We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is very central, close to the fish market and walking distance to most of the tourist sites. The parking is convenient and well priced, you park in the department stores multi story car park (if you park on level 3 you can walk directly across the connecting bridge and take the elevator to the lobby. The room itself is clean and has all the typical amenities.

Facilities: A very new hotel. Cleanliness: Very clean and high-end. Environment: The transportation is extremely convenient. It truly lives up to its reputation as the number one hotel in Kanazawa. Service: Excellent. I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I get the chance to visit Kanazawa in the future.

Overall, it was okay. I arrived at 12:30 and they allowed me to check in straight away. It's located between Omicho Market and Higashichaya. While it's close to Omicho Market, it's not exactly in a great location. The hotel has the feel of a guesthouse. There's a cafe and bar on the first floor, and a water server. It's a hotel with a guesthouse feel, with private rooms. The rooms are average. The doors don't auto-lock. They're reasonably spacious. The bathroom is very small. The room quality isn't high, but it's not inconvenient. It's nice that the TV is a smart TV. There are no particular issues, but there aren't any special services or facilities, and it's not particularly good value for money. There are many good, cheap hotels in Kanazawa, so personally I prefer regular hotels.

This is the kind of homestay where many people live together. There is only a separate space for three people, and the rest are public facilities. The hotel’s location is about 10-15 minutes away from the station. In a street full of restaurants, the convenience store is far away, but the izakaya next to it is very characteristic. There are more locals, the owner is very enthusiastic, and a large conch is also presented. . The owner of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic, and patiently help us guide the way. It may be that we are used to living in an environment with a separate bathroom, but feel that the private space is too small and inconvenient. There is nothing in the room except the quilt. We are not used to it and can only go out and stroll around. If you don’t mind these, language communication is barrier-free, and those willing to interact with locals, you can choose here.

The room was spacious, and the location was super convenient. The housekeeping staff truly brought back the long-lost Japanese hospitality – they even folded my clothes and neatly arranged my kids' belongings. I really appreciate it.

This was a wonderful hostel to stay at, and really made me enjoy my stay in Kanazawa. It's right in the middle, beyween the garden, the samurai district and the chaya district, so it was perfect for getting around, and very close to the train station. The people working here are super sweet and they even have some plum wine in the evenings for guests. The staff mainly stays in their sister hostel, however the hostel itself is very secure and the door is always locked. It's always nice for a quick rest as well between wandering, and there's a delicious ramen restaurant a minute walk away.

The Japanese room type was easy to spend because there was a 2 year old child. The hotel welcome service and breakfast were really good. The menu was different on the second day and the quiche was delicious. I would like to stay at this hotel next time I come to Kanazawa in another season

The large public bath was open from 6:00 in the morning, and there were no problems with calling and paying for a taxi to the airport. If I had to say one thing, I felt that it was still a rural area because only 1000 yen notes were accepted when buying drinks from the vending machine.
