It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it.
On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!
Everything was excellent, from the moment you arrived!
Very simple check-in, the receptionists are friendly and efficient, they all speak good English and are very accommodating. The room was large, clean, quality bedding, beautiful finishes, impeccable shower, soberly decorated and above all very well soundproofed. On the first floor a swimming pool, a gym and a spa. I had a foot massage which was very pleasant.
The restaurant staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. The buffet dinner as well as the breakfast are plentiful and everything is very good (the vegetarian dishes at least), cooked with care and for all palates.
An excellent experience. I will definitely come back
Excellent hotel at Janakpuri, next to Metro Station, easy connectivity to everywhere in Delhi via Metro , also a shopping mall nearby (Unity One Shopping Mall) , Room was excellent, clean and good size room as expected from Hyatt , staff was very kind and helpful, buffet breakfast has good spread and lots of options with live cooking counters , everything excellent, highly recommended
The room is not too big but it is still spacious. The hotel has a history but it is well maintained. The hotel bar is indeed sometimes quite loud. In addition, there are people talking in the corridor in the middle of the night. The soundproofing is not very good. Other services and breakfast are very good.

I believe there was renovation work going on at the property, thus, the smell from the airconditioing vents can be excused. But side tables almost falling off and the constant smell of moisture can be a huge point against. Also food options at breakfast buffet for continental breakfast is very limited, therefore sometimes you are forced to have spicy breakfast even if not wanting to. Otherwise - its close to the airports, and being in Aerocity is convenient. Staff are helpful and cooperative. But, I did expect better quality when it comes to existing facilities.

Our stay at the Taj Palace was very comfortable. When we arrived we were given a room far from the lift, but on request, they were able to move us to a room closer and with a pool view. The staff were very accommodating and polite. We didn't eat at the many restaurants at the Taj, but did have drinks in the outside bar area, they all looked amazing. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of fresh food available.

The location is convenient, close to the airport, and easy to get a taxi. Hotel staff are proactive in greeting guests, though the bellhop wasn't as attentive. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. The room was clean but a bit small, with sealed windows relying on AC for ventilation, and it had a slight odor (which might be common for hotels in Delhi). Staying on a higher floor was quiet. Overall, it's great value for money and recommended.

Ruined my trip to India! It was the first hotel we stayed at for the whole trip and this set the bar SO HIGH for all other hotels. It was an AMAZING experience, the hotel looks better in person than in the pictures. Cannot recommend it enough. If you get the chance, definetly go for it!

GGuest UserI made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room.
When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room.
The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies.
During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping.
Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.
HHonest TeaMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night.
The overpriced Minibar Scam
I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel.
All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value.
Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments
BbibrewdogStylish, upbeat, and super convenient—Aloft Aerocity delivers on every front. The check-in was quick, the vibe was energetic, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, with comfy beds and smart amenities.Loved the food—especially the breakfast spread and room service options. The bar had a great atmosphere, and service throughout was prompt and friendly. Great location for airport access and easy connectivity to the city. Perfect for a short leisure or business stay. Will definitely return.
TTHANASORN1. The amount paid for the room is not appropriate for the price paid.
2. The cleanliness of the room is not as clean as it should be. The chair covers are very old and torn.
3. The refrigerator is not cold and is very old.
4. The safe cannot be locked because the battery in the safe does not have a battery.
5. When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.
GGuest UserThe Park Hotel New Delhi boasts clean and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the location and customer service are excellent, the breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options and better availability of beverages. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement in the dining experience.

NNKotliaHad the perfect staycation at Pullman 😍 The room is clean and spacious. The staff is warm and welcoming, always greet you with a smile! They gave us early check in and even let us check out at 2 pm. The breakfast buffet was superb, so much variety: Indian, Asian, Continental ❤️
Special mention to Mr. Lalit from House keeping and Ms. Nidhi from front desk for making our stay even better 🤩
Thank you!!!
