We took our parents out for a trip and transited in Fushun. Deepseek recommended this hotel to me. It turned out to be unexpectedly good. The location of the hotel is easy to find. The front desk manager Wang Peng was very considerate. Seeing that we were with the elderly, he upgraded our room and gave us fruits. He also prepared plastic slippers for the elderly very considerately. The room was very spacious and bright. There was Hunhe River outside the window. There was also a bathtub in the room, which was just right for taking a bath to relieve fatigue. Breakfast was on the first floor, with a wide variety of varieties. The waiters were very considerate and took good care of the elderly. The chicken noodle soup in the restaurant was very fresh, worthy of being an old hotel. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel also tasted very good and the environment was very elegant. In short, this hotel was definitely an unexpected surprise. We and the elderly were very satisfied!

The location is excellent, and the rooms are well-lit with great views. All staff are friendly and provide attentive service. The bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. The pool water is pristine, and the gym is spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast is consistently delicious and plentiful, as always. Highly recommended.

I have been afraid that it will be troublesome to bring hairy children to the hotel. The staff of this hotel have completely circled me with intimate actions! When I checked in, the front desk lady saw that my Corgi's paws were stained with mud and handed me a pack of pet wipes. It was so intimate! After entering the room, I found out that the staff had put the dog kennel and the dog's favorite toys in advance. On the day of check-out, we packed our luggage a little bit. We knew that we had to drive for several hours and handed me a sealed bag with unused pet wipes and pick-up bags on the road. The staff was very enthusiastic about pets. I will take my pets to look for this one!

When I ask to print out the invoice of 2 nights stay at the check-out desk, the person did not give me any invoice. I do not understand whether this is their regulation or not. I was expecting to receive the invoice for the 2 nights stay as usual. The reception did not even answer to my request on May 31st when she can give or not. If the person did not understand my English, then there should be a person to speak in English at least in the reception for Check-in and Check-out. That's is why I have chosen Sheraton hotel. It was no pleasant morning.

The bathroom facilities don't feel dated at all; both the bathtub and rain shower were extremely comfortable. We did have a minor hiccup with the bathtub's water, but the manager was quick to communicate and resolve it. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there's a delicious breakfast spot just a 5-minute walk away. Also, the ice cream on the hotel's ground floor was incredibly authentic. We booked a twin room, and the two beds could be pushed together, which was perfect for 3 adults and 1 child. The swimming pool on the 5th floor had a great water temperature, feeling over 25°C. A large section of the pool was a shallow area, which made us feel very comfortable letting the children play. The post-swim showers were very warm, and there was even a spin dryer for swimsuits, plus a steam room. Overall, both the seniors and children thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

As a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say this hotel stands out for its perfect blend of luxurious comfort, strategic location, and impeccable service. The hotel's location is unbeatable. Situated in the city center at Youhao Square , it was incredibly convenient for exploring. I could easily walk to the Russian Street and Zhongshan Square , and popular spots like Tiger Beach and Xinghai Square were just a short drive away .

The front desk staff, Angel, had a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and efficient. The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower had consistent and comfortable water pressure. The hotel also features a heated pool and a 24-hour gym, which I was very satisfied with. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Shenyang.

The front desk staff were really nice — very friendly and polite. The room was very big and spacious. Not only was there a washing machine, but also a large refrigerator. Both of us were very satisfied with our stay. As for breakfast, it was quite varied, with both Western and Chinese options, and we were able to eat very well. I chose this hotel over New World and Marriott for its value for money, and also because I saw it had a play area for kids. Although there weren't many items, everything was new and exciting for a child under two, and they loved it! Plus, it was convenient to return here after spending time at K11. Service: Absolutely outstanding! Having stayed at various types and levels of hotels due to my previous job, this was my first time at Wanxin, but the staff had an inexplicable warmth and genuine friendliness. It wasn't that fake, overly enthusiastic kind of service. The front desk was meticulous; I had called ahead to request a crib, and it was already set up when I checked in. The male and female staff at the swimming pool were both incredibly warm and attentive. Furthermore, I didn't even notice I had left my bracelet behind when checking out, but a lady named Rosy contacted me. She was polite and enthusiastic, helping me find a suitable way to retrieve my bracelet. I'm truly grateful! If I get the chance, I'll definitely recommend my friends book a room with Rosy! ^O^

This was my second stay at the Shangri-La Dalian, and it was just as comfortable and pleasant as the first. I really enjoyed the executive lounge. My only minor complaint is that the toilet seats aren't heated in winter, which can be quite a shock!
