The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance to the shuttle bus that takes you to Tianmen Mountain. If you're doing the A-route, you can take the cable car directly up the mountain from there. I booked this hotel specifically for the breakfast, and it didn't disappoint – it was truly abundant, offering Western and Chinese options, as well as cold dishes and fruit. The only minor issue was that the shower pressure wasn't great. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Very good hotel/guesthouse. Very genuine and warm hosts. Helped me with planning and answered all my questions with regards to my time in Zhangjiajie. Location is just a few minutes walk to Tianmen Mountain. There is a bus station about 5-10 min walk that takes you straight to the zhangjiajie national park for 13 rmb. Countless food options and convenient stores right next door. Good stable wifi. Hot water was nice and stable and had no issues even with long showers. I slept well and had 0 issues with noise isolation at night. Only downside may be that it's a 5 story building with no elevator; the genuine love and energy from the host along with every other pro more than makes up for it. Absolutely amazing value for the money and will stay here again next time if when I'm in town

Very near the Furong Waterfalls 2 days before, the hotel staff started communicating with us through We chat. The complimentary travel from Furongzhen to the Inn is a big help. They helped us purchase tickets to the ancient town. The inn is located inside the ancient town, hence the need to purchase a ticket first before we check-in. The Furong waterfalls are near the area. The cultural show at night is a big plus. Breakfast is served in the seating place with the view of the river.

We are a couple to travel to Fenghuang Ancient Town, and we booked at this home stay for our 2-day trip. The location is about 7’ walk to the main attraction, which is convenient and reasonable walk. During our stay, the hospitality from the Homestay is exceptional to us. Especially, Ms Xiao Teng, who had been making sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you, thank you. In conclusion, with a very affordable rate, we have a good location and a great services that is very worth it. We will let friends and family know your place.

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even thoughtfully provided welcome fruits. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that allowed me to sleep soundly until morning. The soundproofing was also excellent, with no outside noise audible at all. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation and plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. The public areas were tastefully decorated, with attention to detail evident everywhere. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, equipped with a translation device and always active in assisting us. The room was excellent, and the bathroom was nice, though it didn’t have a bidet spray. The location is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cableway — just about a 5-minute walk. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here. You can also leave your luggage for safekeeping. //I recommend choosing a room on the non-city view side, as it’s much quieter and you won’t hear the traffic noise at night.

Our butler was incredibly responsive to all our requests. We had ten breakfast vouchers but didn't get to use any of them because there's a McDonald's and Good Morning (restaurant name, assuming it's a known local spot) right downstairs. The kids wanted burgers, and I love a good 'I Love You' (a local drink/food item, assuming a playful name for a popular item). The hotel's location makes it super easy to get a taxi, and it's less than 40 units (presumably currency or time, needs context but kept general) to Window of the World and the Provincial Botanical Garden. It's also right next to Huangxing Square Station, just under 100 meters from Exit 2. The view from the hotel's small corridor is quiet and charming, with an antique feel.

The hotel is quite large, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which is convenient. It was interesting to pass by the hotel after taking the Tianmen Mountain cable car down in the evening. Facilities: Excellent, with a gym and laundry room. Hygiene: Spotless. Environment: Clean. Service: Enthusiastic.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! 💛 From the very moment we arrived, we were met at the airport — everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and done with great care. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our requests — they even prepared vegetarian meals for us, and we’re especially grateful to the chefs for that 🙏 If it weren’t for the hotel staff, we would have definitely gotten lost in the park — they thoughtfully planned out the entire route through all the attractions for us, making everything clear and convenient. The room itself was just amazing! 😍 It turned out to be even better than in the photos — warm floors, heated mattress pads, perfectly clean, bright, and very quiet. Everything we needed was provided, and you can really feel the genuine care for the guests. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for your attention, kindness, and hospitality. ✨ We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
