Let's start with the positives: the hotel's location is impeccable, convenient for getting anywhere. At night, we could enjoy a panoramic view of the fountains right from our room. Seeing the crowds below, huddled in the cold wind watching the musical fountain, instantly filled us with a sense of contentment! The hotel facilities are brand new and spotless, and the front desk staff were all incredibly friendly. The restaurant manager was exceptionally service-oriented; we stayed two nights, and on our departure day, we wanted yogurt for breakfast, but they had run out. The manager went out and bought us a large tub, which was very touching. Now for the negatives: check-in is at 2 PM. We arrived a little past noon, and were told the room wasn't ready, which is understandable. We didn't originally plan to eat, but to kill time while waiting, we went out for a meal. When we returned after 2 PM, the front desk staff inquired about the room's status, and housekeeping replied that cleaning hadn't even started. I had arrived at the designated check-in time, and they were notified over an hour beforehand to clean. Regardless of the reason, there's no excuse for this issue. Although the front desk staff upgraded us to a different room type, it doesn't mask the underlying management problem. Then, less than two minutes after entering the room, the power went out. It came back on shortly, but when we returned from sightseeing, the power was out again. We had to wait in the dark for the maintenance worker to arrive. Even the worker couldn't find the cause, and in the end, I discovered the problem myself: it was the power card. The 'complimentary coffee' was lukewarm when brewed, and the 'complimentary Liuzhou rice noodles' were also lukewarm – speechless! Breakfast options were limited and the taste was poor. The female server at the noodle station was swearing incessantly, using explicit language three times in a row while talking to another staff member. It was quite shocking! A good reputation and good business aren't destroyed by others; they are often slowly ruined from within. This hotel has such great potential and started off well. I hope it continues to improve rather than sabotaging its own future. Let's all strive for that! The yogurt in the last photo was bought by the restaurant manager and given to us just before we left. He insisted we take it in the car (we were self-driving). We didn't drink it and brought it back. It was a very warm gesture, thank you!

The hotel is built right in front of spectacular landscape with a lot of photo spots carefully and efficiently designed. Staffs are attentive and friendly but still need time to accumulate more experience. We took 2 rooms, one in block 2 and one in block 7. Both views are great, but in winter, the condensation on the windows discounted the view. Other smaller things like the steadiness of hot water supply, the distance of the bedside table from the bed etc can be improved. But overall we are very happy with the hotel, especially the free 30min photo session done by photographer 小莫 was excellent! Gave us the perfect memory of Guilin and YangShu :)

This hotel is perfectly located right in the city center, directly opposite the East-West Alley and逍遥楼 (Xiaoyao Tower), making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Xiangbi Mountain (Elephant Trunk Hill) and the Sun and Moon Pagodas are just a 10-minute walk from the hotel entrance, which is also right on Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. The views from the hotel's panoramic restaurant are truly exceptional; you can see both the East-West Alley and Duxiu Peak. The food in the restaurant is also quite good, and they even offer discounts! 👍👍 The front desk staff, especially one lady, provided excellent service. She proactively helped with my luggage, and when I checked out, she even gave me two bottles of mineral water. I'm very grateful!

Located right in the heart of Wuzhou near the river. This hotel was quite large with a beautiful and elegant lobby. The room was equally spacious and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall an excellent value for a hotel to use as a base for exploring Wuzhou!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, and the amenities were both high-quality and stylish. They really nailed the tech-savvy, comfortable vibe with things like electric toothbrushes, a projector for movies, a sleep sound machine, and a plumbed-in water dispenser. All the appliances in the room were smart and could be voice-controlled. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and patient. This is a hotel I'd highly recommend, from its facilities to its service.

Staying at Li River Courtyard this time was an absolute delight! It felt less like a hotel and more like my personal 'travel hub' in Guilin. The location is unbeatable – step right out to the Li River, and you can walk to Jingjiang Princes' City and East-West Alley. It's a perfect blend of lively and quiet. The butler service was incredibly attentive; the recommended itineraries were super practical, and they even helped us prepare fishing gear for the riverside! Our room faced the mountains and rivers, and eating rice noodles for breakfast at the scenic restaurant with the Li River panorama right in front of us was a truly unique experience. If you're looking to deeply explore Guilin, this is definitely the place to choose!

If 100 points is a perfect score for a hotel experience, I wouldn't hesitate to give 'Poetry & Faraway · Xiangshan Youyue Hotel' 200 points! This stay went far beyond 'exceeding expectations' – it was simply perfect. The facilities are impeccable: The room was spacious and bright, with stylish and tasteful decor. The biggest surprise was the super-sized bathtub; bath time became the most enjoyable part of my day. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided both soft and firm pillows to cater to different sleeping preferences – attention to detail at its finest! The restaurant is on the 9th floor, with a stunning outdoor pool just outside. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the beautiful view was pure bliss. Smart and convenient: The room was equipped with a smart 'Xiaodu' speaker, making voice control incredibly convenient. Food deliveries were brought directly to our door by an adorable robot, which was both efficient and fun. There's also a self-service laundry room near the rooms, which is a lifesaver for long-term travelers. But the service is truly the trump card: From the moment we checked in and added the butler on WeChat, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Any request we had was met with an immediate response and solution from the butler. What touched me most was an incident during breakfast today: an elderly person accidentally knocked over their tray, spilling food everywhere. The staff present didn't show any hesitation or displeasure; they rushed over immediately to comfort the startled elder, repeatedly asking if they were hurt, and swiftly and quietly cleaned up the mess. The entire process was filled with genuine concern. This kind of heartfelt kindness and professionalism is more precious than any luxurious facility. It was raining when we checked out, and the front desk staff proactively offered us disposable raincoats. This constant thoughtfulness made our whole family feel incredibly warm. Even our child was clamoring, ”I don't want to go to the next stop, I just want to keep staying here!” This wasn't just a stay; it was an experience filled with warm memories. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, heartfelt accommodation!

It takes about 10 minutes to get to the hotel from the highway, which is very convenient. There are many farms around where you can eat and buy local specialties. The hotel is very large, the lobby is magnificent, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The room is spacious and clean, very comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The most important thing is the hot spring area of ​​the hotel, which has dozens of pools with clear water. There is also a large infinity pool on the top of the mountain! 👍👍There are also bonfire parties every night, which bring everyone's excitement and enthusiasm to the extreme. 🔥🔥

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Guilin trip. For the price we paid during the off-season, considering the environment and service, it was incredibly good value for money for a family with kids! The restaurant's ambiance and food were also excellent. On Xiaonian Eve, three adults and one child ordered seven substantial dishes and it only cost 300 yuan. The complimentary photo shoot with Yao ethnic costumes was also great and produced fantastic pictures; our whole family was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious too. If we ever go back to Yangshuo, we'll definitely choose to stay here for two more nights. If you have two kids, one old enough for photos and the younger one for the playground, don't even think twice – just book it!

This hotel offers truly attentive and warm service ❤️. It's located right above MixC Mall, with excellent surrounding amenities, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The room decor has a distinct ethnic style, and my stay was very pleasant. The room offered great views, and the service was excellent—the high-rise night view was truly amazing. There's an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby. Upon checking in, I added Jenna, who was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. She promptly answered all my questions and met my needs, which was very heartwarming 🥰 and considerate. They even deliver takeout right to your room, which is a nice touch. The service team, including Colin, Elva, Rose, and Betsy, were all wonderful and very enthusiastic! A very satisfying stay.
