Suresh jalotaAmenities in washroom was very less. No hand towels , toothbrush kitt was absent, triple occupancy room have only one sleeper set, no iron board and iron wasn’t there. Major issue was at the time of check out when they told me that they don’t have any deposit amount reflected in my booking which I had paid them during check in that was Rs 21000/ and when I show my credit card message from my bank in Lalit hotel name then they agreed and refund the balance amount so it was horrible

Rina LamsalHere’s a more natural version of your review:
The stay at The Roseate was an experience from the moment I arrived. The welcome begins with a traditional blessing ceremony, followed by fresh juice, sweets, and water. Everyone makes you feel genuinely looked after.
The spa was very good, but the highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. It is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The variety of choices is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and even the use of technology—a serving robot—adds a fun touch without taking away from the hospitality.
There is one area that could be improved: cleaning . I found a hair in the bathtub, and the divan behind the cushions was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Next time, I will check the room when I arrive and ask for anything that needs attention to be cleaned.
Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

MichelleyauWe stayed for a night where was a comfy stay after stayed in the scam hotel (Hotel Emerald).
The location is convenient as it’s nearby the airport. The security, front line & restaurant staff provide good services with smiles. You also can go to food court nearby with different food choices. Highly recommended

Guest UserThe Taj Mahal Delhi is a beautiful hotel with splendid decor and an old school ambience. However, some of the underlying cost cutting is noticeable.
The breakfast buffet for example is anything but - with a handful of items such as bread and rudimentary cereal laid out but anything substantial needs to be ordered and it arrives in due time in small portions. It's awkward to know how many times can one order in the circumstances.
Another example occured when I changed some currency at the hotel. I expected the rate to be bad and it was, but this was not an issue. I am happy to pay for luxury and convenience. However, what irked me slightly was when the staff explained that there was no change so she couldn't give me 60 INR. It's a very small amount but I felt it was a liberty - imagine offering currency exchange at an exorbitant rate but you don't have currency.
Other than that we had a good stay. The pool was stunning as was my beautiful club suite. It was a very generous size and beautifully designed with views over the pool and Delhi beyond - a real oasis in noisy and bustling Delhi.
The club lounge is ok but not really worth paying for - the timings for high tea etc are so inconvenient that you won't be able to use them.
Overall, this was still a good stay and probably the best hotel for the price in this part of town.

Guest UserFrom the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen.
Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless.
I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time.
The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool
The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from
Lavazza machine was surprisingly good.
I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole
area, including the plants was tended immaculately by
staff that clearly enjoyed their job.
I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak.
All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my
room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste.
The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just
5 minutes walking away.
My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way.
On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me.
Thank you Novotel. Wonderful wonderful service all round. I will be back for sure

Guest UserThis was my first stay here, and I was very impressed. The facilities are clean, and having a Japanese restaurant on the first floor is a huge plus. The room size was just right – it's definitely a hotel that Japanese travelers would appreciate.

This hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot.
Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!

SanterioI had a really comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket.
The location is super convenient, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is surprisingly good with plenty of choices. The staff were always helpful and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better.
A special shout-out to Mr. Deshpal from security — very professional, always smiling, and genuinely made us feel welcome and safe. Really appreciated his warm service!

JasdevThe hotel itself was pleasant, but as an aviation enthusiast, my main reason for choosing it was the runway view in Delhi Airport. I had emailed months prior to my stay requesting a runway view for both rooms. However, upon check-in, I was informed that my room category does not offer a runway view, and I was instead given a garden view.
Had this been communicated earlier, I would have considered booking Andaz Delhi by Hyatt, who had indicated they could accommodate my request. Clear and accurate communication is important, especially for guests with specific preferences. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow aviation enthusiasts who value transparency in such requests.
