We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou, made truly memorable by the outstanding service from Mr. Louis. Special thanks to Mr. Louis for his warm welcome and his very responsive, experienced handling of an unexpected issue. We accidentally left our handphone in a taxi, and upon seeking his help, he immediately took action. Thanks to his resourcefulness and efficiency, the taxi driver was contacted within 5 minutes, and our phone was safely returned to us within 30 minutes. His calm professionalism and genuine willingness to help gave us great peace of mind, especially while traveling. This level of service truly reflects the high standards of Pan Pacific Suzhou. Highly recommended, and we sincerely thank Mr. Louis and the team for their exceptional hospitality.

Facilities: Building 3, room amenities are average, but the bedding is good. The corner room has great natural light, and the breakfast restaurant is ordinary. Next time, I'd like to try other buildings. Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was decent, but the restaurant's hygiene wasn't great. The cups weren't clean. Environment: Superb! The Chinese garden is beautiful, and each building serves a functional purpose, feeling very lived-in and authentic. You don't even need to go to the scenic area to experience the Chinese aesthetics of Slender West Lake, and Quyuan is an excellent restaurant. Service: I realized I'd forgotten my cherries in the fridge after checking out. I contacted the hotel, and they kindly held them at the front desk for me. The service I received throughout this process was excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Slender West Lake and Daming Temple, and Yangzhou Banquet is right next door, which is very convenient. We stayed in a villa, and our room was in the middle of the complex. There's a shuttle service available, and the staff (referred to as 'Radish sisters') would help us call for one. If you're driving, you can even park your car right next to the villa. The villa also has a private hot spring bath, offering great privacy. We had a wonderful time during this trip to Yangzhou!

This is my second time staying at Jinling Hotel in Nanjing. This New Year's Day, I brought my parents along. Although the old hotel's facilities are a bit dated, my parents, who visited Nanjing over 30 years ago, truly appreciate its historical value. The location is unbeatable, right next to Xinjiekou subway station and Deji Plaza. It's just one stop to the Presidential Palace, Central Hotel, and Kexiang, and about twenty minutes to the Nanjing Museum. Taking a taxi or the subway, nowhere feels far. The service, however, was the most impressive. A big thank you to Little S at the front desk for helping me book Meiyuan, where my mom had a very satisfying birthday celebration. The food at Meiyuan was excellent; all the dishes we ordered were great. They even did a small decoration since it was a birthday. Lulu and Xiao Jin were also wonderful, bringing longevity noodles, then fruit, and then yogurt – we were practically bursting! And finally, the young lady playing the pipa live was amazing! Her music was beautiful.

The Suzhou Qiyu Inn is definitely my top choice for travel! The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to Shantang Street, and the subway entrance is right around the corner, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The Japanese-style tatami room is cozy and elegant, with both a private hot spring courtyard and a bathtub – soaking in it washes away all the fatigue. The L'Occitane toiletries and smart toilet add a touch of luxury. Breakfast offers a wide variety and is served until 11 AM. The front desk staff are attentive and enthusiastic, providing everything from kids' goodie bags to emergency supplies. It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area, with thoughtful details that truly surprise. Next time I'm in Suzhou, I'm definitely staying here again!

Our trip was an excellent experience! The concierge, Fiona, reached out early via WeChat, arranged a fantastic room for us, and even booked a table with a window view at the Chinese restaurant. She was incredibly warm and lovely, always responding and resolving any issues immediately. The hotel has a great location and wonderful views. The duck blood vermicelli soup at breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar. The concierge service was outstanding; a particularly enthusiastic doorman, Lu Yuanzhen, helped us with our luggage every time we came and went, and our bags were always delivered to our room. This hotel offers truly exceptional service. I'll definitely choose InterContinental again on my next visit to Nanjing. Our first trip of the New Year was absolutely delightful. New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

Staying here for my trip was definitely the right choice! The hotel has a serene environment, and getting around is super convenient – it's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic spots. The room decor is warm and elegant, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The facilities are comprehensive, and being a newly opened hotel, the soundproofing is also quite good. Screen mirroring on the TV and high-speed WiFi worked flawlessly. The cleanliness was impeccable; the towels and bath towels were undamaged and odor-free. The front desk service was warm and attentive; they proactively helped with my luggage during check-in and even gave me a small souvenir upon departure, which was such a thoughtful touch! The price is also very reasonable. This experience truly offered great value for money. I've saved this place and will definitely stay here again next time!

Excellent hotel with great location. Garden is very nice overlooking slender west lake, we made use of package photo shoot that made the trip memorable. Mr Guan, the hotel manager and his colleagues were also very helpful, he helped us recover my daughter’s phone left at the taxi ; overall very good and friendly service. 2 night package was a good choice for my family; gave us sufficient time to enjoy the hotel facilities and its service.
