Very nice rooms and view, very clean and friendly staff, but the aircon was centrally set and quite hot, and the breakfast was basically egg, toast and a few condiments.

The facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The place is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service lady is very thoughtful. It was a rare and pleasant stay. The hotel staff are very kind, and the food at the restaurant on the second floor is delicious.

Affordable price, hygiene exceeded expectations! The room had no odor, the bedding was clean, there was 24-hour hot water, and the WiFi was reliable. It's the best value for money, a no-brainer for students and budget travelers. Free breakfast is also included. The location is bustling with excellent surrounding amenities. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location is near the train station. If you drive a car, you can park it downstairs, but it’s really hard to find the parking entrance. We did not manage to find it. The hotel service was nice, and they took us to the parking lot later to show us where it is. Otherwise, it’s easy to locate the hotel from outside. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was not working, and the person who could fix it was not there since it was late. Therefore, we connected to the other room’s WiFi but the connection was not good. The bed was a bit short for a tall person.

This was my first time staying in Xining; usually, I just passed through on road trips. I booked this hotel because it was close to the Provincial People's Hospital, where I had some business. I got the largest room. After registering my phone number at the front desk, I could use a WeChat mini-program to open the door and even control the room lights. Everyone says hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning, but this one actually does – good foresight, I guess! The front desk service was excellent. I asked for recommendations for places to visit, and after work, I walked to the nearby Xiaguan Night Market. It was within walking distance, and I ate so much I was stuffed when I got back. I've already saved this hotel on my phone's map for future reference.

Facilities: Not great, especially the water situation. The sink faucet splattered everywhere, and the drain cover was loose. It was hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower, and the bathtub couldn't hold water. The hairdryer only blew cold air. Hygiene: Okay, but they didn't refill the shampoo, and the replacement towels weren't put on the rack, so I couldn't find them. Service: The service attitude was good; they brought yogurt every day and were very welcoming. Environment: The location is good, and it's quiet for sleeping.

Waking up to the city skyline right outside my window, with the morning sun painting the clouds, was simply breathtaking. The breakfast, a fantastic spread of both Western and Chinese dishes, truly set me up for the day – from freshly cooked noodles to aromatic freshly ground coffee. Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated. Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. The location is very near the train and bus station. The standard room is big enough. The staffs are helpful. Breakfast is good. A nice auntie server is nice and attentive. We are able to use the microwave to heat food we buy. There is free tea at the reception. The morning market is a must visit which is walkable. Must ask along the way as is behind housing estate, not visible along the road.

On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
