Honestly the only selling factor of the hotel is how beautiful the scenic area is. Everything else was quite unpleasant, especially for a Pan Pacific hotel. When we checked into our initial room, it turned out that there was a problem with the bath tub and that it couldn't be used, but that the shower was still available. The cleaning lady had informed the front desk before hand but we were not told what it was during check in nor the extent of the issue. The bathroom had a sewer like odour and the shower head for the bathtub looked flaky and nasty - the kind that I would expect to see in a budget motel not here. Mind you, we just checked in. It was shocking and we requested for a room change which was prompt and turned out much better. However I would think twice before recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

Absolutely fantastic! My husband was in Yangzhou for a marathon, so I took the opportunity to bring our child along, and the Yingbin Hotel was truly amazing. On Saturday afternoon, we watched intangible cultural heritage performances at the theater, including a puppet show and the slicing of Wensi Tofu. Afterwards, my child drew a sugar painting. We then went for the complimentary travel photoshoot, and the pictures turned out great. After the photoshoot, we fed lots of fish, swans, and ducks. In the evening, we went to Hongfang Bridge for a bath and a scrub. The next morning, after breakfast, we headed to Building 15 for a swim. I have to highly praise the swimming pool – it has a standard 50-meter lane, plenty of towels by the water so you don't get cold, and a sauna in the changing rooms. After swimming, we went to Building 18 to do some crafts, feed the bunnies, and ride a scooter around the park. My daughter said, ”This place is awesome! The ecology is great, the facilities are excellent, and the service is wonderful.” We stayed in Building 3 this time, which was excellent value for money. We'll definitely try another building next time if we have the chance.

The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with convenient facilities. The room features a 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' smart assistant for voice control. The front desk service was excellent – warm and efficient. They were incredibly accommodating, doing their best to fulfill all requests and meet customer needs. The afternoon tea's floral tea was delicious and fragrant. Its proximity to tourist attractions is a huge plus; it's just a few minutes' walk to Shantang Street, making getting around very easy. The snacks recommended by the front desk were also very tasty. Suzhou Center is only 30 minutes away, offering options for shopping malls, outlets, and Vanke Place. The location is truly superior, and most importantly, the room rates are affordable. I was very satisfied with my stay! I'll definitely book here again on my next business trip to Suzhou.

Location: This hotel is a landmark in Xuzhou, right in the city center. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the Confucius Temple and Pengcheng No. 1, and also close to the 1818 Night Market. You can even see these attractions from the hotel rooms. Getting to the subway station across the street requires a bit of a walk around to the traffic light, so we mostly took taxis, though you can also walk to Hubu Mountain and Huilongwo, exploring all the way to the museum and Yunlong Mountain. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. Cleanliness: Tidy. Service: I was initially worried that the front desk being on the 42nd floor would be inconvenient, but there's a dedicated elevator to go up, so it didn't feel like an issue at all.

Shouxi Lake Hot Spring Holiday Hotel is amazing! It's close to Shouxi Lake, and you can enjoy the lake view right from your window. The hot springs are natural and genuine, with many private pools – perfect for warming up in autumn and winter. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. Breakfast offers freshly made Yangzhou steamed buns and dried tofu shreds, authentic and filling. There's also a kids' play area for those with children, and the service is attentive. It offers great value for money, making it a top choice for a holiday!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Chong'an Temple and Sanyang Square. When I entered the room at night, I was stunned by the night view, and I could even see Xihui Park in the distance. Downstairs, there are tons of shopping malls like Suning and Parkson. The hotel facilities are excellent. The room has a fridge and a washing machine. The shower and toilet are separate (wet and dry areas), and the bathroom even has a powerful heater. The hotel environment is very hygienic; the main point is that the entire hotel is super clean! The sheets and towels are changed daily, and the bedding is also very nice and comfortable. This is definitely one of the best hotels in Wuxi!

The room was spacious and the beds were large and very comfortable (one 1.8m, one 1.5m). From the 62nd floor, you can see the city in the distance, and the morning sun shines in. The room was well-equipped with various appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker. The hotel is located in the city center, with a subway station right downstairs, which is very convenient. Highly recommend (the photos aren't edited; they were taken on the spot in the morning).

My husband studied at Nanjing University in 1980, and this time, returning to his alma mater, he had a strong desire to stay at the Jinling Hotel. You certainly didn't disappoint us. Overall, the hotel has an excellent location, superb service, is spotlessly clean, and offers a rich breakfast. To our surprise, we were upgraded to the Asia Pacific Tower during check-in. The room was spacious with a wet/dry separation, and the separate toilet was particularly thoughtful, ensuring that one guest getting up at night wouldn't disturb the other. The environment was very quiet, allowing for excellent rest. The room's cleanliness was also meticulously maintained. Most importantly, the hotel's service awareness was evident in every employee, at every moment. From opening the car door and handling luggage upon arrival to staff proactively pressing the elevator button and offering warm greetings when passing by, it truly shows a corporate culture ingrained deeply. What pleasantly surprised me was that, being over 60 with somewhat poor eyesight, I accidentally pressed the 'do not disturb' button. The hotel specifically called to ask if we needed cleaning. And because we had our own brewed tea on the table, the housekeeper left a note asking us to let her know if we wanted it cleaned. So many aspects of their service awareness are reflected in these small details. My husband specifically read the book about Jinling Hotel in the room. As a former manager himself, he deeply appreciated your crisis awareness. You are a well-managed state-owned enterprise. I believe that as long as you continue to maintain your excellent service, the hotel will thrive and earn an outstanding reputation. Details truly make all the difference.

Compared to the beautiful scenery of Yangzhou in springtime, Shangri-La's service left an even deeper impression on me. Especially Ms. Sun Rui, the Guest Relations Manager, who contacted us in advance to understand our itinerary. Upon learning I was traveling with two elderly individuals, she promptly upgraded our room and even helped arrange a late checkout for their comfort. She proactively assisted us with everything from dining to transportation. Both my parents were full of praise for the hotel's service. We'll definitely visit again if we get the chance! 🌹🌹

When I came to Nanjing this time, I really wanted to explore Laomendong, so I chose this hotel based on online guides. **Amenities:** Our room was upgraded. The overall decor had a natural wood tone with a touch of Republic of China-era style. The room was very clean, and everything was perfectly in order. We also received complimentary welcome fruits and snacks, and the fridge had my child's favorite small drinks – very nice! **Service:** We were two adults and one child. The front desk staff asked about my child's height, and since she was exactly 1.2 meters, the kind lady thoughtfully arranged for a complimentary breakfast for her as well. Speaking of breakfast, it was incredibly refined and well-prepared, clearly the work of a professional chef. Every item was delicious, and the room service delivery was impeccably sealed with cling film, looking very hygienic. The taste was also excellent – so yummy!. **Service:** The hotel offers free, unlimited parking at the Laomendong P3 parking lot. The elevator from the parking lot leads directly to the hotel, which is super convenient. **Environment:** The hotel also features a small garden called 'Jieziyuan' (Mustard Seed Garden). I heard it was once the residence of the great scholar Li Yu. Guests staying at the hotel can visit it for free. It's very antique and charming, with many young women taking traditional-style photos there. The scenery is superb! **Hygiene:** Very clean. This will definitely be my top choice for hotels whenever I visit Laomendong again. It offers great value for money, excellent service, and a beautiful aesthetic.

GGuest UserNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

CChifanpeiyinliaoThis hotel is definitely a great place to walk your kids! The ecology is very good! We even saw a hare! But maybe it’s because it’s outdoors! It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high! The service attitude at the front desk is very good! Very eager to help! The road to the swimming pool is not easy to walk! Must be very careful! It's easy to fall! The locker room environment needs cleaning! The interior of the room is clean and acceptable!

JJiayongThe B&B has a nice courtyard and good service. However, no matter how good the view is, the main purpose is to sleep, and the room had a piercing high-frequency electrical noise that kept me up all night. The owner reportedly sleeps on the second floor himself, so why haven't they fixed this hardware issue? Also, the so-called private courtyard pool is just a small puddle in their guesthouse, not a private pool for your room. I'm truly baffled by this misleading claim. I heard the owner is even a chairman of an association; if a chairman is like this, what about the other member establishments? The chairman said if you mention his name, the restaurants on the street would give you some 'snacks' – but these so-called snacks are just a small flatbread that all restaurants serve, whether you mention his name or not. The restaurant where I mentioned his name even overcharged me by dozens of yuan on the bill. In short, if you're just going for a photoshoot, it might be okay, but if you're truly looking for a relaxing vacation stay, I'd recommend sticking to professional hotels.

JjessicaJWXStepping through the door, you're immediately greeted by a private courtyard, where scattered greenery creates an elegant and secluded haven, instantly shutting out the bustling world. The room design is exquisitely refined and spacious, with abundant natural light and a well-thought-out layout. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom and the detailed amenities speaks of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The courtyard is the absolute highlight – sitting outdoors at leisure, a gentle breeze on your face, surrounded by lush greenery, it's incredibly peaceful and restorative. It's the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy tea, and chat, creating an unbeatable ambiance. The indoor soundproofing is excellent, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep, completely undisturbed. The hotel's overall service is thoughtful and attentive; Cherry, in particular, was gentle and responsive, making the entire experience from check-in to check-out incredibly pleasant. The location is superb, offering a tranquil escape while still being conveniently close to everything. The Premium Courtyard Room boasts strong privacy and a stunning view, offering both the relaxed vibe of a getaway and the quality feel of a high-end hotel. It's perfectly suited for both leisure vacations and short, relaxing stays. The overall experience is full marks, highly recommended, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

LListeningtoI've stayed in many high-end hotels, but Pinjiang Road Residence isn't something you can describe in just a few words—it's truly exceptional! First, the location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the famous Pingjiang Road. Every day, you can step directly into a historic cultural district. Second, the hotel itself is a renovation of a centuries-old building, exuding an ancient charm. The exterior retains the classic Suzhou architectural style, while the rooms are equipped with all modern appliances, even more up-to-date than many five-star hotels. Third, the hotel staff are incredibly professional. Traveling with three children can be quite a hassle, but the staff's thoughtful and attentive service greatly eased our burden. Everything was arranged perfectly, saving us a lot of time and effort. Although it was very crowded during the Chinese New Year, our impression of Suzhou was excellent. Special shout-out to Xiao Wang at the front desk for being so professional, gentle, and considerate. I'll attach a few candid photos; it's truly beautiful, a hidden gem in the city. I felt like Tao Yuanming for a few days, escaping the hustle and bustle.

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and friendly, and they even thoughtfully recommended some local eateries. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 2. A surprisingly delightful stay! The room had an amazing view, offering a fantastic city nightscape. The cleanliness was impeccable, with not even a speck of dirt in the bathroom corners. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the freshly made wontons were absolutely delicious – definitely a big thumbs up! 3. Staying with kids was a breeze; the hotel provided a free crib and safety rail. The staff proactively helped with our luggage and had an exceptionally good attitude. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, so we didn't have to worry about the kids making noise and disturbing others. The overall experience was top-notch!

RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.
