This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

The hotel offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a window, which was airy and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, with great attention to detail. It's perfect for business trips. They also gave me a Taian-themed cultural and creative gift; the Mount Tai stone pendant was lovely. The Zui Furong restaurant gifted a fruit platter, which was a nice touch.

Traveling with my elderly mother, I requested a quiet room when booking. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, arranging a room on the top floor for us. They also provided detailed recommendations when I asked about local dining options. The cleanliness, facilities, and spaciousness of the room were all excellent, completely meeting my expectations for a quasi-five-star hotel. The views were fantastic. Oh, and if you're driving, I'd recommend parking in the outdoor lot; the underground parking is a bit of a trek. Breakfast quality was good. The location is also great; just cross the road and you're at Suochengli. Wanda Plaza is right behind the hotel.

Huge thanks to Amy and Judy (in no particular order) for their help! This stay at the Sheraton Rizhao truly felt like a home away from home. Any potential issues or last-minute requests were handled, and I'm very grateful! The hotel facilities are quite new, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The Executive Ocean View Suite is absolutely unbeatable! You can enjoy the sunrise effortlessly, and the views are stunning both day and night. The buffet breakfast and the Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and dinner offerings were all very rich and varied. I particularly enjoyed trying the local specialty 'jianbing' and 'haishaizi mian' here – very satisfying. The hotel has a garden at the back, close to the pier and Gate 1 of Wanpingkou. The front entrance is surrounded by numerous bus stops and seafood restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient! I had a wonderful few days here and will definitely be back!

The hotel is visually stunning, tastefully decorated with authentic elements of local culture and great attention to detail in both style and functionality. The establishment shows a surprising amount of facilities that span from a quality swimming pool and gym to lounge bars, restaurants, a garden with orchard and stables, shops, event areas with proper separation that makes it lively yet never noisy or chaotic. It is rare to find a hotel that is suitable for both couples and families but Shangri-la did it perfectly. Cleanliness and customer service are as you would expect from a hotel of this category. Breakfast although pricey compared to other options in the area was mostly worth the dime and never excessively crowded. Special mention to the lounge bar that beats every local option on every level, surprisingly including prices. We went bar hopping after the lounge bar and we're shocked to find that local bars were charging twice or three times as much for much lower quality drinks and environment compared to ShangriLa.

Saw this hotel on the way to Mount Tai and decided to stop here on the way back. The room was spacious and bright with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The neighborhood is also quite quiet with good greenery. Dinner at the downstairs restaurant was average overall; the best dishes were the water chestnut meatball soup and spinach pancakes. The sweet and sour fish had a nice presentation with the sauce poured tableside, but the batter was too thick. The fried dough sticks (youtiao) were too hard and almost broke a tooth. Breakfast had a moderate variety of items, and the specialty pancakes and 'dalumian' (noodles with thick gravy) were delicious.

I've been to Yantai many times, and this time I still chose the Baina Reating Hotel. Mainly because of its great location, spacious rooms, and the very helpful and observant front desk staff. The hotel's environment and facilities are also excellent. On my previous visits, there wasn't an outdoor restaurant on the 23rd floor, but this time there was. My husband and I had some drinks there and it was a wonderful experience. The service staff were all great, especially one very gentle and kind young lady. We checked out on Sunday and even bought some Yantai specialties from the hotel. Overall, it's really good – great value for money, a fantastic location, and the staff's attitude was excellent! I'm very satisfied!

The Xinguang Marriott Hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Golden Beach, offering stunning sea views right from your window. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. During check-in, the front desk staff, Airla, provided exceptional service and even upgraded my room. There was a minor hiccup, but it was resolved well! The hotel facilities are excellent, with the heated pool and gym on the third floor offering a fantastic experience. The service team is warm and attentive, proactively responding to requests, which makes you feel very welcome. Whether you're on a family vacation or a relaxing getaway, this is the ideal place to stay for your trip to Yantai.

Stayed here for one night with my child. The guesthouse is conveniently located right at the foot of Mount Tai, very close to the Hongmen Visitor Center. The owner is incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and has a cheerful personality. They even offered pick-up and drop-off services near the Hongmen area. On the day we climbed Mount Tai, they patiently guided us on planning our route and purchasing tickets. The courtyard is exceptionally quiet and secure, offering a wonderful stay, and its design is very tasteful. Our room was clean and hygienic, with a warm and inviting decor. The attention to detail was excellent: the room was equipped with disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bathtub liners. Thoughtfully, anti-collision strips were also installed on the corners of the windows. It was quite warm when we checked in, but the air conditioning had already been turned on, making the room wonderfully cool upon our arrival. There's also a spacious rooftop terrace where you can hang clothes to dry. Absolutely fantastic! We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return.

Marriott, a long-standing five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, it makes up for it with spacious rooms, attentive service, and prompt issue resolution. Tina at the front desk was particularly helpful; she upgraded our breakfast and even provided toiletries for our child. Many returning guests likely come back specifically for the excellent service.
