The location is right next to the Ancient Town, which is perfect for walking there and also convenient for getting a taxi directly to the hotel—especially with luggage, so there’s no need to carry or walk it through the Ancient Town. The cleanliness of the room was superb. The staff, especially Tian, were super helpful at all times; they helped us book a taxi to the train station and assisted with our luggage (there is no elevator). The view is also incredible.

The hotel's location is great, right across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and only a ten-minute drive from the airport. The soundproofing in the rooms is also excellent; before staying, I was worried about noise from planes flying overhead, but I didn't hear a thing. The hotel breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. Rose, one of the restaurant staff, even came to ask if the breakfast was good and gave my child some small snacks. For this price during the off-season, considering the hotel facilities and breakfast, it was definitely worth it.

This was a lovely place to stay right in the heart of the ancient town. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and was very close to walking to other scenic views of the city and the waterfall. The hotel staff were great and helped us to book the scenic area ticket (required as the hotel is in the area) at a discounted price and organised pickup from the railway station. The hotel is in a very good location, 10 minutes away from Changde Station Very close to the city center, close to Wanda Plaza, Baima Lake Cultural Park The room environment is good, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Baima Lake directly The scenery is in full view, comfortable and cozy!! The bedding is soft, and people who are familiar with the bed can sleep comfortably. The sound insulation is also great, quiet. The dry and wet separated bathroom also has a sink, bathtub, TV, and desk. The hotel also has a gym, swimming pool🏊♀️Children's playground... The public facilities are very good. Cleanliness: Excellent. The toilet seats were automatically heated and came with automatic plastic seat covers, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in hotels. Definitely five stars for cleanliness. Service: We arrived at the hotel quite late, and the front desk staff immediately offered us breakfast vouchers. Full marks for service.

This time when I went back to my hometown, I didn't want to stay at home, so I just looked at the luxury list online. Our Panlong Villa Hotel was only more than 200 yuan, so I booked it. As expected, I was not disappointed. The rice noodles I took home were very comfortable and tasted very authentic. The food tasted good too. The room was better than I expected. Although Panlong has been around for a long time, the items in the room are well maintained, and you can see the star quality. The environment outside is also very good. I asked the waiter, and the catering is being upgraded, and the guest rooms will also be upgraded. As a Xiangtan native, I am really happy to see that my hometown is getting better. I will come again next time and bring my family with me. When I come again, my children will probably be very excited to see the musical fountain.

Our stay here at Yun Mai Bie Yuan hotel was great! It was affordable, in a convenient location within the Zhangjiajie city area and all the hotel staff were very supportive in planning and support. If returning, I would stay here again 👍

The hotel staff are very polite; as soon as you enter the lobby, there's always tea available, and continuous greetings.
