Service at the reception and restaurant as well as at breakfast great. Views and room great. Food a nightmare because pierogi from Warsaw are much better than in a star hotel. The young chef made very good food with eggs during the holidays and was very nice, but the chefs remained especially in the evening badly for some unknown reason and offended. It was obvious that the atmosphere in the kitchen was not nice.

The hotel is very well located. It is in the very center of the beach so you can't have a better one. As for the building, the years of its magnificence are over (built in 2008) and unfortunately it is a little visible and felt, although it still keeps class.

Average rate in Sopot is super high. So ratio of price quality is fine. Clean but poorly furnished rooms, not sharp 4 stars. Recommended mot to overpay for airbnb style. 11:00 check out is ridiculous

Comfortable hotel, great location, nice swimming pool on the roof, comfortable bed, food really very tasty - delicious toast with eggs Benedict, I recommend it for breakfast :-) The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, quiet, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city... the price list of dishes and alcohol is rather for Western tourists :-) but... but whoever decides to stay in good Polish hotels should not comment on the prices: -))) we see what we choose. I recommend!

Lovely hotel not in a built up area so not many local restaurants but it is much more peaceful and still has good bus and tram links if you didn’t want to walk into the centre, amazing quality for price. Would happily stay again

Service: There is just a room, so when 12:30 arrives, the front desk will check in. This is very good 👍👍👍! Request 11:00, but also check out a little later until 12:00, and help print the boarding pass for free. Facilities: The room is large and spacious, the floor height is very high, and the large windows are very bright. The view is very good. Hygienic: The room is very new, the bathroom is very clean, and the overall hardware facilities are good. Environment: Next to the train station, the door is the traffic road. The big restaurant beer house downstairs is very famous. Disadvantages: 1. The blackout curtains are not tight, and they are quite large. 2. The sound insulation effect of the window is really bad, and you can hear the traffic.

Hotel location is not in the city, but the price is OK, the bus stop is at the door, this hotel is Ford Motor Hotel! Opposite the hotel is kfc grandfather! Winter stay to avoid New Year's Day, the price is cheaper!

The hotel is beautifully located. Right by the river, so everything is close. The rooms are beautiful. The service is very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. The dishes were very small at very high prices. Plus the waiter service, which the customer only finds out about when paying the bill. Maybe this is standard. I don't know. I just didn't like it, that's why I'm pointing it out.

Excellent location located right in the Old town. Less than 5 minutes walk to Old Town Hall and St Mary's Basilica . Front desk staff are courteous and very proficient in English. The reception hall is spacious with comfortable sofa. The room is clean and comfortable We really enjoyed the morning breakfast, a lot of food varieties.
