Hotels With parking in Berkshire, United Kingdom

Hotel booking came with free breakfast. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet that included eggs, baked beans, toast machine, tea and coffee machine and juices, there was also a mini hun that had water and towels on hand. Next to the hotel ins the Atlantis restaurant that had amazing food and cocktails as well,

It's already midnight at the hotel. Driving over, the name of the hotel in the navigation is not matched by Hilton. I didn't dare to go in for a long time. Hotel facilities and rooms are very good, no problem. It seems to be a cooperative hotel in British Gas , and the parking lot is full of British Gas Company cars.

The hotel was extremely busy on arrival and even on departure. I can't fault the service, although more staff would have helped the team on duty. Both short at the reception and bar. But even under extreme pressure the team was outstanding! Emily in the Restuarant went out of her way without asking. My Nephew has not been eating well. I mentioned and she suggested a take away! Everyone was amazing eveb withput mentioning names. Wonderful Holiday. We are coming back!

From beginning to end of our visit the staff were the ones the shone through. Impeccable level of service and general friendliness made our stay very pleasant indeed. The hotel couldn’t be better situated within the ancient old town of Windsor. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast and this was also at a very high standard. Would recommend to other families

The room was spacious and well-ventilated, so it wasn't stuffy even in summer, which was very comfortable. The facilities were a bit dated. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and tasted great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Adequate hotel for the price. Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable. Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the castle, but it's manageable, and the surroundings are very quiet. It's rare to find underground parking, which is convenient if you're driving. The room size was adequate, with simple furnishings, but no fridge or safe. Breakfast was decent.

Check-in took 45 minutes because they couldn't find my booking - but then found it on their ”old system” and it took them that long to manually move the booking to their new system and issue me with a key card. Not impressed with that wait time at all! They offered me a free drink at the bar while I waited, but not for my wife and child! That aside, it's a comfy hotel that's better than some of its exterior and interior suggests. Hot shower, good TV, plugs and USB ports on both sides of the bed, good room temperature, Fairtrade tea and coffee. Breakfast was good, including freshly cooked options.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I needed ice, and the front desk readily provided two bags! It's also conveniently located just a few miles from Windsor Castle, making it easy to drive to. They have their own parking, which you can pay for at the front desk.
