My stay here was a delightful surprise! The hotel is beautifully clean and elegant, with a great location and lovely views from the window, making for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. A special shout-out to the front desk lady who was incredibly thoughtful and proactively offered me a free late check-out – her service was wonderfully warm and attentive. It was super convenient having the hotel's own restaurant; the food was outstanding, and we even got a 10% discount with our room card. The staff there were also very friendly and helpful. This place offers incredible value for money, and it's definitely an excellent choice for accommodation. I'll certainly be staying here again on my next visit.

Guilin is a must-visit for its stunning natural scenery! Both sunny and rainy days offer beautiful views; the misty rain adds a magical touch, the air is fresh, and the water quality is excellent. The hotel service is very attentive. In Guilin, I think it's better than the Yingman Hotel. It's close to many dining options, just a short taxi ride away. The room is very clean with no strange smells, and even the elevators and hallways are odor-free. This is exactly the kind of hotel you want to stay at for a trip – so comfortable and relaxing. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel has superb view from the room and breakfast lounge. the overall service is great, they create wechat group chat that you can enquire anything there, shout out to our personal butler victoria and icey. :) breakfast is ok, I like the noodle one, its good. my booking has free photography service for 30 minutes, which is very good, thanks to Jiajia our amazing photographer. 😁 lastly, my booking also included free transport to west street, which is very convenience, just make sure to ask them car plate number for pick-up service and how long would it take for the car to arrive, my recommend is just keep actively communicate with your butler. overall, Im very satisfy with the stay, the view itself is totally worth it, other things is just add-on that make this a better stay.

The hotel is located right by Rong Lake, near the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, which is very quiet. In the mornings, you can hear birds chirping from the park. It's a 15-minute walk to the free Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, and a 7-minute walk to see the Sun and Moon Pagodas at night, where you can also take a cruise. This location pretty much covers all the attractions in Guilin city. All the hotel staff were lovely, and I especially want to thank a female staff member or supervisor at the front desk – I'm not entirely sure which she was. It had been raining for days, and after checking out, we canceled our train to Yangshuo, fearing flooding and that we wouldn't be able to enjoy ourselves there. She told us that since we had traveled so far, we should still go and see it, as the scenery is beautiful and it doesn't rain constantly; we wouldn't know until we got there. So, we re-bought our tickets and went. She even helped us make a waterproof cover for our child's camera, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we got there, we found it hadn't rained for the past two days, and we were able to enjoy bamboo rafting and everything. The scenery truly was breathtaking, and it was definitely worth the trip! Coming all the way from Beijing, it certainly made our long journey worthwhile. We came here in a hurry this time and didn't plan anything, relying entirely on the information and advice from the front desk concierge. Their explanations made everything so much clearer. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip.

This is the perfect stay if you want to have a local experience. The location is convenient and we have received the best service. The best thing about this place is the view !! I will remember it forever

Upgraded to a balcony room for one night, directly facing the beautiful Li River and Fubo Hill. The evening breeze was so pleasant. The double sinks, toilet, and shower room were all separate, which was very convenient. Later, we moved to a 180-degree river view room, where I could just relax on the tatami mat and gaze at the river – truly a stolen moment of leisure. The oversized bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak and stress relief. The mini-bar was free, and the complimentary fruit at night was delicious. The butler and front desk staff were all so kind, polite, and provided excellent service, always ready to help. They proactively asked daily if we needed anything, if the room temperature was comfortable, or if we wanted to choose different pillows. We slept wonderfully every night. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, including two types of rice noodles (dry and soup). There were also two kinds of herbal teas daily, like luo han guo and goji berry. We had dinner à la carte, and the food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, making it perfect for photos. The hotel package included a photoshoot with a good selection of outfits. The photographer was patient and meticulous, and selecting the photos was a smooth process. My mom absolutely loved the hotel's cultural handicraft experience; she made three phone charms and really enjoyed it. I also tried the hotel spa. The masseuse was quiet throughout but worked hard, and her technique was very good. The most memorable part of our Guilin trip was our stay at Lijiang Courtyard. We felt completely at home. We'll definitely book here again next time!

I found my dream scenic guesthouse in Yangshuo! 😭😭😭 Yangshuo, and this guesthouse's views absolutely captivated me! ✔️From the room's balcony, you have a breathtaking view of the Yulong River's karst mountains. In the morning, you wake up to mountain mist and birdsong, and in the evening, you watch the sunset paint the peaks a warm golden color. The ambiance is absolutely perfect. ✔️The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was super soft. ✔️The complimentary breakfast for two was a thoughtful touch 🍽️ ✔️It's very close to Jima Pier, making it super convenient for cycling the Ten-Mile Gallery. If you want to relax and enjoy the scenery in Yangshuo, this is definitely the place to choose~

It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . Heshe Hotel stands as one of the finest resorts for accommodation in Guilin. Their hospitality, culinary offerings, ambiance, and staff are all exceptionally delightful and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by amazing front desk attendant, Melody. She assisted us through out our stay and made sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of and our tour guide, Eric, who communicated fluently in English, significantly easing our experience as non-Chinese speakers. The owner was equally gracious, sharing their barbecue with us, creating a sense of homeliness. This hotel is located just 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions, with rooms that are very clean and offer breathtaking views. I am definitely coming back again.
