Romantic Hotels in Guangxi, China

This hotel was absolutely the right choice. To put it simply, while it's not a new hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained. The lobby is beautiful, and the reception staff are professional and incredibly attentive. They were always helpful, answering all our questions and resolving any issues we encountered during our stay. The rooms are very spacious, and all the amenities are clean and hygienic. The interior decor is well-preserved, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. The floor-toceiling windows offer fantastic views. The rooftop dining room has an amazing view; we ate there two out of three nights. The prices were even better than the local restaurants outside. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – their service was exceptional!

We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰

1. The hygiene and environment are good. 2. In terms of facilities, the in-room toiletries are quite mediocre. The dental kit is very basic, even worse than what you'd find at hotels like Orange Crystal or Atour in Beijing. For a hotel priced at 1500-2500, it's unacceptable that it's inferior to 400-800 yuan hotels like Orange Crystal and Atour. The shower gel and shampoo are also from large pump bottles, costing 10-20 yuan online, again, not as good as Orange Crystal and Atour. We visited two other hotels/B&Bs of similar standing this trip, and their worst toiletries were L'Occitane. 3. Regarding service, the greetings, departures, and room service were fine. However, several points don't meet the standards for a hotel at this price point. Firstly, the hotel has four executive cars. We had five people going, three to West Street and two to Liu Sanjie. We requested one car to drop off two people at Liu Sanjie (which is 1.5km from West Street), but they refused. (Free delivery to West Street is included in their service.) In contrast, the other two hotels of similar standard, despite having only one executive car, never refused free shuttle services. They offer free shuttle within 7km, and even proactively offered rides beyond 10km. The difference is just too stark. Secondly, regarding room keys, since we had a large group and needed to split up, and the elevators require card access, we asked Liangsu to provide an extra room key for each room. This request was repeatedly denied. I don't understand why a hotel of this caliber can't provide such a basic service that even ordinary hotels offer. Thirdly, the hotel breakfast is very average, barely on par with Orange Crystal or Atour. For this price, it's really disappointing. The other two hotels of similar standing not only offered a wider variety of breakfast items, but also had exquisite dishes including shrimp and sea cucumber, and you could dine until 12 PM! Liangsu only serves until 10 AM. In comparison, I really can't give it a high rating. As for the unique scenic view from the room, honestly, many hotels offer that, and it didn't feel particularly amazing.

The design is absolutely stunning, no complaints there. The bed is so soft and cozy, I just wanted to fall asleep as soon as I lay down. The cleanliness was impeccable, even in the corners. All the facilities are brand new, and I loved the wireless charging. A pleasant surprise was not needing a kettle to get hot water – that was incredibly convenient and reassuring. Overall, a really comfortable stay!

The scenery of Guilin is the best under heaven, and the scenery of Yangshuo is the best in Guilin. This hotel truly perfectly combines the scenery and accommodation. Open the window and you are greeted by green mountains and clear waters. In the morning, you wake up to the sound of birds, and at night, you fall asleep to the gentle breeze. The room is clean and elegant, and the service is gentle and attentive. Staying here feels like living inside a landscape painting. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Yangshuo!

We had amazing time while stay in this hotel. We had three room booked for three nights. From the moment check in, the service is great. All staff members are helpful, friendly. They provided a lot of support when we planned out mini trip to YangShou. While staying, we also enjoy all facilities: photo shoots, hand crafted, daily breakfast, gym, kids playground. Now have to talk about the views from our rooms, absolutely stunning, and it is so interesting to see locals swimming in the Li river, the Fubo mountain. Diecai mountain are nearby. This hotel also is 15 mins walking distance to CBD streets, east west Ally. We took Didi every day with cheap price and good traffic. The roof top view is beautiful, swimming pool is great. Restaurant on the roof top and cafe in the lobby are high quality. Highly recommend to family and people who enjoy quite and wonderful view

The hotel's overall environment is comfortable, and both the open-air pool on the ninth floor and the terrace offer beautiful views. The staff are proactive and friendly, always trying their best to assist with any requests. The front desk provides free tea and fruit, and a simple late-night snack is offered in the evenings. The hotel even gave us a mugwort meridian hammer as a souvenir. What I liked most was the laundry service; they wash and dry your clothes and then deliver them to your room door, saving a lot of time and hassle – very thoughtful. Transportation is also convenient; it's not far to take a taxi to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, and you can rent electric bikes nearby. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Outstanding hotel, highly recommended. The rooms are large, comfortable and practical, with lovely views of the river. The bathrooms are especially nice, with large bathtubs. Breakfast is varied, with an excellent range of delicious food. The staff are extremely polite and helpful: they were able to check me in even at 3:00am after I arrived on the night train. The cleaners are quick, thorough and efficient, too. The staff provide thoughtful gifts like free oranges for Spring Festival. The hotel is well located for getting around Wuzhou, and all the taxi drivers know it. There seems to be lots to do within the hotel, too, including restaurants, a spa, a KTV lounge, a tea house and a swimming pool, so it would be excellent for large groups too.

I was very happy with the room; it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offers free parking, which is very convenient. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included, and the service attitude was excellent. The surrounding area is lovely too. It was a fantastic experience overall, though it's a shame it rained during my stay, otherwise I would have enjoyed the pool.

Booking 'Shuidaotian' (Rice Paddies) was the best decision of our Yangshuo trip. Despite being called a hotel, it feels more like an upscale resort. 🌾 **Very therapeutic:** Sitting on the balcony or by the infinity pool, gazing at the rice fields and distant mountains, with a gentle breeze – it's truly stress-relieving. **Family-friendly:** I saw many families traveling here, mainly because the hotel has a well-equipped indoor kids' play area and a dedicated shallow pool section. When the kids are having fun, adults can truly relax. That kids' zone was like a battery-drainer for the little monsters, haha! **Great food:** Breakfast and afternoon tea are included. The rice noodles with braised sauce for breakfast were delicious, and the pastries and fruits for afternoon tea were exquisite. **Convenient location:** Right outside, you're on the Yulong River pathway. Renting a scooter to ride to the Ten-Mile Gallery or to catch a bamboo raft is super convenient. Whether you're a couple on vacation or traveling with kids, this place is perfect. It's got both beauty and substance. We'll definitely be back!
