Of course a beautiful hotel , staff replaced the room on arrival to improved, it was a pleasant bonus ! Breakfasts at the water, it is a separate pleasure, everything is very tasty, clean and hospitality ! We are delighted , this hotel for the admirers of beauty , silence and comfort ! The husband said we'll come back again ))

A great place near the sea. Very welcoming Russian-speaking resepshen.
A convenient common kitchen area.
The main minus - the general sauna on the floor, no sound isolation with the corridor.
Windows without curtains, you need to close the outer stands

Was trying to call the owner via the platform free internet call. However the call was always declined. Upon arrival the owner was there to explain everything and he was real helpful especially getting on WiFi connection. He gave me a WhatsApp number to contact the property however when we needed something we texted the number but no reply was received. Location was alright, short distance to the marina and also we walked 18min to the beach nearby.

Absolutely amazing experience. The service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Room service was on point.
Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated.
Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater.
I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got.
Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel.
Beyond our expectations.

Всё хорошо, есть вся необходимая посуда, и принадлежности, и даже посудомойка и таблетки к ней. Во дворе мангал куча шезлонгов, место тихое, спокойное, большая парковка имеется. Постельное и полотенца белоснежные. Попросили заселить нас на два часа раньше, заселили без проблем и доп платы. Очень милая и приятная хозяйка Инна! Спасибо!

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)

Great hotel! Everything super clean. Service at the top level. A spacious room with a mini kitchen. A coffee machine with good coffee in capsules, microwave oven and cooking panel (induction), but no dishes. The pool is not very large, the sauna works perfectly. Everything is very clean in the spa zone. It's quite a good sports hall with everything necessary. Breakfast in the hotel for five with a plus! Very delicious!!!

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at this hotel. Excellent value for money. The room is small but very beautiful and cozy. Everything is new, with stylish furniture, a magnificent bed, spotless linens, towels, robes, and slippers.
Excellent breakfast (a la carte) and delicious coffee. Friendly staff both at the hotel and in the restaurant. It was a pleasure. Thank you.

LLiuba SWell, my first impression was wonderful: a great spacious room, good location, beautiful swimming pool area. There was a misunderstanding about parking, but it was quickly fixed by the reception staff (this is no longer a question to the hotel, but to Trip.com).
Everything was ruined by the second night from Friday to Saturday. The hotel has a rooftop bar where parties are held. It was too unexpected, because the bass from the music was such that the bed vibrated. It lasted until 1:30 am. Needless to say, the next morning we felt absolutely exhausted.
I suppose the hotel should warn guests about this.

GGuest UserGreat place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.

We have made the appreciation of the room for free in honor of my birthday. Also congratulated on the dessert 🫶🏻.
There is a small spa in the hotel. It was great to warm in sauna and hamama in the evening, and to swim in the pool.
The service is very kind, employees speak English and Russian.
There is a free parking 👍🏻.
