unfortunately the hotel employees have a delusion that they are the owners of the hotel, and they provide a very bad service, The food in the hotel restaurant is terribly bad and extremely expensive, the hotel has very good facilities and hot springs to relax.
My recommendation is: Sleep in the hotel, ignore the bad service, enjoy the hot springs and dine outside the hotel.

The hotel is well run and the staff is attentive. There are 12 parking spots if you need to park your car. The interior of the hotel is well maintained and the decor is very nice. The room was well equipped and well taken care of. Cleaning service was very good. The restaurant at the hotel, quite frankly, was the best meals we had while we were in Maizales. Amazingly good! I would say it's the best, if not one of the best hotels in town.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but very beautiful, it is worth staying for a month. We changed to a mountain road because we encountered the road sinking.
