I went everyday to have my morning coffee in the shade of the coconut trees, watching the surfers and the beautiful ocean. I enjoyed bathing in the warm rock pools. My villa room was spacious and clean. The sheets, towels, pillows and bed mattress thick, comfy and clean. The air conditioning is new, silent and efficient. Bong the manager is brilliant and intelligent. He will assist you for everything. He organized my airport transfers. I also rented my motorcycle at the hotel and was happy. No worries (watch out for the dogs whiles driving on the road) The staff and owner family were welcoming and honest. I felt secure and at home. Thank you for the hospitality. "

Very poor hot water in shower/bathroom. Towels appalling, very old and very hard. Wouldn’t clean my car with them.
Restaurant food very good except no wine of any nature despite the menu offering a wide selection. So very poor management control.
Swimming pool okay except some scum on surface of water and the mosaic tiles in and around pool needed cleaning badly and missing and loose tiles needed replacing. Better house keeping needed.

Jho_AnnOur family of four had an absolutely amazing time at Siargao Island Villas, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spacious and spotless rooms—perfect for a family with kids. The resort itself is huge and lush with greenery, which made the tropical heat much more bearable.
The facilities were a highlight: a beautiful pool right next to the restaurant, plus ping pong, billiards, and a gym for some fun family competition. We also loved the free paddle boards, and the beachfront location was a dream—the water was incredibly calm (almost no waves!), so our kids could swim safely without worry.
What truly set this stay apart was the owner’s generosity. We were lucky enough to be there during a party they hosted for all guests—it was overflowing with free food, drinks, music, and even a live DJ. Such a memorable night! We also made new friends among fellow travelers, which added to the warm, community vibe.
The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and the owners were genuinely kind and generous. My only regret? I had booked two different hotels in Siargao (just in case), but after experiencing this resort, I wish we had stayed here the entire time. Moving to another place felt like a downgrade!
If you’re visiting Siargao, do yourself a favor—book Siargao Island Villas and stay as long as you can. You won’t regret it!

Guest UserThe place is nice… cozy looking and the service are great. New resort and everybody seems to still getting used to the service. No receptionist at night. We had to check out early due to our flight changes and left 5:00am the front desk is not open and the no place to return my key but had to leave it in the room.. the breakfast option is not much. Hopefully next time there are more options and the phone in the room. The guy who cleans around is nice. He is always willing to help. Could improve more but it’s a great place to be, only 9 minutes to secret beach, and malinao skate road, 30 minutes to cloud 9, 1 half hour to North/ Pacifico.. Not a busy street so you’re going to have a relaxing night of sleep. Gas station is just right around the corner.

Stay here for two nights with my family.nice hote.l room is big and clean.i like the toilet nice shower .staff is really friendly.they welcome us with the big smile..alots of foods around and not far from the shopping centeri highly recommend this place .thanks guys for your good hospitality.

This is a prime location. Could 9 is a world famous surfing spot and a dramatically beautiful ocean beach. People come from far to surf and enjoy this beach and I was blessed to be right there for 3 weeks. I went everyday to have my morning coffee in the shade of the coconut trees, watching the surfers and the beautiful ocean. I enjoyed bathing in the warm rock pools. My villa room was spacious and clean. The sheets, towels, pillows and bed mattress thick, comfy and clean. The air conditioning is new, silent and efficient. Bong the manager is brilliant and intelligent. He will assist you for everything. He organized my airport transfers. I also rented my motorcycle at the hotel and was happy.
