Ich wollte vom 11. Juni 2025 auf den 12. Juni 2025 im Hotel Sandwirth übernachten, da ich am 12. Juni 2025 nach Graz zu einer Studiums-Sponsion weiterreisen wollte. Ich habe die Übernachtung über einen Dritt-Anbieter gebucht. Leider gab es am 10. Juni 2025 schreckliche traurige Ereignisse in Graz, und die Studiums-Sponsion wurde abgesagt. Ich habe im Hotel Sandwirth telefonisch wegen einer Stornierung angefragt, mit der Auskunft, dass ich die Stornierung beim Drittanbieter selbst ansuchen muss. Das habe ich gemacht, die Situation geschildert und knapp zwei Stunden später die Info vom Drittanbieter bekommen, dass das der Hotelbetreiber eine Stornierung abgelehnt hat. Somit waren die € 120,34 für meine Buchung weg. Null Kulanz seitens des Hotelbetreibers. Für mich kommt dieses Hotel für weitere Buchungen nicht mehr in Frage. Die Bewertung 3/5 für Lage, Sauberkeit, Service und Ausstattung soll eine neutrale Bewertung darstellen, da ich ja nie im Hotel war und deshalb über diese Kriterien keine positive oder negative Bewertung abgeben kann, aber um die Bewertung abzusenden, musste eine Auswahl diesbezüglich getroffen werden.
