The hotel is well located, clean, and offers good overall service. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and we had a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the tea provided in the room. The breakfast was quite good for European travelers, with yogurt available, which was a nice touch, although there was only one option and it was quite sweet. Overall, the selection was limited for guests who prefer healthier food protein rich choices. As gentle suggestions for improvement: having a small fitness room would be a great addition. In the room, hooks for clothes in the entrance area would be very useful, as the number of hangers was quite limited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at this hotel again.

A friend recommended Qilou. I stayed in this hotel for one night. I booked a river view room. The view was not so beautiful because it was raining. The breakfast was ordinary. The dinner was well cooked and reasonably priced. The taste was good. It was not a star hotel. It was a bit outrageous to charge a 10% service fee. Tea was also required. It was charged even if I didn't order it. I took a bath in the bathtub in the room at night to eliminate fatigue. As a result, the bathtub was leaking. I almost slipped. I couldn't see clearly that there was water on the tiles. I slipped and saw that it was all water. The aunt came to clean it quickly because it was too late and refused to repair it. I hope the hotel will repair the room in time. The attitude of the waiters is good.

Our stay at 良宿 was amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the lovely staff, 小容 and 西西. Even before that, they had already added me into a group chat to ensure our journey there was smooth and that we wouldn’t get lost — such a thoughtful touch 🤍 We were in awe of the sheer size of the property, with 7 blocks in total. Our room was located at Block 8, a little further from the lobby, but that was never an issue as buggies were always available to fetch us. Getting around the hotel (and even heading out) was incredibly convenient as transportation was well taken care of. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, offering a stunning view of nature and the surrounding scenery 🌿 Knowing we couldn’t make it in time for afternoon tea, the team thoughtfully delivered it to our room in advance. I had also casually requested a small cake to celebrate my partner’s birthday, but to my surprise, they prepared a whole cake — and it was absolutely delicious 🎂 We also enjoyed a complimentary 30-minute photography session, and our photographer 菜菜 was incredibly patient and professional throughout. She guided us so well, and the photos turned out beautifully — such a lovely keepsake from our stay 📸✨ Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. The only regret? We truly wished we could have stayed longer 💫

I had a wonderful stay at this lakeside hotel. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities and smart accessories that made the experience feel both cozy and high-tech. The view from the room was really nice, giving a perfect balance of nature and tranquility. The location is excellent: close to the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to remain peaceful and quiet, which made it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Guilin. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety to start the day, and the staff were consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming. Really nice of them to leave a little gift for Xmas. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and calm. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a restful stay with beautiful views in Guilin.

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately blown away. The landmark building of Yangshuo, Guilin Romance Park, was right before my eyes. The view room was absolutely stunning! The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of the rolling green mountains and the turquoise waters of the Yulong River. You could lie in bed and marvel at the magnificent karst landscape. In the evening, the golden sunset spilled over the river, creating an incredibly romantic scene that touched my heart.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with a hot spring pool on the balcony. The hotel environment looks very good from the pictures. You need to wear a swimming cap to swim in the pool below, so remember to bring it if you want to swim. The hot spring pool is on the opposite mountain (quite special). The buffet dinner is quite rich and my favorite is the stew. The breakfast is also rich and varied, and the coffee is delicious.

Compared to nearby hotels, this one offers excellent value for money, even though it's much cheaper than the Marriott. Both the facilities and service are top-notch. The hotel lobby's Christmas decorations are very thoughtfully done, creating a wonderful festive atmosphere. Bonnie at the front desk was very attentive during check-in; she asked about my preferences to assign a room and also informed me about WiFi connection and parking details. Her attention to detail was excellent. Highly recommended, worth staying here!

I stayed at the Li River Courtyard for four nights. They contacted me in advance to ask about my room needs, as I was traveling with my mother and daughter and required some items to be prepared beforehand. The concierge was very thoughtful and arranged everything for me. I had originally booked a slightly smaller room but upgraded to a large bed with a direct Li River view for an extra charge. The lower-floor room felt more connected to the water, almost as if I were sleeping on the river itself. The room was clean and tidy, allowing my child to play barefoot on the floor. All the facilities and amenities were complete, especially the smart toilet, and the hairdryer was also very good. The breakfast variety changed daily, featuring local specialties like sour snacks and oil tea, and the Guilin rice noodles were delicious. I wanted to experience the singing bowl therapy, but it was fully booked when I inquired. However, the concierge specially arranged a session for me – the service was incredibly attentive! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. A special shout-out to the travel photography; the results were excellent, and the photographer was great at guiding our poses and expressions, leading to fantastic pictures.

The world's tallest Shangri-La truly lives up to its reputation! As soon as you step into the Sky Lobby on the 68th floor, you're immediately struck by its grandeur. The Zhuang-style sculptures paired with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows mean every photo you take is picture-perfect. Staying in a room on the 82nd floor offers unparalleled views – bustling traffic by day and the city's neon glow by night. Butler Aurelia provided excellent service and was very responsive to requests; Lexi, Colin, Elva, and Ally also offered great service. The hotel's decor throughout incorporates elements of Zhuang brocade, showcasing local flair in every detail. You can truly experience both luxurious quality and regional culture here!

Staying here with kids was such a pleasant surprise! Before check-in, the butler added me on WeChat to share travel tips and even offered free luggage delivery to the hotel. The whole room is smart; you just say ”Xiao Du Xiao Du” to control the lights and curtains. The room was clean and comfortable, and they even provided a child's toilet seat, which was incredibly thoughtful. Umbrellas were available by the door, and they even gave us disposable raincoats when we checked out. There's a kids' play area upstairs, and the breakfast was extensive. In the evening, a robot delivers free sweet soup right to your room – the kids absolutely loved it! The staff were all friendly, and they even saw us off to our car when we left. The value for money is outstanding, highly recommend it!
