They’re welcoming and warm. Hotel staff are superb and service is good. Bed was comfortable and decoration of room was nice. Good ambience makes it all an enjoyable stay. Location near to the airport. Highly recommended.

Strategic location. One side is Sarawak river, one side is Chinatown. The hotel also connected to shopping mall. No worry if you are looking for food or groceries.

Convenient location opposite a local eatery area and coin-laundry across the road from the main entrance. There is direct access via a glass door from lobby to Boulevard Mall which has a small food court, smart supermarket, Watson, Guardian, Pizza Hut, Mr DIY. Hotel pool & gym at level 6. The gym has spacious floor space including 2 separate areas for yoga and exercises, away from the good range of equipment & free weights. My corner Deluxe room is spacious (45 M2,) with separate sitting area and even a timber deck for kids or exercises. Big comfortable bed/firm mattress, clean shower/bath room with strong water pressure, window offers good view of Kuching city all way to Matang and Santubong. Breakfast buffet offers both Malaysian & Western hot food, fruits, salad and yoghurt, tea, coffee, teh tarik and fruits drink.

Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location. Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger

This hotel is right in front of the famous Kuching landmark - the 7 cats. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The toilet also comes with bidet and shower was good. Breakfast buffet was also good with a decent selection of Sarawak food as well. Nearby Carpenter street too! Overall even though its a little dated it is still a very good choice to stay.

I stayed at Astana Wing Riverside Hotel during a recent business trip and found it to be a comfortable and practical choice. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a conducive environment for rest after a long day of meetings. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants within walking distance, which made meals and short breaks very manageable during my stay. The service provided by the staff was acceptable; however, I believe a warmer and more welcoming approach would further enhance the experience for business travellers. Overall, the hotel offers good value for business trips, with comfort, space, and accessibility as its main strengths.

I stayed at Kingwood Hotel for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The biggest highlight was the stunning sunset view of the Rajang River which I absolutely loved it. The service was very good, and I appreciated the convenient parking as well as the swimming pool facilities. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited. During my 5 nights stay, the food options were mostly the same, alternating between days, which became repetitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the river view and good service.

Overall is okay for business short stay. Come with breakfast which is not too bad. Bed is okay, ac is wonderful. Bathroom might need to upgrade a little. Pretty basic hotel. Have a quite comfortable stay here. Location wise is okay. Near to few restaurants and kopitiam.

Our 5th time staying here and have always been happy with hilton kuching rooms being spotless. However this time, we have got a room that is not so clean and things were in bad condition as compared to the previous rooms I have stayed in. Check in was great as attended by Bong. One other feedback, the lobby area parking attendant, there is one lady with short hair seems to be quite fierce looking and not sure if this is a hospitality service from Hilton Kuching as she does not even have a smile on her face as compared to the rest of the staff attending to the parking in the Lobby, they were very friendly and welcoming which I have always experienced in the past. Hope the management is able to do something about her and remind her on the basics of being in thehospitality service.

My colleagues and I stayed in the Family Suite A for 3 days and 2 nights, and the experience was overall very satisfying. Room & Comfort: The suite was spacious and comfortable, which made it convenient for a group stay. The beds were clean, the air-conditioning worked well, and the room layout gave us enough space to relax and work comfortably. The bathroom was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness: Housekeeping maintained the room nicely throughout our stay. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the room felt tidy and pleasant. Facilities: The hotel offers good facilities, and the parking was easy to access. Wi-Fi connection was acceptable for basic work and browsing. Location: Strategically located with easy access to nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and places around Bintulu. Very practical for work trips. Service: The staff were polite, helpful, and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and any requests we made were attended to promptly. Overall: A comfortable and spacious option for colleagues travelling together. Good value for money and a convenient stay for work-related trips. We would consider staying here again.
