Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.

Overall, it's a standard five-star hotel, decent but nothing extraordinary – no major downsides, but no 'wow' factor either. Its main selling point is its affordability and reliability.
💰 **Incredible Value for Money**
Seriously, the value is unbeatable. Around 400 RMB a night, and with breakfast, it's about 500 RMB. Staying in a five-star hotel for about 250 RMB per person? That's an amazing deal for Yantai. If you're on a budget but still want a star-rated hotel, this is a no-brainer.
📍 **Super Convenient Location**
It's right across from Suochengli, so you can explore on foot. Getting a taxi to anywhere else is also easy, making it super convenient for tourists.
🛏️ **Hardware is Spot-On**
The bedding and bathrooms are up to par. All the hardware you'd expect from a five-star hotel meets the standards, ensuring a comfortable stay without compromise.
🍞 **Breakfast is Standard Fare**
They have everything you'd expect from a typical five-star breakfast. You'll eat well and be full, just don't expect anything mind-blowing.
💁♀️ **Service is Neither Good Nor Bad**
Basic services are fine; the check-in process goes smoothly. However, the efficiency is average, and there are no thoughtful little surprises – it's just very ordinary.
❌ **Two Minor Gripes I Must Mention**
1. The room lighting is too dim. It's not 'mood lighting'; it's genuinely hard to see. It's just too dark.
2. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring. The facilities feel a bit dated. Don't just rely on past glory; a little modernization would be nice.
👫 **Who is this hotel suitable for?**
- Traveling with friends or parents.
- Those who spend most of their time exploring and dining out, not looking to lounge at the hotel or seeking extreme service.
- Anyone who wants to stay in a five-star hotel, save money, and prioritizes value for money.
✅ **Summary:**
For value for money, this is definitely a top choice in Yantai. A five-star with breakfast for around 500 RMB is an absolute steal. If you're looking for attentive service or trendy facilities, you might want to consider other options.

This was my first time staying at a hotel near the airport, and the experience was fantastic. I thought it would be noisy, but the front desk mentioned they have triple-pane soundproof windows, which worked wonderfully. The hotel's airport shuttle service was excellent and very convenient. Qingge Rumeng at the front desk was particularly helpful and patient, assisting me with shuttle reservations – she was so thoughtful! It was a great stay, and I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!

I booked an Executive Room for two nights, which was supposed to include a complimentary daily minibar (non-alcoholic drinks and snacks). However, the butler told me that the minibar was a special courtesy she arranged for me, only for one day, and without snacks. I showed her a screenshot of my booking, and then she said she'd waive the charge for snacks. Wasn't that something I was entitled to in the first place? On the second day, the minibar wasn't refilled either. I've experienced upgrades before, but never a downgrade like this. Such an attitude really detracts from the experience. Also, if alcoholic beverages in the minibar aren't complimentary, it would be best to put up a sign to avoid confusion. Other aspects were fine: the room facilities are new, breakfast and the lounge's light meals are good, and the pool is nice. The high-altitude sea view is unbeatable, but it's about a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk to the beach.

Booked an Executive King room, but since it wasn't available, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded me to an apartment suite. What more could I ask for?
Seriously, nothing but praise.
The Executive Lounge's Happy Hour offers plenty of food; if you really try, you can certainly fill up. Normally, no one mixes drinks there, but I insisted and they made me a Gin and Tonic. A little later, I went back for another, jokingly asking if a Gin and Tonic was really that challenging. They relented and concocted a passionfruit-infused drink with tonic – I forget what liquor was in it – but it was sweet and quite delicious. They truly made something out of nothing, as all the colored syrups were gone. So grateful, truly grateful.
From the living room, you get a panoramic, unobstructed view of Quancheng Square, and you can see the Guohua InterContinental across the way. I specifically checked at night, and thankfully, no one was flying drones, which is a HUGE plus.
Breakfast had a decent variety, pretty standard. Besides their special omelet-wrapped everything, I highly recommend 'Bazi Rou' (braised pork) when you're in Jinan. The presentation is plain, even uglier than what you'd find at Chaoyixing, and it comes in small pieces, but the flavor is spot on – absolutely delicious.
In the suite, they provided a bunch of random samples – all the toiletries were miniatures. I looked them up and they were Acqua di Parma. I didn't recognize the brand, so I just took them all home. Before leaving, I even called housekeeping to request another set. We Shangri-La members are basically beggars, after all.
The pool was also excellent – clean and not crowded. Swimming next to the 'Eye of Quancheng' really is a unique experience. The sauna and steam rooms were also well-maintained.
Right across from the hotel is Jinan's traditional CBD (though there's a proper, newer CBD now, quite far away). I recommend crossing through the Hang Lung Plaza opposite, and just a short walk away, you'll find Yanxi Tang, whose scallion oil carp was unexpectedly delicious.
Finally, I'd like to give a special shout-out to two staff members: Niki at the front desk and He Mengyao at the lounge. Thanks to their professional service, our trip concluded perfectly. We will definitely be back.

My stay at Shangri-La Qingdao was incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, right in Shinan District, next to MixC City, which made shopping super convenient. It's also very close to May Fourth Square, about a 10-minute walk. The location truly can't be beaten! The hotel is much more beautiful than I imagined, with a well-maintained, elegant, and clean vintage style. The facilities are excellent, including a gym, swimming pool, and tennis courts. A big thank you to Rina, who recommended so many great sightseeing spots and even gave me a small gift upon check-out. The recommended spots were very close to the Municipal Government and May Fourth Square. I was extremely satisfied with both the location and the environment – it's a truly reliable choice. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Qingdao.

This was my first time visiting Mount Tai, and I came specifically for this hotel due to its reputation. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. You can easily take public buses to Mount Tai Station, Dai Temple, and the Mount Tai scenic area. Dai Temple is just about a kilometer to the right of the hotel, and there's also a small commercial street and a food street nearby. The Zui Furong restaurant, a Shandong cuisine spot, serves authentic and distinctive dishes. The hotel's front desk is elegant and spacious, and the staff are attentive and welcoming. The guest rooms are bright and roomy with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The lobby is also very quiet. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

This is a great airport hotel with good value for money. The food and drinks aren't overpriced, and the breakfast spread is excellent. Parking is convenient, and the staff are warm and attentive. Plus, there's a dedicated walkway to the terminal and transportation hub, which is really handy.

The room is spacious and well-equipped, clean and hygienic, and the bedding is also clean. The sleep is comfortable. The weather has been very comfortable recently. It feels like a good choice to come to Weihai for vacation

SSangqidazhanThe suite was spacious, and having two bathrooms was very convenient. The facilities weren't as old as many other reviews claimed; overall, it was quite good, and the cleaning was excellent. Being able to take breakfast to go was a nice, thoughtful touch.
However, we waited 40 minutes to check in and didn't get into our room until 3:40 PM. I assume this was due to how busy it was during the Chinese New Year period.

8852 Serendipitous LifeOverall the hotel staff and service are 4 star. What makes the hotel 5 Star are the rooms and facilities. It is clean, safe, and well maintained.
To be fair, I did arrive in early April during the off-season but I was not impressed with the service provided. Staff was consistently difficult to find, or would be crowded all in the lobby. Check-In and Check out was easy and the staff are very nice. International guests be aware, few to no staff speak English or communicate in any other language.
The breakfast was not good. Cold and hard food, empty plates, drinks and foods not being refilled, and then having the lights turned off after breakfast was finished being served. Few selections, mainly cheap foods and breads.
There are no staff outside, during my time there. No bell hops, no one to guide you to the front desk (Because it is not easy to find at first), no one to help with your luggage. A single staff member stands at the front of the lobby after you enter to greet you.
Positives - The room was spacious and very clean. It had most things I needed and the quality of the room and bathroom was excellent. The balcony looked over the courtyard and the ocean which people can see you if you go out but was a nice addition. The island the hotel is on has everything close by and most taxis/Didi’s will pick you up within five minute
The area has been developing for many years and is getting better each year. The Qingdao Beer Festival ground are close by (about 30 minutes drive) during the summer, but most activities are in the city about one hour drive away for the rest of the year.
For this hotel, the room and facilities are the focus as they are well taken care of and maintained. I am not sure if I would return.
LLele&mamaI have stayed in so many hotels, but this is my first review. This hotel is really great. We arrived at 9pm and wanted to stay in the same room with our parents and children. The front desk upgraded us to an executive suite for free. The room was big and clean, with L'Occitane toiletries. We also took our children to swim. The hotel adds points to Linyi. I have to give it a five-star rating and highly recommend it.

MM599736****Five-star review! Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort is incredibly worthwhile.
The room we booked was a delightful surprise. The balcony offers a direct view of Aoshan Bay, and watching the sunrise in the morning was absolutely stunning! It's just a hundred meters walk to the Ocean Bromide Salt Hot Springs, so you can enjoy both a relaxing soak and ocean views. The kids' water park kept my child entertained to no end.
The window seats really set a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and even proactively upgraded our room. The service was attentive to every detail. This is definitely our top choice for a family vacation, and we'll be back next time!
