"The hotel is in a good location and the lobby is not big.
The breakfast restaurant is small but the taste is pretty good. The parking fee is a bit more expensive than the Waldorf Astoria in Los Angeles and the other two hotels I visited this time, 80 + service fee. But the front desk and parking service staff are still good."

"The location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of the city. Union Square is just a right turn out of the hotel entrance, and the cable car terminus is only a few minutes' walk away. Dining options are abundant and convenient nearby, and Chinatown is also within easy walking distance.
Overall, the hotel is pretty decent. The only downsides were the slightly small room and weak shower pressure. I also paid an extra $20 for early check-in, even though it was already past 12 PM. Guests staying at the hotel receive discount vouchers for dining at the hotel restaurant, which was a nice perk.
The room offered an unbeatable view. Overall, it's worth recommending."

"This hotel, opened in 1925, is a century old but has been well-maintained, so it doesn't feel overly dated. The breakfast is a bit expensive and the selection is quite limited. However, the location is incredibly convenient, with the streetcar right at the doorstep. You can buy a day pass and ride it anywhere, reaching all the attractions in San Francisco. Our room even had a perfect view of the downtown nightscape and Alcatraz Island."

"From Roosevelt to Biden now, they all stayed at this hotel when they came to San Francisco. The hotel is very old and very large. The Christmas decorations on the first floor attract visitors.
The service in the hotel is very good and professional, and sometimes the Chinese language is also spoken. It is worthy of having served the president. However, the hotel facilities are average. Even a suite with an area of over 100 square meters cannot escape the small bathroom of a few square meters. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The sink is very small. If you are not careful, your toothbrush and toothpaste will fall into the toilet.
The network is very good, that's okay.
Located at the highest point in San Francisco, the view is great, and the room looks directly at ** Island. Walking down the hillside, you will find Chinatown and Union Square 2 blocks away. You need to climb back up, which is a bit hard."
