We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are complete and there's free underground parking. The front desk service is professional and warm! Breakfast is decent, not amazing, but it has all the essentials!

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was meticulous and attentive; the staff proactively assisted with my luggage and offered helpful reminders. The room was clean and comfortable, fully equipped, and the bedding was soft. The overall environment was modern and relaxing. It would be a great choice for a trip with friends, and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were very polite and friendly. Tea time and treats were much better and delicious than we expected. Well done to the chef. Creating a quiet area in the spa section is a very good idea, but in this section we once encountered a family with children aged 3-4, and once we encountered interesting guests jumping into the pool. Fortunately, their fun (!) did not last long. Maybe it would be good if there was a staff member in the spa department who monitors such situations from time to time and warns them if necessary. Secondly, it was extremely hot everywhere in the spa area. The water is already quite warm, steam room, sauna etc. We also use it, but when the ambient temperature is around 30-35 degrees, it gets a little overwhelming. Also, the temperature of both pools is high, only the jacuzzi in the quiet area is a little cooler, I wish there was a thermal pool and a normal pool instead. There are food and beverages, markets, taxis, etc. around the hotel. options available. We went as a group of friends and had a great time. It's a hotel I would definitely consider going back to. Very neat hotel the location is excellent only driving to it is a problem. Not centrally located. Staff is friendly except the reception staff. Apparently feels above the rest. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned as standard. Exceptionally you have to ask the reception specifically. Success ! Breakfast is very well taken care of staff member Saban. By the way, the owner Ramazan helps personally in the restaurant. It is not noticeable but very special. Pretty man who takes a modest attitude. The pool is small, it's affordable we had a suite for 90 euros per night. The suite really has a top view and is worth the money.
