I guess there’s no need to describe cleanliness and service since it’s Novotel. Location wise it’s good and bad. It’s located near the airport which is quite far from the city, but there’s Airport Express metro so you can reach New Delhi train station in 30mins. This place is also generally safer at night as compared to other city areas, and many restaurants nearby for non-Indian cuisines.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient—close to Airport, 10 min from the IGI. They provide you Airport pickup and drop facility as well.

They have both double and single rooms, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's right near a commercial center with a Starbucks, which is a great option. And a big bonus, there's even a Chinese restaurant nearby with decent food.

It was amazing. The staff from the hotel was super helpful . My whole stay was undisturbed. Specially I would like to Thanks Mr Ashraf from house keeping. He is very nice person . Also I thoroughly enjoyed the Holi festival at hotel . Thanks to the hotel management team to organise sush a beautiful festival. Overall my hotel stay was amazing. 24 hours concierge. Staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for ac adaptor as I bought the wrong one and the staff told me that my current one works. Order room service and get 10 percent off. Very clean and love the bath tub and facilities in the hotel. Very close to airport.

Room are super spacious, clean, beds comfortable, love huge TV, free water, free wifi, free snacks, free tea coffee in room, side sofa spacious extra space to lounge in the room, staff very courteous, always ready to help you .

I checked in late in the night around 3.00 am . The front desk staff were very friendly and checked in quickly . Had issue with the room's cleanliness but the front desk staff happily reallocated to the better room . The management should look into the cleanliness issue of rooms and common areas otherwise it's not bad for the price .

Location good. Amenities not good. No cloth hangers in bathroom of Room 2002. The bathroom door remains ajar, cannot be locked from the bedroom. No window in bedroom. Insufficient lights in room. No exhaust in bathroom. Service good. Food okay.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good service in all. The location of the hotel is very accessible with the work I was traveling for. Suite is very spacious and nice.
