"This is a prime location. Could 9 is a world famous surfing spot and a dramatically beautiful ocean beach. People come from far to surf and enjoy this beach and I was blessed to be right there for 3 weeks. I went everyday to have my morning coffee in the shade of the coconut trees, watching the surfers and the beautiful ocean. I enjoyed bathing in the warm rock pools. My villa room was spacious and clean. The sheets, towels, pillows and bed mattress thick, comfy and clean. The air conditioning is new, silent and efficient. Bong the manager is brilliant and intelligent. He will assist you for everything. He organized my airport transfers. I also rented my motorcycle at the hotel and was happy. No worries (watch out for the dogs whiles driving on the road) The staff and owner family were welcoming and honest. I felt secure and at home. Thank you for the hospitality. "

GGuest UserThe rooms were clean, and the staff were very polite. The hotel has a restaurant, which was convenient for meals and the food was quite suitable for Chinese tastes. Definitely recommend.

Kkrs289Excellent hotel location, slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, yet close and convenient enough. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the center, with a tricycle constantly running. The grounds are magnificent, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and a private beach that is regularly cleaned and maintained. Free SUP boards are available! The breakfasts are decent and quite varied. Upon request (for an additional fee), the hotel arranged our room for our anniversary. Overall, only positive impressions. Everything was superb!

GGuest UserThe place is nice… cozy looking and the service are great. New resort and everybody seems to still getting used to the service. No receptionist at night. We had to check out early due to our flight changes and left 5:00am the front desk is not open and the no place to return my key but had to leave it in the room.. the breakfast option is not much. Hopefully next time there are more options and the phone in the room. The guy who cleans around is nice. He is always willing to help. Could improve more but it’s a great place to be, only 9 minutes to secret beach, and malinao skate road, 30 minutes to cloud 9, 1 half hour to North/ Pacifico.. Not a busy street so you’re going to have a relaxing night of sleep. Gas station is just right around the corner.

Cons: noisy beside the street, water tank motor near our room which creates noise every hour. Bidet and flash of toilet broken. No generator in case there is brownout.
