Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

my experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and very comfortable . Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Acmar. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even better. The rooms were spacious, the facilities were good, and the overall ambience was relaxing for families. The breakfast spread was enjoyable with plenty of options. Convenient location and great hospitality — would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again.

The hotel was good, everything was ok with the room. The bathroom was very musty, and the drain was always dripping. Only one bottle of filtered water per room which you have to constantly go down to reception to swap over The location was convenient next to the MRT station and local restaurants.

The staff could use Clorox to clean the stains... there's a lot of stubborn dirt stuck on. Everything else is okay.

Honestly, this is a great deal hotel near shopping mall and Kidzania Kuala Lumpur! The hotel was once upon a time a 5-star grand hotel. Unfortunately, time has gone by and it merely is a 3-star for my experience. We had a two bedroom suites, bathroom has gone through wear and tear, flooded scent in room, wood base board and crowning that are warping. Blackout curtains did not exist in one room and the other is somewhat tearing itself away. Infinity pool, ice rink, small gym and great staff are the highlights.

I like my room and my parent’s room, Super clean, even the table and everything in the bathroom also clean. The downside, bedsheet not super white. The breakfast and dinner was okay 3.5/5 with wide variety. The staff were friendly even though so many guests that stay in here but they able to manage their professionalism. Everything was okay except the hotel is too crowded (for me). Actually its more like business hotel because many people come for business and tour. The lift even though only have 2 but super fast.

Location is connected to starling mall - superb. Room design is modern and beautiful, amenities are all good, love everything about this hotel . Thank you for the beautiful memories

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view/lighting from the window made the room feel super cozy and bright. Facilities were great and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent service overall—definitely a highly recommended place for a short getaway or business trip. Will definitely come back again!
