The room is not far from the train station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station. The hotel style is warm and elegant, especially the carpet in the room. The hotel service is also good!
Very good hotel around travel and shopping is convenient. The hotel has a beautiful environment. Warm service and convenient parking. Many rooms have terraces to satisfy smokers without smoking downstairs.
Environment: Breakfast is on the first floor, very small, convenient location, in the center of town
Health: OK,
Facilities: The room is so small, the toilet is so small, the whole thing is very small
Service: The front desk has a good service attitude and can communicate in English.
It is pretty good experience. Although it is a bit far to the main town, there is a train ”3” which can directly reach the hotel. The room has a fridge which is super.
I can recommend the hotel. First of all, close to the airport. Quick check-in procedure. Small room but definitely enough for 1 night. Soft light, clean bottled water on the table. Comfortable beds.
The hotel is ideally located in the city center. You can reach Dworzec by taking the AP bus line from the bus stop outside Terminal C at the airport; it's about a 40-50 minute ride, just three stops away. There's a shopping mall nearby, making it convenient for shopping, but do keep in mind that most shops in Poland are closed on Sundays, with the exception of restaurants, pharmacies, and gas stations.
The hotel rooms are spacious and tidy, and both the hot water and air conditioning work very well. The rooms have multiple power outlets, a thoughtful and practical design. Although the mattress is on the softer side, it's still very comfortable to sleep on. The hot water supply is quick and plentiful, making for a very satisfactory stay.
Hotel Diament Zabrze-Gliwice is a cozy gem! 🌟 The location is perfect—close to the city center yet nestled in a peaceful green area. My Standard Single Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a great winter retreat. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers looking for a blend of comfort and convenience! 🏨
Very happy journey, a beautiful and quiet city hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and helps us find authentic Polish food. The hotel has opened a free music festival for five days in a row. This makes the Chinese feel very lucky. Downstairs is a dining street. Various cuisines come to Kato next time. Still living here
The hotel has a dated 70s exterior, and while the rooms are more 90s, they feel basic and a bit tired. It’s located next to the monastery but also next to a nightclub, so the noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
Breakfast was overpriced for what it offered but the service was overall very good.

GGuest UserOverall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting.
We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument.
We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two.
The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty.
The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish.
Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

DDaniel069DeSilva Inn Hotel is a fantastic find for a solo traveler like me! 🌟 The location near the airport is super convenient, making late-night arrivals a breeze. My single room was spotless and cozy, perfect for winter nights. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt right at home. The gym was a nice bonus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine even while traveling. Plus, the complimentary water on each floor was a thoughtful touch! Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers looking for comfort and convenience! 💪

CChristianSkasGood location a little outside the city center, but right next to the airport bus stop. The hotel's design and technology are not really up to date, but are well maintained. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Cold and warm dishes. Even cake and fresh waffles. Sauna and gym can be used free of charge day and night. The room is a little too dark, but has colorful accents. Wide double bed, separate duvets. TV is small and a little old. Kettle, tea/water and even a DVD player in the room. Overall, highly recommended...!!!
