This hotel truly exceeded my expectations on this trip, I just have to praise it! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us with big smiles. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they even proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently answered all our questions about local attractions. Their warm attitude instantly made us feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was an even bigger surprise. As soon as I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The floors were sparkling clean, the bed was neatly made, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh and odorless. The bathroom's vanity and toilet were spotless, without a trace of grime, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned. It was a truly comfortable stay. For us, traveling by car, the parking was the most satisfying aspect. The hotel's own parking lot had plenty of spaces, and there was 24-hour security patrol, making parking convenient and safe. We didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all. What's even more considerate is the hotel's excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk to nearby attractions, saving us travel time and making it convenient for both sightseeing and trying local delicacies. This stay was absolutely perfect. The next time I visit this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel is conveniently located near Central Street and Zhaolin Park, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. Its European aristocratic medieval style is very unique, and the hotel itself is new and clean, which is a big plus.
What truly stands out is the excellent service. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Binggan, was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. When we needed laundry service, the hotel promptly assisted us.
Oh, and one more thing: the breakfast was absolutely delicious! It really lives up to their reputation for excellent Western cuisine. Every dish was carefully prepared, and it's rare to find a hotel that puts so much effort into breakfast these days.
If I ever visit Harbin again, I'll definitely stay at Lizzy!

This five-star hotel is a bit older, and while the exterior looks good, the rooms are a bit small. However, the service was surprisingly excellent, just as previous reviews mentioned – it's like the Haidilao of the hotel industry. They even gave us a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but they offered additional main courses you could order, which was a nice touch. The laundry room has two washing machines, but only one dryer, which isn't quite enough, though they do offer complimentary laundry service. Of course, the most important thing is that during Harbin's ice and snow season, this is one of the few high-end hotels that doesn't drastically inflate its prices, making it a highly recommended choice.
This place is very well situated, being in the middle of Harbin, it makes everywhere you wish to go very accessible. The amenities inside are to be expected, but gaing can be a little hard inside because of a lack of Chinese ID.

Location was great. Right opposite the train station.
The front desk was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away.
The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter.
The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking.
Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

Ski enthusiasts, rejoice! This hotel is a dream come true. It's a mere 10-minute walk straight to the ski slopes, offering a seamless ski-in/ski-out experience. From my window, I had panoramic views of snow-capped mountains and 'snow mushrooms' – the forest in the morning mist was a true winter wonderland, perfect for stunning photos. The facilities are top-notch: underfloor heating throughout and 24-hour hot water quickly banished the post-ski chill. The smart temperature control system was incredibly convenient. Plus, they offer free ski storage and a ski gear drying service – the attention to detail is truly thoughtful. Our butler, Brother Liang, was incredibly attentive, just like an older brother. He truly embodied the warmth of people from the north. Staying in such a comfortable lodge in 'Snow Country' brought immense happiness!

We chose the Retro Era room at Snow Mushroom Hotel in Xuexiang, and it was an amazing experience! The room decor had so much character – old wooden cabinets, floral bedspreads, feather duster hanging on the wall, and antique kettles; every little detail was full of nostalgia. The *kang* (heated brick bed) was wide and super comfortable. The three of us sat cross-legged on it, chatting and playing cards. We could even order food to our room, which really amplified the ambiance. Despite the retro style, the facilities were excellent. They even provided a humidifier, which helped with the dry air. The hygiene was also top-notch; bedding was changed for every guest, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The hotel's Northeastern dishes were also superb – the river fish, *luandun* (stew), and cabbage dumplings were authentic and generously portioned, offering great value for money. They delivered the food directly to our room, and enjoying authentic Northeastern cuisine on a warm *kang* was pure bliss! The service was also very thoughtful; they contacted us via WeChat before check-in to provide directions and important information. I highly recommend this room type for both family trips and friends traveling together – you won't regret it!

The hotel's location and room decor are absolutely superb! Turn right upon exiting, and you're right on Central Street, super close to Madieer Ice Cream (bought some immediately, of course!). The rooms are designed in a Russian aristocratic style, and they even offer costume rentals – the dresses are beautiful! You can put one on and head to the lobby or the hundred-year-old elevator for some amazing photo opportunities. The lady at the front desk was fantastic at taking pictures and helped me capture so many memorable shots. The guy was also quite entertaining; he readily shared stories about the hotel's history. Both helped me with my luggage when checking in and out (a real lifesaver, as my suitcase was heavy and the hotel entrance has steps – I couldn't have managed it alone!). A big thank you to the enthusiastic front desk staff! Oh, and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, which was a fantastic bonus!

The staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

Rroy1983z****The hotel service is excellent, perfect for families with kids. You don't even have to leave the hotel for meals or to change your ski equipment, which is super convenient, and there's a great selection of ski rentals. They offer hotpot and BBQ, and the front desk is very responsive. They also arranged a day trip to Xuexiang for us.

GGanxiebuwanmeidezijiMy son and I celebrated New Year's Eve, had a close encounter with reindeer, and even watched the fireworks from the Ice and Snow World from afar... It was perfect!
The hotel service was absolutely 100 points. Old Wei, who was in charge of arranging the car fleet, found us a driver (I forgot to ask his name) to take us to the entrance of the Ice and Snow World when we couldn't get a taxi. 👍 The driver was worried it would be inconvenient for me to get a taxi back with my child alone, so he gave me very practical and feasible advice... Another driver, Master Wang, was incredibly warm and thoughtful. When he took us to the airport, he was worried we'd be cold, so he considerately dropped us off in the underground parking garage... Five-star rating!
So grateful for the experience!

PprhdmmHaving stayed at the Shangri-La, Crowne Plaza, 1903 Hotel on Central Street, and Westin during this trip, the Ritz-Carlton truly stands out as the best. First, being able to have breakfast in the executive lounge offers unparalleled privacy. For the same price, executive rooms at other hotels always mean going to the crowded first-floor restaurant, and some even have ridiculous queues for breakfast. Second, only the Ritz-Carlton genuinely takes the time to introduce you to the room's amenities and your benefits. At other hotels, I've had to ask why I wasn't getting my benefits, only to find out the front desk forgot to add them! Finally, the butler service is also top-notch. David was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, and his recommendation for Sakurayukitei Japanese restaurant perfectly suited my partner's taste. The owner of the Japanese restaurant was quite grateful when they heard we were recommended by the Ritz-Carlton. In short, I booked through Ctrip because the Marriott app isn't user-friendly for me, but the Ritz-Carlton consistently sets the standard no matter where it is.

GGuest UserFirst time at this hot spring resort and it far exceeded my expectations! The family room was huge, and it included unlimited access to the hot spring area for 2 adults and 1 child. The outdoor hot springs were so invigorating – it looked cold, but it was really warm once you got in. After a relaxing soak, you could head to the food street or get a massage in the lounge area. Basically, everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right here in the hotel! Our train was at night, and we could even use the hot spring lounge to relax after checking out. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend it!!!!

MM383603****This isn't my first time in Snow Town, and I'm pretty familiar with most of the accommodations in the scenic area. However, this hotel still managed to surprise me! The shuttle bus from the Wuchang Mountain Gate dropped us directly at the hotel entrance, saving us the hassle of dragging our luggage. I was traveling with my child and mother this time, and the hotel restaurant staff thoughtfully prepared warm milk and toast for my baby for breakfast. This was by far the best breakfast I've had at any accommodation in Snow Town – none of that plain porridge and pickles they usually serve. The buffet had so many options to choose from! The living environment was also excellent, very quiet and the room was spotless. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to sort out numerous issues for me. Many thanks to them! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
