I recently stayed at Pullman Yantai Center Hotel, and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel truly feels deserving of its 5-star rating, with outstanding service, facilities, and atmosphere. However, there were a few maintenance issues that affected the stay experience. The SONY TV in the room had very poor pixel resolution and display quality. In addition, the bathtub drain plug was difficult to operate and had to be manually removed by hand, and the windows leaked during the rain. There was also an overcharge issue at the front desk during my stay, but the receptionist handled it professionally and promptly corrected the problem by issuing a refund. Their service was outstanding. In addition, I did not receive the wine factory coupons that were supposed to be included during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve these details, as the rest of the stay was otherwise very enjoyable.

A special thanks to our concierge, Cherry, whose service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. As a first-time visitor, I wasn't familiar with the local area or transportation, and online food guides were chaotic and unreliable, making me worried about picking the wrong places. Cherry understood my desire to try authentic local cuisine and went above and beyond by taking her personal time to hand-draw a food map. This map clearly marked genuine BBQ joints,特色混沌 (local specialty wontons), and other established local eateries in the Shinan District. She cleverly helped me avoid tourist traps, precisely noting store locations, opening hours, and average spending per person. Beyond that, she kindly advised on transportation methods and reminded me to steer clear of congested routes. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Our room was brightly lit with abundant natural light, and the soft furnishings were sophisticated yet minimalist. The housekeeping was impeccable, and amenities were always well-stocked. Cherry's sincerity shone through; there was no pushy sales talk, just naturally comfortable service. These thoughtful, personalized touches, though small, truly doubled the happiness of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers – it's reliable and won't disappoint. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

My stay at Ramada was fantastic! As a 'flyer' (frequent traveler), I can attest to the quality. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was efficient and thoughtful. The overall environment was quiet and elegant. The location is very convenient, making travel a breeze. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, and it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be staying here again!

A truly great value stay! This Qingdao Beer themed hotel is such a cool concept, offering various beer flavors and even hop-derived products. You can walk right out of the hotel to the beach, and while it's not Golden Beach, it's still lovely, with swings and other decorations perfect for adults to enjoy 😝😝. Upon check-in, we were given three fruit beers. The yellow ice cream by the entrance is complimentary and you can have as much as you like. When we checked out, my elderly family members wanted some but they were waiting for a refill, haha. We chose the package that included unlimited beer, but unfortunately, it was only one glass per person. I'd suggest not calling it 'unlimited' as it can be misleading. I tried my hand at making hand-ground coffee – I was a bit of a novice, but managed to brew two cups 😂. The hotel breakfast was fantastic. I tried DIY TACO for the first time, which was unique, and there was a great variety of food. The fresh fruit and vegetable juices were refreshing, and there were also various bottled drinks, all local Laoshan products, as well as original draft beer – I didn't dare take any, fearing it might be chargeable… The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the service was incredibly attentive and thorough. It's definitely worth staying here!

The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the Hongmen (Red Gate) entrance of Mount Tai, making getting around super convenient. The new Chinese-style courtyard is elegant and serene, and the rooms are fully smart-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The tatami mat with a tea set is a lovely touch. The rooftop terrace offers stunning mountain views and starry nights, creating an amazing atmosphere. The owner is warm and thoughtful, providing complimentary hiking poles, raincoats, and other gear, and the breakfast is delicious. The attention to detail is superb, with a smart toilet, shoe dryer, and foot spa bucket readily available – incredibly practical for unwinding after a hike. Staying here for our Mount Tai trip was an absolutely amazing experience; highly recommend!

Great location and, as always, the hotel is grand. The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

The breakfast selection was extensive, and the restaurant offers a great view of Mount Tai. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. It's also a short walk to Dai Temple. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for catching flights. You can reach the terminal in under 10 minutes by walking through a connecting corridor. There are plenty of food options in the terminal, and if you have a lot of luggage, they even have trolleys available, which is really thoughtful. After checking in, the staff even brought me some of Qingdao's 'Three Delights' and some snacks.

Chose the Sheraton for my vacation in Rizhao, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is superb, right next to Wanpingkou, making it super convenient to stroll along the beach. Check-in was efficient and thoughtful, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. My sea-view room had an amazing view, with the balcony directly facing the sea and floor-to-ceiling windows providing excellent natural light. Waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the sunset in the evening created such a wonderful atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with meticulous housekeeping. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, fully equipped, and taking a bath was very relaxing. The hotel facilities are excellent; the gym and pool are great for unwinding, and the breakfast spread is rich, with plenty of Chinese and Western options and fresh ingredients. The overall service was professional and attentive. It's perfect whether you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway or a short trip. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Rizhao. Highly recommended!

The facilities are complete, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel lobby is spacious and grand. The staff are all very friendly, greeting guests whenever they see them. The breakfast has a great variety and tastes delicious. The Shang Palace Chinese restaurant serves particularly good Kongfu cuisine. The hotel is also very close to the Confucius Temple, within walking distance.
