The room is spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding and high-end bathroom facilities, showcasing attention to detail everywhere. The most commendable aspect is the exclusive service from Rebecca, the Lady in Red! She was warm and attentive throughout, proactively thoughtful, sending helpful reminders before check-in, providing detailed guidance upon arrival, and even preparing welcome fruits and thoughtful amenities. Any requests were responded to incredibly quickly, with professionalism and friendliness, making us feel right at home. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the high-altitude swimming pool is superb; both the facilities and service are top-notch. A must-stay when visiting Jinan, highly recommended!

This was the warmest trip ever! We chose this hotel for my child's birthday. The overall environment and service were top-notch, especially Judy and Sally. After I casually mentioned it was my child's birthday, they proactively prepared a birthday cake. The service was fantastic! Next time we visit Rizhao, Sheraton will definitely be our first choice. The service, environment, and scenery are all perfect, especially the executive room which faces the sea directly. My child was super excited!

We stayed here during our Chinese New Year trip and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is right next to Suochengli and near Wanda Mall, which makes everything very convenient. Traveling to other attractions in Yantai is also easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were lucky to have a sea view room. The view really made our stay more enjoyable. On Chinese New Year’s Eve, we had our reunion dinner at the hotel restaurant. Although we finished quite late, the staff remained professional and friendly throughout. We truly appreciate the team who served us that night. Highly recommended for families and holiday stays.

What drew me in was the 2.7-meter bed; it was perfect for a mom with two kids, so no worries about anyone getting squished to the side. Even though the room was close to the airport, I wasn't bothered by any airplane noise. The staff said the sauna was available, but we didn't have time to try it out—I bet it's great, though. The front desk and customer service staff were very responsive. Just a heads-up: the restaurant stops taking orders at 1:30 PM, and since the hotel is a bit far from other eateries, plan accordingly if you need to dine in. We ordered some potstickers, and the portion was huge and really satisfying! Driver Wang was very attentive and took us to the airport.

Whether we needed recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, extra room amenities, help adjusting the air conditioning, or ordering room service, Elly quickly coordinated and arranged everything perfectly. Her response speed was impressive, and she solved issues accurately, saving us a lot of communication hassle. Even late-night requests were handled promptly, showing her meticulous attention to detail and genuine care in every aspect. The smart room controls were convenient and seamless, with voice commands and online services integrating effortlessly. It felt high-tech yet incredibly personal, making our trip easy and comfortable. The hotel's service was already excellent, but with Elly's exclusive butler assistance, the experience was elevated to another level. She was attentive and meticulous throughout our stay, always accommodating our requests, truly making us feel at home. I highly recommend her to every guest staying here. With Elly's full support, travel becomes more worry-free and living more comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Plaza de Oriente – absolutely beautiful. As for the hotel breakfast: For a local five-star hotel, it's decent. However, it still falls short compared to the breakfast at a Shangri-La hotel in a first-tier city. For example, local Jinsan delicacies like 'Pazi Rou' are presented in the restaurant just like they would be at a street stall, which is completely unappetizing. The hotel room: The mattress was good and comfortable to sleep on, and the duvet was fine too. It would be more thoughtful to offer both soft and firm pillows. The air conditioning is centrally controlled by the hotel, and heating up is incredibly slow. As for the bathroom in the room: no exhaust fan! That's really odd! And there was no amenity kit among the toiletries!

It's been ten years since I last visited Qingdao, and returning to this beautiful coastal city after a decade brought back so many memories. This time, I chose the well-established Shangri-La. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very well-maintained, and the location is excellent, being very close to May Fourth Square with a subway station right outside. My stay was packed with activities. One evening, returning to the hotel's front desk, I was surprised and delighted to overhear a manager speaking Cantonese. He spoke fluent Hong Kong-style Cantonese, and it was such a pleasant surprise to meet a fellow Cantonese speaker so far away in Qingdao. His way of speaking made us feel incredibly welcome and familiar. In the lobby, he recommended several different restaurants based on our preferences, and not a single one was a disappointment – I'm so grateful to him! He was truly wonderful and his service was incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time; it's a truly convenient hotel and highly recommended.
