The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Everything is perfect except food (lunch and dinner) quality and taste! Rooms are very clean and professional personnels. Surely I will arrange another trip there soon

Очень спокойный отель, в спокойном месте, недалеко от пляжа. Жила на 3 этаже, вид в сторону улицы, с балкона утром видно, как над морем встаёт солнце. От отеля минут 10 до ближайшего магащина пешком, там же останавливаются долмуши в сторону порта и в сторону города Айвалик. В номере есть всё необходимое - рабочий кондиционер, душ с горячей водой, умывальные принадлежности, чайник. В шкафу только 2 вешалки (по-моему, в Турции это норма). Холодильник не работал, но можно было воспользоваться тем, что стоит на веранде для приёма пищи. Останавливалась на две ночи - уборки не было, полотенца не менялись. Вероятно, это всё можно сделать по заказу, но у меня не было необходимости. Wi-fi доступен только в общественных местах зона достаточно большая. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. До мельницы и порта достаточно легко давали пешком, но в удобной обуви. Рекомендую для спокойного отдыха и соло путешествий.

But unfortunately, the equipment is very simple, the trash can can't be opened, there are few paper towels, the bathroom is narrow, the door is difficult to open, the heating is bad, and the air conditioner cannot be used without a socket. Because it was at the beach, it was cold at night, but the quilt was very thin. We took out the thick clothes and covered them to keep warm. Very bleak sleep experience, will not come again.

Замечательный отель. Кузня на высоте. Но было шумно после 23-00. Если вы с дороги и устали, нужно это учитывать.

We spent a very beautiful weekend with my wife. We thank the Moonlight staff first and foremost. We found the hotel's location very comfortable +points for us from the first entry, staff who welcome us with their smiles, the smell of the room cleaned with white soap as soon as they enter the room, and a true small room as soon as they enter us. Good to come diretti 😊 The breakfast was also great, the fact that the entire organic product was chosen and offered in an obscene manner made us feel like at home. It was very happy that it was close to the market, but it was so quiet to be away from the noise. After that, I will certainly recommend to my relatives that they go to the market, the only place I would recommend to them is the Moonlight. I wish you good holidays for those who are already going. The location is beautiful, cleaning is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful. You don't have to take half a pension, open buffet food was small in the individual amount but the taste was good.
