I had a very decent stay this round. Room was still clean and this time we did not have to wait for long at the hotel lobby (also we checked in fairly late at night this time). We love that this room came with a proper vanity/work desk that hub could still work during our staycation. The toilet was also clean and spacious. The pool was quite empty, thus it was really nice to swim in during the morning Unfortunately, the treadmills at the gym were pretty rundown. Buffet breakfast was relatively quiet compared to our last staycation here because it was puasa month. I am really surprised that there were plenty of choices still and the staffs also top up when certain food ran out. The location was perfect if your hangout places are in Pj. It’s close to almost everywhere — KD, Ara Damansara, One U etc. Definitely a hotel to come back again ❤️

Stayed here recently and had a pretty solid experience 👍. Location's great, super close to LRT Asia Jaya so getting around was a breeze 🚆. Rooms were clean and comfy, staff were friendly and helpful 😄. Only thing was WiFi was a bit iffy at times, but didn't ruin the stay. Breakfast buffet was decent too. Overall, good value for money, would stay again 👍.

This is a good & cosy place to stay. The bed was comfortable & clean. Front lobby was very clean & impressive, but a bit hard to find if you have never been there. The service provider should have given more detailed instructions to guide new customers how to get there.

First time staying here and I had a really great experience! It's also super, super close to the airport! The room was very comfortable, and they even provided a laundry room with washer/dryer and a smoking area. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste before checking in. If you forget, you can easily order some through a delivery service, which is quite convenient!

Location is so good with a sheltered link way to the big shopping mall & MRT Station! Staffs are friendly & helpful. Check in & out are so smooth. Love the separated bathroom & toilet settings too. We enjoyed our stay so much, will come back again!

I stayed at Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA and had a very comfortable experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, as the hotel is connected to the airport by a covered walkway. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a long flight. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The swimming pool area was pleasant, although the water was quite cold. The hotel also has a spa and wellness area, with separate sections for men and women. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of both local and international food. Overall, it is a very convenient and comfortable airport hotel.

Check in facility was smooth, friendly front desk and manager helpful. we are family of 5 ( 2 rooms) and it was accomodating and great stay for 4 days 3 nights as my parents were staying nearby, and we are back to celebrate CNY. The beach pool maybe can have a bit improvement as its a bit dirty ( a bit dissapointment for my kids) but hotel rooms were very clean and daily cleaned up well. Kudos to the housekeeping team for keeping my housekey i realised i lost it after 3 days checking out and my parents went back to the lobby and got it back. Thankful to them. Its a great place to stay. rooms were quiet no odour and free mineral bottle water and coffee tea. clean towels, good bed.

The room was clean but due to crowds, people need to queue for turn. The location is quite far from attractions or city centre but there is a mall with few shops including some fast food restaurants and 7e below. Breakfast was good with limited choices. Decent and staff very attentive.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me. In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters. Very spacious and delicious dessert and coffee prepared in our suite. Location is convenient as it has many amenities nearby. The view is amazing from our window as it was directly opposite the amusement park. My son requested to stay again for our next trip.
