Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

A nice basic hotel with a clean room. Normal speaking voices from the neighboring room could be clearly heard through the wall. The spa had nice saunas, and the location was suitable for those who enjoy walking.

We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept. We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning. First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners. We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!

Great location just outside the old town with restaurants, bars, convenience store at your doorstep. Supermarket nearby. Short walk to all the old town sites. Spa and sauna very clean and good choices (4 saunas only 2 were open when we went). Room good size, breakfast good selection and open till 11am.

My time at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was initially hesitant to book, even after seeing the high ratings, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It turned out to be the best hotel stay ever! The staff's amazing hospitality, the hotel's ambiance, and its excellent location were all top-notch. I also added breakfast, which was delicious and something I highly recommend. The spa was an additional treat and provided a truly blissful experience. This is one of those hotels I'd love to stay at again someday – it was just that good.

Location is excellent. Old town is a few streets away, 5 min walk. The hotel is clean and spacious. The rooms have everything you need and the hotel employees were very helpful. Bathrooms are huge and very stylish. Bed was very comfortable.

You can't really have any major complaints, as the brand certainly delivers. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. Impeccable cleanliness. The breakfasts are varied and very good. Its location, halfway between the airport, the coast, and the Old Town, makes the hotel truly versatile, and everyone should find it convenient. My only reservation is the policy of charging for bottled water in the rooms. I think there shouldn't be a charge for the daily complimentary set, with additional bottles being charged only after the initial ones provided at check-in are consumed. It's a minor detail, but it feels a bit out of place for a hotel of this caliber.

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

A wonderful, modern hotel with an excellent spa. I really liked the service at the front desk; the staff member was very welcoming. The hotel is new, all facilities are in perfect condition, and the breakfasts are very varied and delicious.
