The hotel is service is good. They gave us a cake as it was our anniversary. Overall was good. Only 1 negative point. The room was supposed to be smoke free but we could smell even in the corridors second hand smoke. The room was really really thick with cigarette smoke smell in their carpets all the way to the bed sheets. But their room service was prompt to respond. Kudos. But the smell lingered. I suspect there are guests smoking on the non smoking floors. We can smell in through the ventilation system The hotel should seriously enforce their non smoking policy.

Stayed here recently and had a pretty solid experience 👍. Location's great, super close to LRT Asia Jaya so getting around was a breeze 🚆. Rooms were clean and comfy, staff were friendly and helpful 😄. Only thing was WiFi was a bit iffy at times, but didn't ruin the stay. Breakfast buffet was decent too. Overall, good value for money, would stay again 👍.

Very good condo stay, for its price it is a steal. Since hextar world shops are still not fully all open, ur shopping is limited to what’s open now. Any other activities you need to take the grab out. But it’s the best location in terms of price and distance to 1utama, Damansara jaya & ss2. I would probably stay again when jaya grocer opens at hextar. Lift takes sometime to get into, if u r not in a hurry thats a no problem. There is no room service, but u may request for bottle water & tissue role every morning. And you need to dispose ur own trash at the end of lift

Arrived hotel around 1 am, they use self-check in tapi ada staff at receptionist that can assist youu. Need to pay rm 5 for hotel service,no deposit which is good for just one night stay. Bilik and toilet sooo clean, i stayed at 209 so far so good just one night after back at Malaysia before heading to my hometown. Bilik ada water heater, ada cerek but there is no refrigator u kene ask receptionist staff untuk letak dlm peti dyeorg but they are so kind so totally worth staying here. Bilik also only got shampoo and body shower but no toothpaste and toothbrush la but sokayy we do have it. Iron dekat laundry room at Level 1 and 3 only betul ii depan lift L3. Iron okayy and laundry room bersih. Time checkout sangaatt easyy just give them your room card and you good to go. rate 10/10 anyway i got no photos available because arrived late night and we just fall asleep.

Everything about This hôtel was amazing my kinds regards to the staff especially Fara at the reception who was very Kind and helpful , i recommand this place , the room was clean , confortable with everything you need , the food at the indulge restaurant was amazing the breakfast choice was insane , so many options and really tasty . I really enjoyed the pool and the gym who was really clean with all the necessary .

The room was very clean, tidy, comfortable, and beautiful. The front desk upgraded our room type, and we enjoyed a complimentary dinner—perfect! We also enjoyed the art exhibition on the second floor! It's connected to Terminal 1, and the electric shuttle service is very convenient!

The hotel environment is really nice and comfortable. You can enjoy beautiful views, and it feels like a vacation without even leaving the city. The staff are very friendly and the location is excellent, really close to the mall.

Front desk was super smelly , toilet smell.. with flies.. check in process was slow.. Swimming pool water was smelly and too much chlorine.. Breakfast was average, not tasty Kids bed was not cleaned properly, itchy.. toilet small and door was not done properly... View was good, deco room okay

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me. In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters. Room was immaculate with good view of the city. Great pillows. I received a chocolate cake with a birthday wish as my birthday falls in January. That was touching! The only hiccup was the housekeeping which didn’t top up the tea bags. I called at 8am, they acknowledged but no one came until it’s time for me to check out at 1pm. Overall, I had a good stay.
