My stay at this hotel in Yabuli exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The surrounding environment is tranquil, and the air is fresh. The ski resort isn't open yet, so I couldn't ski this time, but it's perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. I'll definitely be back to hit the slopes when ski season arrives. Highly recommended!

The breakfast staff are exceptionally thoughtful with a strong sense of service, and the restaurant offers a comfortable environment and well-maintained facilities. It was my first time encountering a breakfast that extends until 12 PM. Not only do they serve standard fare, but they also feature internet-famous deep-fried rice cakes (youzhagao), frozen pears, and Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork), plus a complimentary 3D-printed yogurt from the restaurant. Bringing out-of-town friends here is an absolute face-saver! The restaurant service elevates the entire hotel experience to the next level—it goes beyond industry standards while truly reflecting Harbin's sincerity toward both locals and visitors! The hotel also incorporates thoughtful service into every single detail: from the souvenirs given to children at front desk check-out, to the complete set of bathroom amenities, even including a headband for female guests, a humidifier in the room, and an infant toilet and washbasin in the family room, which moms will absolutely love! All in all, Habsburg is one of the most impressive hotels I've ever stayed at—the kind of place you want to return to as soon as you leave. I believe it has reached international standards and I highly recommend it!

Full marks, exceptional stay! I came to Harbin on a business trip to negotiate a project, and Ocean Ritz Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable. It's within walking distance of Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral—a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and meeting clients. The lobby boasts a European palace aesthetic, with crystal chandeliers, relief sculptures, and a spiral staircase that create an incredible ambiance. The common areas are perfect for a quick business break or catching up over afternoon tea. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is plush and comfortable, and the soundproofing is top-notch, allowing for a restful night after a busy day. The in-room amenities are comprehensive, featuring everything from a capsule coffee machine to smart bathroom fixtures, and the housekeeping is spotless. The front desk staff was professional, efficient, responsive, and very courteous. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with authentic local Northeast Chinese specialties. The hotel has an upscale, sophisticated vibe that effortlessly caters to both business and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin. Highly recommended!

Having stayed in many hotels, this is one I'd definitely return to. Although the facade might seem a bit unassuming at first glance, it's a hotel with a rich history and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, offering an excellent experience. The butler proactively contacted us two days prior to arrival, and the service upon check-in was incredibly warm and thoughtful. While the room wasn't large, it was meticulously decorated and very comfortable. There's a dedicated tour explaining the history of the mansion, and you even get to experience a century-old antique elevator, making for a truly unique travel experience. The breakfast was also distinctive and delicious. This is truly a hotel that puts a lot of thought and effort into its guests' stay.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

First off, our butler was incredibly enthusiastic! I'd asked in advance about activities and good photo spots, and they answered everything perfectly. My child had a blast, and I got some great photos too! They picked us up and dropped us off at the station upon arrival and departure, personally showed us around Snow Town, and even helped me with tickets for Bangchuishan. It was fantastic! The room was very clean and warm, with complete facilities. The bed was so big, I didn't have to worry about my child falling off. All three meals could be had at the hotel, which was very convenient, and they even treated us to frozen pears! My child said they want to come back to Snow Town next year and stay here again!

Hygiene: Very clean and tidy! Facilities: Excellent! Pajamas, scales, and a fridge are all available. Environment: The garden environment is lovely! It's very quiet, with super spacious rooms. This was the best room I stayed in during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays! Service: Hot water and hot milk service are provided! Breakfast was good, and the hotel staff had a great attitude! I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your holiday!

The hotel is located in Songbei District, which is quite convenient if you're planning to visit Sun Island or the Ice and Snow World. The service was very attentive, and the entire hotel was decorated with unique flair. The staff all wore ethnic costumes, and the ubiquitous log-cabin style gave it a full sense of design. The rooms also featured exceptionally large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unbeatable view. Now, let me share my personal feelings. I'm originally from Genhe, the very place where Aoluguya (the hotel's inspiration) is located. It's been many years since I moved away and haven't returned to Genhe. Over time, I've even developed a kind of 'near-home apprehension.' For me, choosing Aoluguya was an absolute no-brainer. My home and my elementary school all had some connection, big or small, to Aoluguya. Staying at Aoluguya this time, there were truly many details that touched me. For example, the photos and stories of the Ewenki tribe in the hotel lobby, the reindeer and birch elements visible everywhere in the lobby, corridors, and rooms, and even the books I found in my room: 'The Right Bank of the Argun River' and 'Aoluguya Customs.' What others might see as a distant and mysterious place, for me, represents familiar hometown sights and sounds ingrained in my very being. I can't represent all of Genhe, nor do I have the right to speak on behalf of Genhe. But as a Genhe native, I sincerely thank you for creating such a hotel in Harbin, using the imagery, elements, and symbols of Genhe. It allowed me to briefly dream of my hometown, a thousand miles away. Thank you for keeping this flame alive in Harbin. I wish you prosperous business, so that Harbin will always have a place that holds the snow and wind, the ancient pines, and the negative ions of the Taiga forest. The next time I come to Harbin, or rather, every time from now on, I will definitely come back. 🌲🦌

As a budget-conscious traveler who's stayed in Beijing, Tianjin, Chengdu, Xi'an, and now Harbin, I subjectively feel that the Ritz-Carlton Harbin is the absolute bottom tier for Ritz-Carltons in mainland China. At the very least, their service should be on par. They couldn't customize my room key, claiming it's only for Titanium members and above. The Lion (Ritz-Carlton's member discount) isn't honored here; other Ritz-Carltons offer at least a 10% discount, but this one directly stated, ”We're not part of the same system as other Ritz-Carltons.” The breakfast selection was extensive, but the kitchen staff were chatting without masks (though it might have been about work). What was truly outrageous was seeing a male employee at the workstation talking on the phone with one hand while the other hand was directly in a wok, stirring noodles (likely fried noodles) with his bare hands. During breakfast, my family and I hadn't even been eating for half an hour when three different servers repeatedly approached us asking if they could clear our plates, even though there were empty tables around and no one waiting. I had already politely but firmly told the first server that we would be leaving in five minutes at most, yet two more still came to ask about clearing the plates. This is something I've never experienced at any other five-star hotel. I am truly unsatisfied with the service during this stay at the Ritz-Carlton Harbin.

The room facilities are new and very clean, with smart toilets and smart curtains. The location is super convenient for transportation, and you can walk to most major attractions. The staff are warm and friendly, and the housekeeping is excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety of options that both adults and children will love. Definitely worth a second visit!
