This hotel boasts a beautiful, classic European style and magnificent architecture, all thoughtfully designed by the owner. It truly embodies grandeur and luxury. Many of the architectural details and antique pieces are imported from France, offering high artistic beauty and collection value. The overall service was exceptional, with parking available and a doorman to greet you. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Around midnight, the WiFi seemed to cut out, but the room's soundproofing was excellent. The price was reasonable and offered great value for money – a wonderful experience. The shower area was fully automated, which the kids found fascinating. There were welcome fruits and afternoon tea, making us feel right at home. You can even order takeout, and a delivery robot brings it directly to your room. It's conveniently located just around the corner from Central Street's Qingzhi Hand Cream shop, which was very handy. When guests leave, there are taxis lined up, so there's no delay in travel time. Getting to the train station and home was easy. It only takes an hour to get to Harbin from our home, so it felt like staying right near our own doorstep. My little one loved the candies and chocolates from Central Street. The hotel front desk even gave my child some Russian candies when we left. In the evening, a staff member offered a special explanation of the antique architecture and art. It's truly a wonderful little escape from busy life, where you can temporarily forget your worries and even enjoy a deep sleep amidst a hectic schedule. I loved the welcome fruits, coffee, and complimentary drinks in the room. My child called it a 'fully automated high-end hotel' and absolutely loved it. The value for money is quite high; I highly recommend staying here.

Traveling with my whole family, including seniors and children, choosing The Ritz-Carlton Harbin Fuli was absolutely the right decision! Our two-night stay was comfortable and worry-free from start to finish. The high-rise lobby is grand and welcoming, and our room was spacious, bright, with an amazing view. The indoor temperature was perfect, so we didn't have to worry about the cold Northeast weather at all. The service was thoughtful and impeccable; staff members proactively helped with luggage and took care of the elderly and children. Their responses were prompt, making us feel respected and valued. The facilities were clean and high-end; the bathroom and bedding were of excellent quality. The seniors felt secure, and the children loved it too. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the surrounding area was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was quiet and stylish. It's truly ideal for a family stay; the seniors were comfortable, and the children were happy. Our entire family was very satisfied, making it our top choice for accommodation in Harbin!

Environment:
The hotel's environment is excellent, located right on Central Street, and the location is superb! It's very close to the subway station and various attractions. Absolutely fantastic! 👍
Cleanliness:
The guest rooms and lobby are super clean. There's also a backyard; it doesn't look great for photos in winter, but it should be lovely in summer. 😍
Facilities:
The hotel's facilities are all very good. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are quite new. The wooden floors are a bit warped due to age, but it doesn't affect overall use. 😉
It's not a smart home, but it has air conditioning, heating, and an electric toilet – everything you need, very convenient. The only downside is that the hot water for showering isn't hot at night; it was like that for both nights I stayed, which was a bit puzzling since the hot water in the morning was very hot. 🤔
Service:
The service truly deserves a hundred points! 💯 Upon arrival, a kind uncle enthusiastically helped with luggage. When I had trouble at the laundry room, housekeeping service was prompt. The lobby offers food 24 hours a day, with breakfast until 10 AM, followed by afternoon tea, and then late-night snacks. You can even order wontons for a late-night snack, which is truly amazing!
This is a hidden gem of a hotel, I'll definitely come back next time! Highly recommend it to everyone! ❤️❤️
Best wishes.

The room was better than I expected, and there was a large kang (heated bed) that could sleep three people, which also served as a great activity space. The entire house was smart-enabled. Xiao Bin, the hotel manager, was incredibly enthusiastic. He contacted us even before we arrived, arranged a driver for transfers throughout our stay, and even helped us purchase a package ticket for the Ice and Snow Gallery and Da** Mountain. When we arrived in Snow Village, he proactively came to pick us up and drop us off, and even offered a complimentary 'splash water into ice' experience. On our last day, as we were leaving early, he arranged for eggs to be prepared for our breakfast in advance.

Initially, I booked this hotel because I was drawn to its century-old elevators, a unique feature. My child was amazed by the grand, gilded lobby. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service. A staff member helped with our luggage upon check-in, and when my child forgot their homework, they even printed it out and delivered it to our room. During our stay, a kind housekeeper laundered our clothes and brought them back. Since our train wasn't until the afternoon and my child needed to do homework, they even provided afternoon tea. On top of all this, the hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get to all the attractions. It's highly recommended, especially for families with children.

Wanted to give my thanks to Joe for picking us up in the airport and helping us all around. He is naturally helpful and kind. Well the hotel is grand. It is old but they maintain it. We booked suite room and it is very spacious and comfortable. Bed is just fine and huge bathroom. They make sure to clean our room every day. Location wise is excellent . Close to many malls, travel time to sofia church and some other famous attractions is about 25mins. Just the food selection in this hotel is limited. The chinese restaurant seems close or fully booked all the time and the japanese restaurant is close the whole duration of our week. Hotel says because its off season. I didn't take pictures to share but We definitely gonna book this hotel when we come back to harbin.

The service at this five-star hotel is quite good. First, I'd like to commend the uncle at the entrance – he truly deserves praise. Every time, he actively helped us open the car door and handle our luggage, being very enthusiastic. I personally feel that the staff at the entrance create our first impression of a hotel, and this seemingly entry-level position is actually very important. Thumbs up to the uncle!
We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM on a late flight, and the front desk staff were also very welcoming. With smiles on their faces, they checked us in and even gave the child a small handmade gift. It wasn't expensive, but it made for a really nice experience.
Now, for my personal dissatisfactions. We paid an extra 50 yuan for a room with a view of the Ice and Snow World. While they did ask if we were willing to pay extra for the room, and I accepted, I still feel that for a five-star hotel, this practice is a bit ungraceful. The room itself was standard. A five-star hotel in the 'Great North' (referring to a northern region of China) still lags significantly behind five-star hotels in first-tier cities, especially the bathroom – it was really, really old-fashioned. There was no shower cubicle, no wet/dry separation, just a shower curtain. After showering, water almost certainly spilled out. Luckily, the bathroom was large enough that there was still space to stand. If I had checked in in the afternoon, I definitely would have asked to change rooms, but it was late at night, and I couldn't be bothered to move, especially since I wasn't sleeping in the bathroom anyway. Still, it was very frustrating, and I hope the bathroom gets renovated.
Overall, it's decent. There's a subway nearby for getting around, and ordering takeout is very convenient – the robot delivery service eliminates the hassle of self-pickup, which is a big plus.

Good value for money, especially in the winter high season. Good location, 10mins walkable distance to the Chinese Baroque Area and 20mins walkable distance to St. Sophia Church. I think I got the smallest room possible, so try to avoid rooms ending with -01 and -02. Clean room and the bed is very comfortable. Paid a bit more for the buffet breakfast. Nothing special but the fried rice was delicious and I ate a lot to tide through the day.

The room is quite spacious, and the location is excellent – right on Central Avenue. It offers great value for money. If you don't plan on visiting the famous bathhouses, the scrubbing service downstairs is pretty good. The hygiene and service were both satisfactory, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. Definitely worth a visit!

JJimaodanziI'm a guest who recently finished a trip to Harbin. I'm writing this specifically to commend your hotel's butler, Sally Zhang Xinran, and Emma Han Yu from the breakfast restaurant front desk.
I've been to Harbin many times, but this was my first time visiting as a tourist, and I unhesitatingly chose the Aoluguya Hotel.
From the very beginning of my trip, the hotel service left a deep impression on me. Firstly, the butler, Sally Zhang Xinran, made me feel the hotel's warmth from the moment I set out. She not only offered me many travel suggestions but also promptly responded to all my questions during my stay. Secondly, there's Emma Han Yu from the breakfast restaurant. On the last day of my trip, an incident occurred at the breakfast restaurant. On check-in day, the hotel front desk explicitly told me that a meal voucher needed to be purchased separately for my child and that I could buy it when dining. So, during my stay, I always purchased it before meals, and for the first two days, there were no issues. However, on the last day, a restaurant staff member not only told me very bluntly that this operation was not allowed but also rudely interrupted my explanation, completely disregarding the guest's feelings (objectively speaking, it was my first time encountering a star-rated hotel staff member who wouldn't solve problems but only said 'No').
At that moment, Emma Han Yu, from another counter, intervened immediately after handling other guests' issues. She not only showed extremely high professional standards but also quickly provided a perfect solution, easing the awkward atmosphere. Emma Han Yu's crisis management ability displayed on the spot is a fundamental quality that any hotel professional should possess. She also fully considered the guest's feelings without compromising the hotel's interests. What's even more commendable is that she maintained sincerity and patience throughout the process, making me feel like family. For a traveler about to leave Harbin, this kindness from a stranger was incredibly precious. She filled the end of my Harbin trip with warmth, bringing it to a perfect close.
Employees like Sally Zhang Xinran and Emma (Han Yu), who possess both professional competence and a warm service attitude, are the hotel's most valuable assets. I hope the hotel management can acknowledge and recognize their excellent performance.

GGuest UserThe overall experience exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star review! I was pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade upon arrival; the room was spacious and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. The hot spring area at the hotel was fantastic, with clean spring water and a swimming pool to enjoy – very refreshing. Late at night, they even thoughtfully provided two complimentary servings of beef noodles or dumplings, which was both comforting and heartwarming; these little details really show their attentiveness. There’s absolutely nothing to fault regarding hygiene, environment, service, or facilities. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Qiu Guo, and I decided to give it a try. I ended up having such a great experience that I extended my stay. Even though it's a self-service laundry room, the staff still helped bring my clothes back to the room or even dried them for me – a big thumbs up! 👍 The facilities in the common area are also excellent, with things like hair ties, nail clippers, hair clips, paper clips, and even a printer. I'll definitely be staying at Qiu Guo again in the future.
The room was very new, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The hairdryer was a Laifen, the same brand I brought with me!
