Experience with Macro Polo (JinJiang) hotel is pleasant. Room is clean and well maintained. Location is a little away from city area about 20mins car journey (depends on traffic).

The hotel's location is excellent, right above Miniso on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only real complaints are that the facilities are a bit dated, the window was fake, and the breakfast quality was just okay. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Very good hotel, close to biggest industry which is just a short walk opposite. Area is now much better than before ...food just downstairs ..kfc and Chinese restaurant in shoplots on ground floor.

Every year when I come to Xiamen, I stay at the Swiss Grand for a few days, and this is my fourth time. What attracts me most to the Swiss Grand is its excellent location and rooms directly facing Gulangyu Island. I have to say, the Swiss Grand meets all my needs for a trip to Xiamen. First, let's talk about the location. It's situated in the heart of Siming District, right next to Zhongshan Road. You can walk to Bashi Market, the Botanical Garden, and Xiamen Ferry Terminal. Taking a taxi to Nanputuo Temple, Shapowei, the Twin Towers, and Xiamen University is always just the starting fare. The Exit to the hotel is also the starting station of Metro Line 1, which goes directly to Gaoqi Airport. Then there's the room facing Gulangyu Island – it's absolutely unbeatable! It completely matches my aesthetic. Whenever I sit by the floor-to-ceiling window in my room, enjoying the beautiful Gulangyu Island opposite, with a cup of black tea, I feel utterly content. What's even more impressive is that the room is very spacious, well-equipped, and the quality is consistently high. It offers excellent value for money! The breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety of Western and Chinese options, plus local specialties – you name it, they have it, and it all tastes great. The service is excellent; the greeters at the entrance are very attentive. The front desk was a bit ordinary, but customer service responded promptly and was always helpful. The only slight drawback was the slow check-in process. This might be due to the hotel being fully booked during the Chinese New Year holiday, but it also reflects that the hotel doesn't have good solutions for handling such surges in guests. We waited over an hour to check in, and at that time, one guest had waited three hours and still hadn't gotten into their room, and ended up arguing with the front desk... This had a very negative impact on the hotel's image. I hope they can further improve their management during holidays!

Choosing the ME Hotel Fuzhou for my trip was a brilliant decision! Its location is superb, right in the heart of Fuzhou, close to Sanfang Qixiang and Wuyi Square, and Upper-Lower Hajj and Yantai City are also easily accessible. What's even better is that the Shuibu D exit of the subway is right inside the hotel, and during the recent Spring Festival, rides were even free. I encountered a few issues when checking in, but 'Xiao Mi' (a staff member) was incredibly responsive and resolved them immediately, ensuring a perfect stay afterward. Xiao Mi also continued to check in on our experience thoughtfully. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and the tiger-skin chicken feet, peanut soup, and 'lao hua' (a local dish) were excellent and suited both children and older guests. This stay at ME was truly wonderful!

The bedding was pristine white, soft, and completely odorless. Then there are the facilities and amenities, which definitely meet a four-star standard. The room was equipped with a smart control system, allowing me to operate the lights and curtains with a single touch. The air conditioning was quiet yet powerful, ensuring a great night's sleep. The biggest pleasant surprise was the bathroom – the showerhead provided an even and comfortable spray, and the thermostatic system delivered instant hot water, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The service also deserves high praise. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, offering helpful tips about local restaurants during check-in. They even provided tourist guides and information on how to buy ferry tickets for Gulangyu Island. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive; when they delivered items, they always remembered to bring extra bottles of water. Every day, they kept the room meticulously clean and organized. In short, this is a hotel that truly excels in 'details.' Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend it! The next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

When we checked in, we were greeted by a beautiful mist, which made the place feel like a wonderland. We booked two rooms, and I especially loved the family room with its rain chain and small courtyard – it was incredibly cozy. It didn't rain while we were there, but I imagine watching the rain trickle down the chain would be so relaxing. The rooms are fully smart, which made for a fantastic experience. We also visited Nanshan Bridge and Longjiang River, which is just across the bridge, and enjoyed a wonderfully serene time. Zhangzhou is definitely a city where you can slow down and truly experience its charm. I'll definitely be staying here again if I get the chance.

Zhangzhou Hotel is a well-established five-star hotel located in the heart of the city, renowned for its unique 'garden in the city' ambiance and attentive service. Key Stay Experience: * **Location and Environment:** Situated in the city center, it's within walking distance of Zhangzhou Ancient City, offering convenient transportation. The hotel itself is a nearly 100-acre garden, providing a tranquil environment and earning it the moniker 'Garden Hotel.' * **Service and Facilities:** As a long-standing establishment, the service is professional and thoughtful, adhering to the principle of 'serving with heart, working with dedication.' Facilities are comprehensive, including an outdoor pool, various restaurants, and ample parking. * **Dining Experience:** There's a wide selection of dining options, ranging from local Fujian cuisine to Western buffets. Specialty dishes like the 'Zhangzhou Landmark Banquet' have received positive reviews.

We made a last-minute decision to travel, and since it was a family trip with kids and seniors, we needed two rooms near Sanfang Qixiang. This was the only place that met all our criteria, so I reluctantly booked it despite the high price. The car was parked in a public parking lot for 50 RMB/day. We found the entrance to 'Wenrufang,' turned right after passing it, and saw the stone lions, which marked the hotel. **Ambiance:** The reception area of this hotel is housed in the original old building. The beams have been reinforced, but you can still glimpse the ancient wood. The 'four waters returning to the hall' (sishui guitang) garden design is quite captivating and worth savoring. **Accommodation:** The lodging section is in a newly built single-story addition. We were on the second floor. There were many rooms, but they were quite small. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the shower water was inconsistent – hot then cold. Bathing my child in the freezing water made me want to curse, especially considering the 2K RMB per night price tag. **Hygiene:** My family is very particular about hygiene, which was one reason we chose this place. It's newly opened, with no strange odors, and the location is good. Upon entering the room, I checked for dust on the tables and examined the sheets – everything was clean, so I didn't even use disposable sheets. I'd like to commend the cleaning lady here; she was tall, sturdy, proactive, enthusiastic, and efficient! **Service:** The hotel has been open for less than six months and is not yet on Dianping. In the afternoon, someone contacted us to ask about our arrival time, which I said would be after midnight. Later, when I couldn't find the hotel, I called the front desk again. They added me on WeChat and sent me the location, which finally helped me find it. Perhaps it's because I've experienced hotels in other cities offering tangyuan (sweet dumplings) upon arrival on Chinese New Year's Day, creating a warm feeling for guests. However, when we arrived at this hotel, the front desk staff was rather wooden. We weren't given toiletries for the children, and the extra blanket we requested wasn't ready. (I had to ask for this blanket five times before they finally provided one, initially claiming they only had one, then magically producing another). No one helped us with our luggage even though we arrived just after midnight; the front desk staff simply stood there. When I asked about the possibility of a late checkout, they asked me to leave a good review in exchange, which I found a bit ridiculous. I paid 7K RMB for two nights; I shouldn't need to exchange conditions for a late checkout. **Breakfast:** Breakfast is served to the right of the accommodation building (it seems to be outsourced). It's a breakfast market in the morning and a coffee shop during the day. A young man wearing a mask handled both the breakfast clean-up and luggage handling during the day. On Chinese New Year's Day, when we went for breakfast, there wasn't much left. On the second day, we went early and got to try the Laohua soup, fish ball, and rouyan soup that we missed the day before. Overall, the variety was good, allowing for a pleasant breakfast experience. We stayed on the 17th and 18th, and the price was outrageously expensive, but it was our own fault for deciding last minute. However, the hotel is very close to Aiqing Tree (Love Tree); just turn right out of the alley.

This hotel really makes you feel at home. It's located in a bustling downtown area, so getting around is super convenient with extensive bus routes and a subway station nearby. Eating and shopping options are abundant too. Gulangyu Island is just across the way (you'll need to take a ferry). Every morning, enjoying breakfast and the views from the open-air restaurant on the seventh floor is incredibly pleasant. From the moment I checked in, everyone from the doorman to the front desk staff was very polite. The housekeeping staff were also very dedicated, cleaning the room thoroughly every day. Plus, there's daily afternoon tea, complimentary fruit, and drinks in the room. If you're looking to experience a hotel with an 'old Xiamen' charm, you can definitely stay here for a few days and truly soak it all in.
