The hotel is a standard five-star hotel. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was good and the check-in experience was very good. The hotel is very convenient to the city's attractions, including the ancient city, Fengchi Garden, and Foding Temple, which are only a few minutes' walk away. The wetland park can be reached by bus. The air is very comfortable when strolling by the river in the morning. There are also many restaurants around, especially the Liupanshui specialty food Laoguo Street, which is only a few minutes away. Hygiene: Very clean. My stay at the Pullman Guiyang was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, which significantly improved my sleep quality. The hotel's dining options were extensive, with a diverse breakfast selection covering both Chinese and Western dishes, and the staff were quick to respond. The location is prime, close to the metro station, making travel very convenient. Overall, the facilities are complete, the service is professional, and it offers good value for money. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers, and I'd recommend it with a 4-5 star rating.

We booked our last day's stay at the state guesthouse. Upon entering the hotel grounds, we immediately noticed convenient charging stations, which was a huge plus. Since we arrived late, they even upgraded us to a standard room on the executive floor, offering a side view of the river and railway – a lovely surprise! The next day, the concierge helped us carry our luggage to our parking spot, which was incredibly thoughtful and truly matched the hotel's five-star service ethos. While the location isn't as central as the Jinjiang, it's very convenient for self-driving, especially for those heading to the highway the next day for their return journey. Compared to the Jinjiang where we stayed the day before, this hotel, despite being a bit further from the ancient town, completely surpassed it! A five-star experience is indeed much more comfortable than a four-star one. Next time I visit Tongren, I will definitely book this hotel again. Especially the quality and service of the front desk – the Jinjiang really fell short in comparison.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the old town, the Confucius Temple, the Martial Temple, and the snack street, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was soft and comfortable. The only minor drawback was that it could get a bit stuffy at night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful; they not only helped us plan our routes to Jiuzhou Ancient Town and Baojiatun but also thoughtfully recommended an amazing bean and rice hotpot place.

If you're coming to Guiyang, you absolutely have to stay at the Sofitel Hunter! The location is simply divine! It's right above Hunter Plaza, and you can walk to Jiaxiu Tower in just a few minutes. All your shopping, dining, and sightseeing needs are covered, with zero hassle for getting around. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; Cat Xiaohan from the staff was super enthusiastic throughout our stay, proactively recommending local delicacies. The turndown service and welcome fruit platter showed amazing attention to detail, and responses were super quick. Rabby at the executive lounge was so welcoming and friendly, especially with children! The 55th-floor sky lobby has an incredible ambiance, and the room views are absolutely stunning. We had such a comfortable and worry-free stay. Seriously, if you're visiting Guiyang, book this place with your eyes closed – you won't be disappointed!

I had a wonderful stay here. Upon arrival, the front desk took us to view the rooms first and offered us a discounted upgrade. It was a fantastic deal, much cheaper than booking online, so we upgraded to a view room. The view of the 白宫, 海豚广场, and the 双子塔 was stunning! The location is perfect, surrounded by food options and right next to a mall open until 12 AM, all within walking distance to the 白宫 and 海豚广场. The only minor inconvenience is that the Huaguoyuan area has a lot of stairs, so going up and down constantly can be a bit tiring😂 The service was exceptional. One late night, the sweet female receptionist who checked me in insisted that I go sleep while she took care of my laundry. The next morning, I found she had dried and even hung my clothes up neatly! Please note that the hotel is inside a shared building. There is no hotel signage or name displayed outside the building, at least I did not see any, so you have to go inside to find it or call them if lost. Once on the correct floor, the front desk is located a bit further inside.

The cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners, and the bathroom had no odors, making me feel very safe and secure. The hotel's public areas were also amazing – every corner was photogenic, and there was even a gym. The biggest surprise was the bathtub and swimming pool; after a long day of playing, a soak or a swim in the evening would instantly relieve all the fatigue of the trip. The service details were the biggest plus! The hotel proactively contacted us the day before our check-in, thoughtfully sending us a super practical travel guide, which saved us a lot of time planning by providing information on scenic routes and nearby restaurants. During our stay, the staff were also very welcoming, responding quickly to any needs and offering exceptional service, like friendly companions. Overall, this hotel is impeccable in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and service. It's close to the scenic spots, convenient for dining, the rooms are comfortable and stylish, and there's a swimming pool and gym, plus the attentive service. This trip was so comfortable; I'll definitely stay here again next time! For anyone traveling around here, you absolutely won't regret choosing this hotel!

The location is right in the heart of Guiyang, making it very convenient to get to several highly-rated restaurants and cafes. It's also great that the hotel now has robots delivering takeout directly to your room.
