Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, with a distinct vintage feel, but it's not run-down. Overall, it's pretty decent. However, for those who frequently stay in hotels, there might be a slight issue, as standard rooms don't have floor-to-ceiling windows. On the positive side, the bedding is quite new. Considering it opened in 2008, it's understandable. The executive lounge, though, offers an absolutely stunning view, overlooking the entire harbor. Hygiene: Most areas were very clean, and there were no odors or stains on the pillows, duvets, or mattresses. However, there was some white residue in the bathtub, which the hotel didn't clean thoroughly. Service: The service was very good, with quick response times. The check-in experience was also pleasant, with staff helping to carry luggage to the room, which was excellent! Environment: The environment is also good, and it's close to the subway station. Turn right out of the hotel, and you'll find Zhongshan Square, a nice spot to take friends or kids to see pigeons. Summary: If you don't mind its age, it's a good hotel. The hygiene is mostly fine, the facilities are functional, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is also quite distinctive, offering Dalian specialties like xiaolongbao, jianbing guozi, menzi, and sea cucumber rice. A few suggestions: the executive lounge's access control isn't very strict; they should have someone specifically guarding the entrance to prevent those without executive privileges from entering. Also, the curtains don't fully cover the windows, leaving gaps on both sides. And there should definitely be tissues on the bedside table, not just in the bathroom, as it's inconvenient. Side note: This hotel left a particularly deep impression on me because the room assigned to me upon check-in was a pleasant surprise. The hotel opened in 2008, and coincidentally, I was given room number 2008. It was a really great stay experience!

Highly recommended! Very comfortable for family trips with children. The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy. The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement. Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful. Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

What was supposed to be just an ordinary stay unexpectedly left me with such a great impression. The hotel's 41st-floor Sky Lobby has a fantastic ambiance, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the Donggang seascape. The environment is grand, and direct elevator access means no hassle getting there. The guest rooms are spacious with excellent natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Room amenities are comprehensive, and the bathroom is large, featuring a Dyson hairdryer and Frederic Malle toiletries. The bedding is soft, and guests can even choose between soft and firm pillows, which was great for my parents who sometimes have trouble sleeping. What truly impressed us was the service. Our butler contacted us in advance, and any issues could be addressed quickly via WeChat. The service was efficient and perfectly balanced, never overly intrusive. The turndown service was meticulous, and the room was quiet with good soundproofing. The high-altitude infinity pool on the 38th floor offers a tranquil environment, perfect for seniors to relax and take a leisurely stroll. Breakfast quality was excellent, balancing light options with local specialties. The dishes were mildly flavored, and the selection was rich. The hotel is located in Donggang, right by the coastal promenade, making it perfect for post-dinner strolls by the sea, and transportation is convenient. Overall, the facilities are new, and the service is attentive. It's ideal for seniors on vacation, and my parents had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Dalian.

He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home. During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble. He communicated with me smoothly and provided a lot of help. The hotel service was outstanding, enabling me to feel the considerate service even in a foreign country. I will choose this hotel again next time. Once again, thank you to all the service staff for bringing more wonderful experiences to the guests.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across from the upscale MixC shopping mall, connected by an underground passage, making dining and shopping very convenient. The Line 2 subway station is also just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has its own underground parking, which is free, a great plus for those traveling by car. The hotel is clean, and the front desk and bell staff are warm and attentive. My only feedback is that the breakfast quality doesn't quite match the price, and I hope this can be improved.

The scenery outside the river view room is particularly beautiful. Downstairs is the Liaohe River Leisure Trail. It is very convenient to go downstairs for a walk at night. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is always delicious and I have to visit it once or twice every time I stay. The breakfast was very good, with many flavors, but this time the coffee machine was broken and I didn't get any coffee. Fortunately, the coffee in the cafe on the first floor is also very delicious.

Huge thanks to Serena at the front desk for upgrading my room! She was so kind and thoughtful, even arranging a welcome gift for me. It included disposable mouthwash, disinfecting wipes, and a steam eye mask, which was a real lifesaver and helped me get some good sleep on the plane! The hotel room was large and spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. While the decor might be a bit 'old-school executive,' it's incredibly practical and well-equipped – definitely a Sheraton. In the afternoon, I also visited the gym and pool. Though compact, they had everything I needed: a wide range of gym equipment and a large pool where I enjoyed a few refreshing laps. My favorite part was the lobby; the high ceilings and dome design were truly grand and created a very open and airy feel. A stroll in the garden was also lovely; the meticulously maintained lawn instantly lifted my spirits. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have an early morning flight.
