The hotel bills itself as a 5-star hotel, but when we arrived, we were given one towel each for two guests, no robes, and no hot water. After explaining to the staff that a 5-star hotel should have five towels and a robe per guest (for the feet, face, head, body, and hands), the breakfast was meager; there weren't even any cheeses, and the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't very good. There's not much entertainment for guests in the evening. We went to a bar on the premises, a smoky, red-light-type dump. We immediately ran out, even though the sign said it was a grill bar. Horrible! All the windows in the restaurant were closed, making it feel like you're in a basement. The fountains don't work during the day. We wanted to rent a helicopter, but they said no, even though it said it was available. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are quite nice and clean. We really liked the Chinese-style rice flour dumplings and coffee at the coffee shop; the food there is generally tastier than in the restaurant. I don't want to return to this hotel, overall it's a one-time trip.

The staff were friendly but unfortunately the hotel didn't meet my expectations.
