OOguzAOne of the best hotel in Konya for business travelers . The location is also good and have a free parking place . Rooms are a bit old and not well maintained but ı can’t complain . Overall it is a good hotel

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at a different 5-star hotel in Konya, but had a very bad experience. The Novotel offered a completely different experience. The staff was friendly. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were exceptional. If we ever pass through here again, we'd definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserAlthough the room facilities are a bit old, the location is very good, the breakfast is very good, and you can see the museum and the mosque where you eat breakfast. The staff are very warm and polite, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

MM54201****The hotel rooms and restaurant are great. There were not many people when we went. The restaurant staff were very warm and thoughtful. We were the only one serving guests at the time, and we felt very treated well. Konya is a beautiful city and I would like to come again if I have the chance.

YYilushunfengshenzhenThere are not many supporting restaurants around the hotel. The room is big and the service attitude is good. It's just that the bath water always seems slippery. Very satisfied with the price. Call a taxi. When my Huawei mobile phone arrived at the front desk, I couldn't use UBER. I originally purchased Huawei’s Tianjitong. The breakfast you bring is rich. The cost of dinner is not too high either.

GGuest UserThe staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

GGuest UserHotel is reasonable for the price. However, booked with Trip app for 2 adults and 2 kids, the 3 person room was not suitable, although it was proposed in the app. The hotel offered is a second room, for the same price, hence solving our problem.

First off, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is conveniently situated right next to [subway station / tourist attraction], just a few minutes' walk from [shopping district / famous landmark], making it incredibly convenient for tourists.
Secondly, the service was truly exceptional. The front desk staff, particularly [Mr. Wang / Ms. Li], was incredibly warm and attentive. As we arrived early, they thoughtfully arranged an early check-in for us. During check-in, they also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and local dining options, and patiently answered all our questions.
Most importantly, the room amenities were a delightful surprise. The room looked exactly like the promotional photos, being spotlessly clean and tidy. The mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and consistent. Thoughtful touches like [the complimentary minibar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly elevated the overall quality of our stay.
