This hotel has an elegant environment, complete facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a warm layout, giving people a homely feeling. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, meticulous, and can always meet the needs of guests. The breakfast is rich and varied, the taste is very good, and the overall environment of the restaurant is also pleasant. The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. It is very suitable for business or leisure travelers. The overall experience is very satisfactory and I will choose to stay next time.
A very good stay experience. This is a self-driving campsite located in Torquay, the starting point of the Great Ocean Road, with a variety of room types. The rooms are large, clean, and equipped with fully equipped kitchens. We purchased ingredients from Coles and WW not far away and made two meals ourselves. The campsite is conveniently located on Ocean Road, just a few minutes' drive from the town centre. If you check in after hours, they will put the keys in the safe at the entrance, and you can ask for the safe password with just a phone call.
The place next to sea side actually good location, but the area is not the best one, it may get creepy in the night, showering facfilities need improvemnt, wifi good and working, I would not repeat this place unless I have to, but not bad place at all, good people and helpful people it is just for me
The air conditioning in my room broke down early in the morning after check-in. The front desk staff claimed there were no other rooms available and offered no solutions. Early the next day, I had to drag my luggage to another room, only to find that its window was rattling. On the bright side, the hotel's overall cleanliness was good, and the view was decent.

Excellent location! Could not beat it. So close to the train station and tram stops on either side of the street. Excellent room, all you need! Only down sides were the bed was too soft, both of us had sore backs each morning. The doona did not have a doona cover only a flat sheet on either side and there was no proper handle for inside the bathroom which was annoying.

This hotel definitely deserves five stars. The location is excellent, very close to the outlet mall, so you can bring your purchases back to your room right away. And the fact that Coles is open until 11 PM really blew me away!
We stayed here on our last night, so it was a brief experience, but overall, it was genuinely great.
The front desk staff were super friendly, mostly Chinese, so I'm guessing they offer Chinese language service. The manager was also very nice; when we wanted to see the inside of the secret door in our room, she immediately came to unlock it for us to inspect.
Our room was upgraded, probably to a balcony room, so the overall space was quite large. The design is grand and stylish, with black pinstripe frames that look fantastic. The room feels very new, and all the appliances are top-notch.
The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable.
The bathroom features large marble tiles, which are incredibly expensive – I know from asking about prices when I renovated my own home. They're flawless except for the cost, so it's clear the hotel invested a lot in its decor.
The shower water was very comfortable, and the toiletries were also from a good brand.
It was quiet at night, which was excellent. I booked it for one night to try after seeing it recommended on Xiao Hong Shu. I booked quite late on the day, so it cost over 200 SGD, which was a bit pricier than usual.
Although the location is relatively biased, the surrounding facilities are very good, there are many large supermarkets, and the South Melbourne market, which opens at 3.5.6.7 every week, which is similar to the domestic vegetable market. I lived there for 10 days. Cleaner, suitable for longer stays
The bed and pillows were of good quality, the room was spacious, bright, clean, and soundproofed. You should bring your own toothpaste and slippers, but the staff were also very friendly.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was clean with a good view. There is parking nearby and DFO shops are within walking distance. Great location.

2203907****This campsite is amazing! It beats all hotels! I was so surprised
Check-in: It was almost 7pm when we arrived, and they put the key in the door! It was very convenient for me to get it! The only drawback is that the eco room is not on the map, and I searched for a long time before I found it! It is a very quiet place!
Location: You need to drive into a forest, but you may find wild koalas! You can also see a lot of wild cute kangaroos! This is really great! Kangaroos are all over the back mountain in the evening! So cute! Parrots chat everywhere in the early morning, it's very lively!
Room: Everything is complete in the room, not very new but everything is available, and there is even a thoughtful electric blanket! The bed is also very comfortable! Cook something yourself, very comfortable!
There is also kiln-baked pizza on weekend nights! Delicious and finger-licking! The key is the price!
There is also a public kitchen for ordinary rooms! Very good 😎
Just clean it yourself!
My son wanted to stay for another day but there was no room, he said he would rather live in the car!
He also said that he would open a park like this when he grows up in China! I think it’s great and I support his idea. I will go to Bimbi Park if I have the chance! It’s great! So funny!
HHezijamieBefore arriving in Melbourne, the hotel called to inform me that the air conditioner was broken and it would take a few days to repair it, and asked if I needed to check out. I always choose this hotel every time I go to Melbourne. It has been more than 10 years. Although the hotel facilities and environment are relatively old, it is in the city center, very convenient to get in and out, and there are trams, restaurants and shopping nearby. In the end, I chose to stay. In Melbourne's summer, the temperature difference between morning and evening is quite large. It is very hot during the day but still very comfortable at night. The hotel is quite considerate and equipped with fans. The only inconvenient thing is cleaning. You need to tell the front desk before 10 o'clock every morning, and they will arrange it. After 10 o'clock, you have to wait until the next day to clean. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Melbourne.
CCarla H.Super much space, dining room, kitchen integrated with all the trimmings, separate toilet for shower, two rooms to sleep. The highway is not heard. Although designed as a holiday park everything is quiet.
GGuest UserComplete facilities, quiet environment, very comfortable living, breakfast, chocolate and orange juice. I can reach the ski resort early the next morning, and the Google navigation address is correct.
