Highly recommend staying at this hotel. It is very conveniently located to pedestrian street and Zaolin Park. Close to Metro station. Everything within easy walking distance. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, they made our visit feel extra special. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay!

Executive Lounge benefits: Five meals a day, the food was decent, quite varied and plentiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the person who refilled my water left a lasting impression. My trip was too short to experience some of the services. Facilities: All the facilities were available, and the decor was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the elevators were Otis. Hygiene: There were sugar grains and stains on the sofa, and the minibar was moldy. There was no trash can in the bedroom, only a paper wastebasket, which isn't suitable for liquids. However, there was a trash can in the bathroom. Environment: Acceptable. Service: The staff were friendly and polite. There was a discrepancy in the app's room description between 'alcoholic beverages' and 'minibar'. Only the minibar had a charge notice, while 'alcoholic beverages' was ambiguous, even though the alcoholic drinks were in the fridge.

An absolutely incredible experience! [Strong][Strong][Strong] This time, my two friends and I stayed at the Junyi Hotel (Central Street Branch), a hidden gem tucked away on an unassuming street. The location is superb, just a few steps from Central Street, with tons of authentic local restaurants nearby. The hotel itself boasts a luxurious yet elegant and warm style, with top-notch facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The Russian-style afternoon tea, available almost all day, was a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was dazzling; in addition to the buffet with various local specialties, there were three delicious set menus to choose from. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. What truly stood out was the hotel staff's incredibly attentive and devoted service – it’s been a long time since I've experienced such high-quality service. For me, a seasoned traveler who spends half the year in hotels around the world, this was an unforgettable experience. A huge thumbs up to them! [Strong][Strong][Strong]

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. The hotel's location and room decor are absolutely superb! Turn right upon exiting, and you're right on Central Street, super close to Madieer Ice Cream (bought some immediately, of course!). The rooms are designed in a Russian aristocratic style, and they even offer costume rentals – the dresses are beautiful! You can put one on and head to the lobby or the hundred-year-old elevator for some amazing photo opportunities. The lady at the front desk was fantastic at taking pictures and helped me capture so many memorable shots. The guy was also quite entertaining; he readily shared stories about the hotel's history. Both helped me with my luggage when checking in and out (a real lifesaver, as my suitcase was heavy and the hotel entrance has steps – I couldn't have managed it alone!). A big thank you to the enthusiastic front desk staff! Oh, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, which was a fantastic bonus!

The room was spacious and bright, and the service was truly exceptional. The day before check-in, a lovely front desk attendant called and even added me on WeChat to send important notices and a travel guide. On the day of arrival, staff were right outside the main entrance to help with luggage and call the elevator. Once we got to the second-floor reception, all the staff were incredibly warm and patient. We were also very happy with the room, which had pre-prepared fruit and bread. Staff also informed us that the hot water took a while due to the long pipes. Whenever we had trouble operating room facilities or ordered takeout, staff would promptly come to assist, showing great efficiency. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Harbin!

Wanted to give my thanks to Joe for picking us up in the airport and helping us all around. He is naturally helpful and kind. Well the hotel is grand. It is old but they maintain it. We booked suite room and it is very spacious and comfortable. Bed is just fine and huge bathroom. They make sure to clean our room every day. Location wise is excellent . Close to many malls, travel time to sofia church and some other famous attractions is about 25mins. Just the food selection in this hotel is limited. The chinese restaurant seems close or fully booked all the time and the japanese restaurant is close the whole duration of our week. Hotel says because its off season. I didn't take pictures to share but We definitely gonna book this hotel when we come back to harbin.

This is my second time in Harbin, and I still chose to stay at Shangri-La Songbei. The hotel is relatively new, and the decor is luxurious, consistent with Shangri-La's usual style, which makes for a very comfortable stay. Manager Ouyang at the front desk helped us upgrade to a higher floor. Vivi Zhang, seeing that I was traveling alone with a child, kindly extended our check-out time. The bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage, and the parking attendant was also very helpful. The underground parking garage is quite warm, so the windshield wiper fluid won't freeze, which is great for vehicles. The 'Little Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms' at Shang Kitchen is absolutely divine! It's the best I've ever tasted. I hope Shangri-La Songbei continues to thrive, and I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Harbin.

For those looking to ski, this hotel's location is absolutely perfect. The front desk staff are very warm and helpful. Although the rooms are simple, they are clean and comfortable. Ski equipment was already prepared in the locker, and the staff were very enthusiastic in assisting us. The only downside was that some people were smoking in the common areas and no one seemed to be managing it.

I dont have any pictures but the hotel room was good even the environment around was quiet but that s good. Not far from Beima subway station and easy to go to Zhongyang road the hotel staff was really nice and kind here!☃️🌟🌟🌟 I have a small trip to snow town and they allow me to keep 4 very large baggages at the hotel which I really appreciate.
