The room itself was very big and spacious line a 5 star hotel but it was looking rather worn and dull aesthetically speaking . Perhaps because it is before renovation. Currently there is a renovation and some parts of the hotel are already complete, im sure guests would love it at that time. The service was pretty good though.

I was able to check in early, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable — really satisfied with the stay! The location was also great, easy access to food and nearby places. Overall, definitely recommended!

Everything is fine at this hotel except lift bell is too loud when it reach the floor desire. Complimentary coffee at lobby bar is good quality.

I had a truly pleasant experience staying at the Grand Margherita Hotel in Kuching. The location is excellent—right by the waterfront—making it very convenient for sightseeing, relaxing walks, and exploring nearby attractions and eateries. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. Breakfast had a good selection, with both local and international options, and the dining area was comfortable and spacious. Facilities like the pool and common areas were also well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, Grand Margherita Hotel offers great comfort, good service, and an ideal location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching, whether for leisure or business.

I stayed at Raia Hotel for a night before my interview at Bangunan Lee On, and it was an excellent choice. The location was very convenient, just a short drive away from my interview venue. I had a wonderful experience at Raia Hotel Kuching! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

Whenever I'm in Kuching, this is the THE hotel to stay at! It's simple, the toilet has a bidet, the beds are huge and comfy! It's 10 mins from the airport and has a mall next to it! EVERYTHING IS AMAZING

I booked pool view room. And they said this was it. I’m a tired mom looking forward to relaxing gate away with my son. And, i also requested for nearby room, but ended no lift, walking and another staircase. My other times was walking distance too, with an elderly with me they give 1st floor as well. Haiya

The hotel is located in the town area, just walking distance to the main bazaar, waterfront, and other tourist attractions. Very convenient. The pool and cardio room is located at the other wing, there is a bridge to walk over.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast & seafood buffet dinner and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Short stay at the family suite and king suite, arrived Sunday afternoon and left Monday afternoon, so limited activities. Rooms were clean and tidy, the king suite overlooked the bigger pool and the Coconut Bar. Family suit had convenient access to ”kiddie” pool and beach. Kids had fun at the kids' pool, also had a dip in the bigger pool as well as playing at the beach. Pool is good for a visit in the afternoon as dead bugs in the pool take some time for staff to clean throughout the morning. Did not get a chance to try the wellness centre as it was closed Monday.
