We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Special thanks to Wency, the Guest Relations Officer, who provided outstanding service. She contacted us in advance to understand our needs, kindly upgraded our room, and assisted us with complimentary parking. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff Anthony and Manager Tang provided exceptional service. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. Their warm and courteous attitude made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!

Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes.

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. Parking was very convenient, and breakfast was good. My only confusion was why there were restrictions on the 'complimentary' drinking water. At checkout, another guest mentioned being charged for extra water, and it turned out I had also been caught out. (I saw a disposable toilet seat cover on the toilet and assumed it was free, but it was one of those flimsy, unusable types like on planes, so I threw it away.) They charged me 2 yuan for it! Having traveled extensively, this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Just a heads-up to be cautious. I hope the hotel doesn't lose customers by nickel-and-diming them.

I really want to commend our butler, Dino. Their service was professional and incredibly warm. They were humble and friendly, and very meticulous in their work. Any requests we had were quickly addressed, and they handled everything with great care and competence, making sure all arrangements were perfectly planned. Dino truly prioritized our stay experience, focusing on every detail, and proactively helped coordinate various matters. The service level was outstanding, making our entire stay relaxed and enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience.

I chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation, and my overall experience was absolutely perfect! From the front desk reception to the doormen, every staff member was incredibly warm and attentive, with every detail thoughtfully covered. The hotel's facilities exceeded my expectations. The pool area was beautifully designed and elegant, and the gym was particularly impressive. Compared to many five-star hotels, the variety of equipment here is arguably the most comprehensive I've ever seen, making for an excellent workout experience. You absolutely must try the spa on the fifth floor. The therapists are professional and highly skilled. After my massage, I felt completely relaxed, and all the fatigue from my travels simply melted away. The entire hotel has a warm and comfortable atmosphere, making it perfectly suitable for both business trips and leisure stays.

The overall experience was great after staying. The most satisfying thing was the sanitary condition. The whole house was cleaned very meticulously. The beds were flat and clean, and it was very comfortable to feel. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the walls, floors and sanitary ware are clean, and there is no dust and residual water stains in the corners. All kinds of facilities in the room are available, electrical appliances and furniture are well maintained, and they are easy to use. The hotel also has a gym, fully equipped and can be used normally. The overall environment is also refreshing and quiet, the public areas are also clean and orderly, the living is particularly comfortable, and the breakfast is very rich and the food is very satisfying.

After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

Liaoning is the second hometown of our family of three. This time the child traveled by car from south to north during the winter vacation. After passing through Xingcheng, he found another treasure hotel: a brand new Hilton, the atmosphere of the suite is decorated, the large balcony, plus the sea view. Unfortunately, the nearby turf is still finishing the landscape. The scenery is slightly affected. The food is also good. I can’t take a picture of the room in a hurry, but I will definitely visit again during the summer vacation. Good hotel is recommended.
