The room furnishings and facilities are a bit old, lacking modern amenities, but overall, an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari. The 'old money' vibe is truly fitting, and you can tell how grand it must have been in its heyday. What truly stands out is the service. Both the concierge and housekeeping staff are incredibly responsive, proactive, and thoughtful. This was a stark contrast to the Grand Hyatt where I stayed the previous two days (which honestly had nothing going for it besides the sea view and location). Special shout out to Vicle Li De and Eric Sun Yong from the concierge team – they proactively helped with luggage and guided me during check-in and check-out, all with great patience and meticulousness. Truly excellent. The breakfast is also worth trying. Although the offerings were largely the same each day, the quality was exceptional. The beef noodle soup was outstanding; I had several bowls every morning. The coffee beans were also of superior quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

Highly recommended! Very comfortable for family trips with children. The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy. The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement. Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful. Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request, making the entire check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel's attention to detail was also excellent, with complete facilities, providing an overall experience that was both comfortable and high-quality. What was supposed to be just an ordinary stay unexpectedly left me with such a great impression. I am extremely satisfied with this experience and have already listed it as my top choice for my next trip. This hotel is managed and operated with care and dedication – my first choice in Dalian!

Choosing a luxury hotel like Four Seasons Hotel Dalian really doubles your happiness index. The hotel has a dedicated Guest Experience team that finds out your preferences and estimated arrival time even before you check in. They also provide welcome fruit, and any questions or issues are resolved promptly. The service is warm, and a lovely young lady named Carrier was especially friendly and approachable. The hotel's desserts and chocolates are insanely delicious—I asked about them and found out they use top-tier French Valrhona chocolate. The toiletries in the room have a wonderful, pleasant scent. Dining, ocean views, and shopping are super convenient and all within walking distance. It's so relaxing to head out for a stroll after a good meal, and take a taxi back when you're tired. The reception is on the 41st floor with absolutely stunning views.

During my stay at Fushun Friendship Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service experience. The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff were evident throughout, all delivered with efficiency and warmth. The dining experience at the Chinese restaurant was particularly commendable. The dishes were authentic in flavor and meticulously prepared, reflecting a clear dedication to quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Each course was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise. While enjoying new coffee blends and refreshments at the lobby bar during my leisure time, the young female staff consistently maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, engaging in friendly and natural conversations that enhanced the relaxed ambiance. Over several days, the hotel demonstrated high standards across all aspects – service, dining, and ambiance – creating a consistently comfortable and reassuring environment. I look forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

My stay at New World Dalian Hotel was excellent, and what impressed me most was the thoughtful and attentive service. The lobby staff would proactively greet guests, and the bellhops were quick to help with luggage, creating a warm feeling right from the moment I walked in. The front desk was efficient, and the duty manager was incredibly friendly, promptly addressing any issues. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to Zhongshan Square, Donggang, and the Venetian Water City, making it convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room facilities were well-maintained, and the overall stay was comfortable. With solid amenities and, more importantly, consistently warm service, this hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian. Highly recommended.

The hot spring water was natural and genuine, warm and soothing. After a soak, I felt completely relaxed, and all the fatigue from my journey vanished. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the private hot spring tub offered great privacy, which my child absolutely loved. The staff were warm, polite, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. The facilities were comprehensive. This place is perfect for both family trips and relaxing getaways. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

The Shangri-La Hotel Shenyang is truly a five-star hotel; it's high-end, elegant, and boasts complete and exquisite facilities. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere, and despite being in the city center, it's peaceful and quiet. The service attitude is great, and they cater to guests' needs. I would definitely choose the Shangri-La Hotel again if I have the chance.

The scenery outside the river view room is particularly beautiful. Downstairs is the Liaohe River Leisure Trail. It is very convenient to go downstairs for a walk at night. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is always delicious and I have to visit it once or twice every time I stay. The breakfast was very good, with many flavors, but this time the coffee machine was broken and I didn't get any coffee. Fortunately, the coffee in the cafe on the first floor is also very delicious.

She listened patiently to my concerns with a gentle and sincere attitude, immediately offered a reasonable solution, and actively coordinated with various departments throughout the process to efficiently resolve the problem. During our conversation, she thoughtfully noted my needs, proactively and kindly asked about my stay experience, and continuously reassured me. Her calm and professional approach made me feel completely at ease. What could have been a slightly unpleasant incident was entirely smoothed over by Alina's thorough and appropriate handling, dispelling all my worries. Aside from her excellent complaint resolution skills, the hotel itself was commendable in all aspects. The lobby decor was grand and elegant, the environment was consistently clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and quickly, providing warm and courteous service and clearly explaining all my check-in benefits. The guest rooms were meticulously cleaned, every corner was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful rest. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, with Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, and beverages all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent.
