The room is relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner cannot adjust the wind speed, and it is a bit noisy. The hotel has a good environment, the garden is large, and the swimming pool is quite satisfactory. Located in a hot spring town, it produces many brands of mineral water. The most famous is that the Vichy Catalony, Hotel belongs to the Water Factory Group. The hotel has its own chapel and can organize activities. Breakfast is not very good, there are few choices.

We were pleasantly surprised by this charming hotel. It’s in a great location on a hill, easy to reach by car, and much more grand than we expected, felt a bit like a hacienda. From the photos it looked a bit old-fashioned, but in reality it has real character. The rooms are modernized and well kept, and the outdoor area with the pool is beautiful. Service throughout the hotel was great, with staff being very friendly everywhere — perhaps just a little too professional at reception. Location and value for money: excellent.

Seriously amazing, it exceeded my expectations! The hygiene, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. The environment and facilities were also great. If I come back, I'd definitely stay here again. It's great value for money and the location is super convenient, just a one-minute walk from the subway.

A very stately, beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. It boasts a pool and spa. A very complete and delicious buffet breakfast. The restaurant offers a set menu. You can book a treatment or a restaurant meal on your departure day, and your room will be available until 6:00 p.m. A wonderful way to make the most of the day.

The views are absolutely spectacular! Both from the room and the dining area, the scenery is mesmerizing from the moment you arrive. In that regard, I think it's the best *Parador* I've ever stayed in. The rooms are also quite good, though not excellent. The breakfast buffet is varied and of good quality, featuring local products, which is standard policy for these establishments. The restaurant is also quite good. We had dinner there two nights and ordered different things each time. Our favorite was the beef sirloin, although all the other dishes were also very good. The entire staff is very friendly, and surprisingly quick with service in the dining room and at breakfast. The outdoor parking is free and has six paid charging points for electric cars at 11kwh. We're very happy to have chosen this *Parador* for our stay in the Aran Valley.

Our trip just ended, and I can confidently say: this was the worst hotel we've ever booked! I had a bit of a cold on check-in day, so I asked the front desk for a higher, quieter floor to rest and recover. Instead, we were given a room with a window overlooking the parking lot, a strange smell in the bathroom, and the head of the bed facing the toilet. I was really surprised, especially since this was a 'deluxe room' we booked well in advance. What was even more frustrating was that the next morning, while washing up, the drainpipe fell off, and the water flooded the floor. I, feeling feverish, went to the front desk to request a room change, only to be told it couldn't happen until a maintenance person assessed it... they completely ignored our suggestion! The pipe was reinstalled but fell off again the very next day. My family told me, 'You're sick, just focus on resting! Don't argue, don't get angry.' So, they found a way to use a trash can to prop up the constantly falling drainpipe. But we still spent a few days lying in a smelly room (with the window open in freezing weather) until my fever broke and we checked out! And this was during Christmas! Facilities: Poor Service: Bureaucratic, process-driven, pretentious, and a waste of time.

We have been two days in August in this old classic bathroom in the area that passed to belong to a chain about three years ago. Some rooms have been renovated even though not ours. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Unfortunately, thermal tourism is not compatible with the chichi park and some un educated and carota parents benefit from bad decisions by managers without criteria. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very good to get a breakfast that is already costing €12. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. There are sites around for eating or buying but as August some are closed, less the works the Municipality decides to postpone to August without taking into account that many people just come to leave their money to Caldes to get We hope that next time there will be no works but follow the friendly and efficient personal.

Absolutely loved our stay and will continue to return. The staff were amazing and the reception from Andrei both times we have stayed has been exceptional. We want him to be promoted as we assumed he must be the hotel manager, he explained he wasn’t and we were shocked as his exemplary service was outstanding. We felt really welcome as tourists and given great recommendations and advice. We were even upgraded the first stay and we loved the use of the spa and terrace.

The hotel is cheaper than a beach resort but too expensive for an average hotel that it is. The rooms are clean, but certain things seriously take away from the experience. For example, the shampoo pumps don't work properly. The vynil floor is warped from water damage. The room smelled like chlorine when I first checked in. I would 100% take the smell of chlorine vs. the smell of something not clean. But still, they should pick a different cleaning product. The rooftop bar +pool area is too small for a big hotel like this. The tables at the bar don't get cleaned timely. The hotel is on the beach, but it's a public beach and half nudist. Positives: it's a 15 min walk from the metro, there is a nice supermarket steps from the hotel. Towels are clean. Bed very comfortable. There is a tea kettle w tea/coffee/creamer in the room.

GGuest UserA short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

KKimmyg43I had high hopes for this ”4star hotel” From the pictures and the previous reviews everything seemed like it was too good to be true... Arrival was average, had to ask which way to go to get to my allocated room (normally you are directed by a member of reception atleast) Arrived at my room (104) 1st floor. Opened the door to a bright airy room..my first thoughts were this is lovely. Dropped my bags and took a shower and that's where things started to go downhill...let me explain... Now I am aware this is not 5 star but if im being totally honest I have stayed in cleaner 2 star hotels... The attention to detail from the cleaners is just way below par for a 4 star establishment. Shower door covered in limescale (easy to put right with a bit of Elbow grease) Mold and nasties around the outer edge of the shower door (see pics) Splash marks all over the tiles at the side of the sink (like old toothpaste marks) Sink wouldn't drain properly (seemed to be blocked) Skirting boards definitely hadn't been given a wipe for a good few weeks/months All standard/basic stuff that you would expect from any hotel and certainly from a 4 star one or am I being picky? Then there was the call to reception to ask for some milk so I could make a coffee (kettle is provided in room) Receptionist said they don't have fresh milk only 'powdered sachets' of the most vile tasting milk I've ever had (think baby milk/gone off normal milk) Apparently the restaurant was closed so they could not access it to get some fresh milk? Receptionist advised me to go to the supermarket..which is a 25 minute walk from the hotel 🤦♀️ As it happens there is a coffee machine outside the reception entrance so I found myself nipping downstairs to buy one from there. (Not the most convenient but we move forward) I had read that there was a rooftop restaurant in the flyer as advertised but when I asked about it apparently it is no longer there? The restaurant is only open at breakfast times so no food is available not even snacks? However they advertise room service so unsure how that works? Outdoor pools closed which is fine but you couldn't even sit on the loungers hence....nowhere to sit outside the hotel itself. Such a shame that all these little things build and in turn let it down as a 4 star advertised hotel. Now for the positives... The view from the room of the sea is beautiful It is literally across the road from miles of sandy beaches There are a couple of lovely restaurants nearby that are open from 12 noon for brunch/dinner and reasonably priced. The area itself is super quiet and feels safe enough as a solo traveller.

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing! The price was reasonable, the room was beautiful, and there was even a swimming pool. The only minor drawback is that the transportation isn't super convenient; it's about an 18-minute walk to the train station and city center. However, the bus service is pretty good, just remember to plan ahead and buy your tickets in advance. Seriously, the room was fantastic – the best one I stayed in during my entire Europe trip! The front desk lady was lovely and incredibly helpful. I'd give this place a super high rating! The only tiny issue was with the city tax; it felt a bit disorganized as they checked again before I left, thinking I hadn't paid, even though I had. But those are just minor things. Definitely giving this a huge thumbs up! Everyone should stay here! 🌸

GGuest UserRecently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous. They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed.

GGuest UserIt's a pretty good hotel, especially if you're traveling by car. It's conveniently located close to the airport, and the city center is only about a 10-minute drive away. The rooms are quite spacious and look clean. Breakfast was quite hearty, with options like hash browns and pancakes, and everything tasted good. It's worth noting that all the elevators in this hotel are panoramic elevators, so those with a fear of heights should be aware.

NnananonoGenerally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)

EErwin YuanThe W Hotel boasts the best location on Barcelona beach. I recommend booking a high-floor room if possible; the sunrise views in the morning are absolutely stunning. After checking in, I suggest heading straight to the beach. The hotel has its own small private beach area accessible from the basement level, and guests get complimentary use of sun loungers and towels. The outdoor pool on the ground floor is fantastic, with many European and American tourists enjoying the sun. My tip is to have breakfast early, as the number of sun loungers on either side of the pool is limited. On Sunday evenings, the hotel hosts a pool party, which is free for guests with a room card. Non-guests have to queue and pay an entrance fee, and the atmosphere at the pool party is really great.
