Good location for business travel to stay overnight at the airport. Room is small but clean and restaurant is good. Service could be improved . They claim the shuttle runs 24 hours per day leaving on the hour each hour but for some reason they do not have a 1 pm shuttle and this was not indicated on the website

The president is good, the location is very good, just on the edge of Japan Street, it is very convenient to walk there.

1. 位置: 距離GRU是大約一個小時車程（全程不堵車），打的是大約200里亞爾=270人民幣（目前匯率1.35）。從周邊高樓來看，應該是聖保羅市中心了，但是離GRUA是真的遠。 2. 費用: 1500-1800一晚，這價格，上海北京也能住五星了吧? 費用相當高。 3. 房間: 居中吧，偏舊一點，馬桶按鈕，不回彈，得把整個蓋子抬起來促使主動回位。是紅色桌子，感覺偏舊。房間不大，一個床，一個沙發，一個掛壁電視，一張桌子，一個衞生間，留出來的步行區域就不多了，沒有大塊空白區。 4. 至少巴西酒店內，沒有免費瓶裝水。 5. 從外面打酒店電話，極難打通。 6. 早餐: 這個不錯，沒有適合中國口味的菜，但以本地菜而言，品種豐富，味道不錯，水果也不錯。 7. 大堂有樂隊和鋼琴表演，不錯。 8. 附近有麥當勞和本地快餐廳，沒敢去找有沒有中餐館，吃飯挺方便。不遠處有個加油站裏的便利店，買東西也還行。 9. 總體來説，跟國內比的話，沒得比，不要抱太高期待。而跟巴西本地比的話，跟機場旁邊700一晚的comfirt機場舒適酒店比，也沒有到達2倍的差異。性價比不是很高。 10. 巴西的消費是真的貴，不論是聖保羅市，還是聖保羅州北部，還是里約。

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time. The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked. There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it. The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable. There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit. The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new. WiFi connectivity was poor. I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this. I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money. Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach. Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.

To be honest, I am not satisfied with this hotel. I checked in at 9 am. The hotel said that there was a room, but I had to pay half a day's room rate because the normal check-in time was after 3 pm. I have to say that although the regulations are like this, it is the first time I have encountered a hotel that operates like this. After checking in, I found that the building opposite the room was under construction. Needless to say, the noise was very close. The key is that the distance between the buildings was very close, and the curtains could not be opened. Then we were going to go out to buy some bottled water. We went downstairs to ask the doorman which direction the nearest supermarket to buy water was. As a result, the doorman said that the nearest supermarket would take 15 minutes to walk. I will help you get a taxi. According to my own life experience, I didn't listen to him and went out to look for it myself. It turned out that it was only 100 meters away. Speechless 😓. In addition, there are few varieties of breakfast. Except for more fruits, there is nothing good. Regarding the location of the room, I later went to the front desk to adjust the room. The front desk said that changing to the other side would also face the construction site, so I had to give up. The only thing worth praising is that the check-out on the last day was that the front desk readily agreed to delay it to 2 pm, which was good.

A wonderful hotel that truly deserves 5 stars. Delicious breakfasts, amazing service, impeccable cleanliness, and a delightful interior design.

I liked it, but I requested a room for two people and they gave me single beds that were far too small. Also, I was on the eighth floor and there was a constant noise from some engine on the terrace that was quite annoying. The television never worked, even though I asked them to come and see it; they came but couldn't.

An average hotel near the airport. The location is amazing, same as transfer service; clean super A+, but probably the worst is the staff, they clearly see you as a a number that get in/out - without any extra smile :)

Very good location and comfort of the room ... with extra bed for my daughter ... she loved very much!!! Perfect breakfast!!!
