sunrise and sunset, which is very helpful. Overall, the experience was quite good. Had a great mini-break here – just two days but totally worth it. Staff were super friendly, service was spot on. The pool is huge and perfect for a proper swim. Breakfast buffet had loads of options – everyone in our family found their favourite. All in all, a brilliant stay!

My stay at Banyan Tree Huangshan was fantastic! I booked two packages for the Luyuan King Room and stayed for six days, and every day was a joy. All the staff here were excellent. First, I was assigned a butler named Amy, who provided warm and thoughtful service. She sent me WeChat updates on all the hotel's activities and told me to let her know if I needed anything at any time. It felt very considerate. The environment is also beyond praise; it's very close to Lucun Village, and the views from the balcony and the hotel lobby are simply stunning. It felt like I didn't even need to leave the hotel to experience the beauty of Huizhou. The hotel offers a rich variety of activities, like the fish lantern parade and the close-up experience of iron flower making, which were brilliant. My child also participated in various pastry-making sessions. The chefs were wonderful; we joined three times, and each time the师傅 (master/chef) was great with both kids and adults. The pastries we made were truly delicious. The only downside was the room where we made pastries; it might be too close to the outside, as it was a bit warm. I hope they can improve that. The housekeeping and valet staff were also exceptionally courteous and provided thorough service. All in all, my trip to Banyan Tree Huangshan was absolutely delightful!

It's very close to the entrance of the West Sea Grand Canyon, and just a few steps away from Paiyun Pavilion, making it convenient for watching sunsets and stargazing.
