Very close to everything. Plenty of parking, but access to it is a bit difficult because the road is narrow. The downside is a long wait for the elevator.

Good hotel with fast check in and check out procces. The hotel has a directly connecting door to the mall which is very convenient for the guest. The service were good..room ambience clean and bright. Location quite strategic .the bed and pillow were comfy.

The price was incredibly reasonable, the location was superb, I was also impressed by the hotel's facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean room and a very new hotel. The space in front of the bed is a bit limited, but I honestly did not mind at all. The location is convenient, situated above a mall, and the TV is a smart TV so you can watch YouTube. Do note that if you are dropped off by taxi at the mall entrance, there is an additional IDR 5,000 charge due to the mall’s policy. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay and felt it was good value for the price paid.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the AC was cold, and it even had a smart TV. The service was excellent; we received a welcome drink upon arrival. The location is strategic – there are many food stalls in front of the hotel, and it's close to a hospital and a mall. I'll definitely stay at Hotel REZ again next time!

Excellent Location: The hotel is situated in a prime location in downtown Semarang, offering incredibly convenient transportation access to the Old Town (Kota Lama), popular attractions, and shopping malls. It's a top choice for both business travelers and tourists. High Standard of Service and Dining: The staff were exceptionally warm and professional right from check-in. I especially want to praise their breakfast – the variety was impressive, with a wide selection of local Indonesian flavors and Western dishes, all prepared with great care. Well-Equipped Facilities, Though Showing Some Age: The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While it's clear the hotel has been around for a while and the decor is more classic and traditional, the overall cleanliness was spotless, and maintenance was excellent. The hotel's pool and gym were also very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

The hotel is excellent, clean, and has complete facilities. The Kids Club offers many activities for children. Ms. Sella from reservations was incredibly helpful. The salon facilities are good, and the service is excellent, especially from Ms. Firda and Ms. Nining. Breakfast has a wide variety and everything is delicious. The hotel design was aesthetic and can see javanese culture.. Love it. My kids also love the hotel and the staff is really friendly. The service also excellent. Oh ya, the breakfast buffet is great and kids meal friendly . Will stay here again in the future 🥰🥰

The room type was slightly on the pricier side, location not the best as well, but the hotel more than makes up for it with its comfortable beds, variety of food, and all the awesome antique vehicles in its hotel lobby. Room service food tasted good, with the food coming within 30-45mins both times we ordered. Hotel breakfast had a variety of local food and some western options. For the ladies, there's a popular hair and nail salon right beside the hotel, and beside it there's a shop that sells facial, hair, and beauty products. For the gentlemen, there are quite abit of antique bicycles, cars and a vespa at the hotel lobby. If you're a fan of old cars, you're gonna love this. There are convenience marts (Alfa Mart and Indomart) nearby. Just a word of warning, Indomart do not accept credit cards, so if you prefer using cards, please just go to Alfa Mart for your snacks and drinks Overall, pretty good value for money
