This is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!

It was an amazing stay (if it’s not for the hiccup) with friendly and attentive staff.! However, I booked the place because of its amenities - bathtub which turns out not able to use. I approached the staff and was told, yes, the bathtub’s drain cover are not available and that was natural. So the bathtub is build only to be an inconvenience, to climb over each time to shower on it not for warmth soaking after long day. So, is it worth the money paid? Nope, you can get better price hotel without bathtub. As I said, I booked for its amenities listed on just to made not available.

The hotel is new and the facilities are great. The room was quiet and the bedding was comfortable, and the room size was just right. The hotel's location isn't far from the train station, and it's a quick taxi ride to the main attractions. On weekdays, the street outside has quite a bit of traffic, but on weekends, it's generally not congested at all. Samarkand isn't a very large city, so overall, I highly recommend this place. By the way, the hotel massage didn't have any discount, contrary to the 10% off mentioned on the booking page, and they only accept cash, which was a bit inconvenient.

Location is near Registan Sq with lots of shops and good eateries nearby. Exterior seating and courtyard area is excellent for rest from a hot day walk. Room is clean and very spacious, bottled water and amenities are all provided. Staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. A generous breakfast buffet and there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam and dry sauna for use at the basement. Facilities are slightly aged but still very good condition. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with my son. The hotel is truly perfect for exploring the city with children. Special mention goes to the reception staff, who were very helpful, efficient, and spoke excellent English – well done to them! The pool is clean and pleasant, the rooms are impeccably maintained, and there's nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness. Breakfast on the terrace with a lovely view is a real bonus, as is the hotel's location, close to the main attractions without being right in the center, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend! You can leave your laundry at reception, which is very convenient during a road trip in Uzbekistan!

The breakfasts are simply amazing! It's not often you get red caviar, lightly salted salmon, and various hot dishes (not just your typical scrambled or fried eggs), quality cheeses, and delicious fruits for breakfast!!! The service is top-notch, and the staff are very responsive... they always address all requests and don't nitpick over small things. Prices for additional services (like laundry and ironing) are quite reasonable. The rooms are spotless, and the bed linen is changed daily and practically crinkles with cleanliness... there's a choice of several types of pillows for each guest: orthopedic, anti-allergenic, and goose down. The location is also good, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. All in all, I highly recommend it!!! Wish there were more hotels and services like this!!!

I really liked this hotel. Big room and super clean. The beds super comfortable. They have a bar, coffee shop, restaurant inside the hotel.They also have stuff for your phone if you need to buy. I just stayed one night and I missed the breakfast but I read it is good. They provide lots of amenities. Big closset, iron, dryer, water, kettle, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, ear plugs, cotton pads, etc...Overall was a very good experience. It is in the Registan stret so you get to the Registan Square by walking. Helpful staff and friendly.

This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!

The service was excellent. The receptionist was incredibly kind and beautiful, and she handled all our needs perfectly. Breakfast, provided personally by the restaurant staff, was also very plentiful. Samarkand is a city known for its simple and honest people, and this was especially evident at this hotel.

The room was spacious and in good condition. The bed and lighting were excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, meeting all our needs! There's a huge supermarket just steps away, with everything you need. The only downside is that it's 3 kilometers from the main tourist attractions, but taxis are cheap, so it's not inconvenient at all.
