It smells to wet fungi. Therefore we had to shorten from 2 days to 1 day. The money as promised at the reception is of course not there until today. So, here I'd like Airbnb and finger away from this hotel.
Pontos positivos: funcionários bem educados e comunicativos, hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bom, área da piscina muito boa com ótima vista e variedade de bebidas, bem instagramável.
Pontos negativos: ar-condicionado não tão fortes, mas ao sair chegaram algumas equipes para fazer manutenção, tive problema com o ar-condicionado em um quarto, mas me mudaram imediatamente de quarto. O café fica enjoativo se vc ficar muitos dias, pois são coisas básicas que mudam.

Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht, aber es war mega klein und nach hinten raus, ohne Balkon. Für 100 R$ Aufpreis pro Nacht haben wir dann ein Zimmer vorne raus, mit Balkon, erhalten. Leider aber ist der Strassenlärm nachts sehr störend. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und somit nicht schalldicht.

4th day the same thing
5th day without news
6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour
18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable
I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite .
I exchanged . Suite only with cold water
7th day shower of the suite opened normally and when the hot water began disappears
Finally a complete disaster .
