They have both double and single rooms, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's right near a commercial center with a Starbucks, which is a great option. And a big bonus, there's even a Chinese restaurant nearby with decent food.

The room is nice, service good, staff friendly. But the food is no way up to tue quality expected for this establishment. The buffet is positively booting. At £50 per person per dinner I was quite disappointed, as was my family. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to wrote home about. I was expecting more for this cost.

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff. Very nice breakfast. Pretty much every single member of staff we encountered was helpful, polite and well trained. We particularly would like to thank the couple of staff who hard of hearing, they were super helpful and we conversed in sign language. Good to see, please thank them on our behalf!

I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality. I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Radisson Blu, Dwarka. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the in-house restaurants served delicious food. The staff was warm and professional, making the experience even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro. Overall, a luxurious and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

I guess there’s no need to describe cleanliness and service since it’s Novotel. Location wise it’s good and bad. It’s located near the airport which is quite far from the city, but there’s Airport Express metro so you can reach New Delhi train station in 30mins. This place is also generally safer at night as compared to other city areas, and many restaurants nearby for non-Indian cuisines.

24 hours concierge. Staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for ac adaptor as I bought the wrong one and the staff told me that my current one works. Order room service and get 10 percent off. Very clean and love the bath tub and facilities in the hotel. Very close to airport.
