An absolutely wonderful experience! The entire hotel was designed by Singapore's Temasek Group and is seamlessly integrated with the Panmen Scenic Area. The hotel itself is built around a traditional Chinese garden layout, cleverly concealing eight distinct attractions. Its back entrance leads directly into the Panmen Scenic Area, and with your hotel key card, you get unlimited access throughout the day, along with services like Hanfu rental. The hotel itself is impeccable, with top-notch amenities, including the pool and gym. The customer service staff are also very professional. I noticed many foreigners, especially Singaporeans, staying here. The only minor drawback is that the rooms are spread across multiple buildings, making the hotel quite large. On my first visit, it took me a while to navigate from the front desk to my room. Also, the front desk is on the 3rd floor, while the rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors, which can be a bit confusing when coming and going.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's conveniently located if you're planning to visit the nearby mountains or Taihu Lake. Right next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea house), making dining and shopping very convenient. Although this is a Marriott extended-stay brand, we discovered it's a hidden gem for families with kids. During the May Day holiday, they had daily kids' activities. On our check-in day, we participated in a kite-painting activity at the lobby bar, and after painting, we flew the kites on the lawn in front of the hotel. My child had an absolute blast!
We were assigned the smallest suite and received complimentary welcome desserts. The front desk staff, noticing we had a child, proactively sent kids' toiletries to our room, which felt like a very thoughtful touch. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, perfectly meeting the needs of an extended stay.

Five-Day Stay in Nanjing
Check-in Experience
We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee.
Accommodation
We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit:
Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property.
RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games.
**Ratings**
Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities.
Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout.
Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days.
**Things to Consider**
It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center.
If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include:
- ATV rides
- Fishing area
- Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter)
- Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry)
- Train ride (30 RMB)
The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car.
**Challenges We Faced**
My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available.
However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

Guest UserThe room was clean and had a unique charm. The hostess was lovely and incredibly thoughtful. I've already booked for next year! My trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to fully appreciate all the creative touches at Zhoushuang Life Inn. I'll save that for next year's visit.

PikaqiumamaSummer vacation means taking the little ones out to play, so we chose Club Med! 😉 This stay truly exceeded our expectations. Angel Raina provided excellent service, and the resort itself is built by the lake, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful and elegant environment. The lakeside path is flat and comfortable, perfect for a leisurely stroll to enjoy the scenery and unwind. Our room was clean, tidy, and had an expansive view. The staff were polite, attentive, and paid great attention to detail. It’s the perfect escape from the city bustle for a relaxing weekend. Most importantly, the kids were perfectly entertained with a full day of diverse activities, making them happy and giving us parents peace of mind. Even just spending all day in the water during summer was incredibly fun, haha!

This hotel boasts an outstanding location, just a ten-minute walk from the Master of the Nets Garden, and within 3 kilometers of attractions like the Canglang Pavilion, Suzhou Museum, and Shiquan Street. You can savor revamped Suzhou cuisine at the hotel or explore local life and hidden gems in the surrounding alleys. Check into the Kimpton Bamboo Grove and embark on a leisurely, charming journey through Gusu.
Designed with meticulous care by SCDA, the hotel features white walls, green bamboo, waterside pavilions, and winding corridors, creating an elegant garden setting. A single wall separates it from the outside hustle and bustle. After checking in, you can stroll through the courtyard, immersing yourself in the unique tranquil atmosphere of Jiangnan. The 5 PM Social Hour is a must-try; enjoy specially crafted cocktails and delicate snacks on a waterside pavilion as you watch the sunset over the moat, waiting for dusk. Member benefits are truly generous, and the welcome drink voucher is very practical. The room design is simple yet sophisticated, with an open and airy feel. The amenities are complete, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of excellent quality. With fantastic natural light, you can sit by the window and enjoy the garden views at your leisure. The hygiene is quite good. Our butler, An Bo, provided excellent service, helping arrange a late check-out and reminding us to dine during off-peak hours. We were very satisfied with the service. In the morning, enjoy breakfast at Zhuxu Xuan, where freshly made Suzhou-style red soup noodles are authentic and flavorful, and fresh young coconuts are also available. The balanced variety of Chinese and Western dishes, enjoyed amidst the garden's greenery, sets you up for an energetic day, allowing you to deeply experience the charm of Gusu. We'll definitely be back!

Guest UserThe location was directly at the tourist attraction very convenient. Hotel amenities are great, love the Dyson hair dryer and the hot water dispenser save time to boil. A very warm feeling staying in tte hotel as they will serve evening drink into our room and on the check out day they packed us a small bag of titbits which elevated the whole staying experience that they care for every guest. The staff were very friendly and polite, have to give special credits to 小海 and the 小姐姐 at the front desk whom served us on day 1. Despite my endless questions, they still patiently attended to me. Last but not least the wonderful shuttle service that they provide and the driver gave us good advice. Thumbs up to him!

FangjiajiugaizhujiudianThe old Hyatt, soon to be rebranded as a JW, was in a transition period, so I didn't have high expectations for the hardware or software. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service, especially from Front Desk staffer Xiao Yang, who deserves special praise. The room was standard, but the executive lounge was surprisingly huge, comparable to the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, though it felt a bit empty with so few guests. For a trip to Wuxi, staying here is incredibly convenient for visiting both Nanchan Street and Huishan Ancient Town. I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves after the rebranding and renovation.

Guest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

Guest UserI came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert.
The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!
