Hotel with the most beautiful views in the world. I once stayed in a water villa at Maldives. But I have to be honest, the view from this hotel is more beautiful than the water villa in the Maldives. + most beautiful view from my room + very close to Masjidil Haram (just a short walk) + comfortable room and well maintained + daily room cleaning and amenities refill + suitable for resting without losing connection to the Haram + many food options around the hotel + helpful if you want a more relaxed pace during your stay + plenty of lifts to avoid queues during rush hour + there is a special lift on the upper floors which helps reduce rush hour queues. + very helpfull staff + high speed wifi + you can hear the call to prayer and the imam from the mosque directly from your room + early check-in can be served when rooms are available. + you have 2 choice to go to Haram. You can use ajyad street or zamzam tower. - price is quite high, especially for Kaaba view rooms - the elevator does not require an access card, allowing outsiders to enter. In my case, there was someone from the Swissotel Al Maqam hotel who got the wrong room. If I ever visit the Grand Mosque again, I will choose this hotel again and again. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Hotel location is not near with bus about 20/25 min with bus.bus is not available.every 1 hour 1 bus is not sufficient in Ramadan time.we spent more money with taxi to go hotel to haram sharif.30/40 saudi real with taxi has to paid to go haram.other time don't know how is bus service but Ramadan time poor bus service.i don't recommend who is go specifically Ramadan time.but other time you can find more cheap hotel near haram sharif.

Service was very bad ,bed mattresses were not good ,broken pillows,need to ask again and again for one minor item ,staff was rude and air con was not working properly either Location was very good

Jumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.

Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay. The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for family, business, or religious travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. A truly excellent stay from start to finish.

Everything was outstanding, from the hotel reception staff to every detail. They truly excelled in every aspect: flexible service, cleanliness, and excellent manners. The location of the hotel is fabulous There are three routes to the masjid ul haram. One is exiting the lobby and turning left, walking up marriott and then turning right (you will see the haram to see what I mean) - then walk down the slight hill. The second is exiting the lobby, and walking left across the street, straight through hilton convention. The third is exiting the lobby, turning left and walking up the stairs that are next to Makkah Gate sign. You then turn left and head to haram down the escalators that everyone posts about online! It is hilly using route one or three, but not really an issue for walking or pram users. This is aside from two other ways to reach the haram: the marriott shuttle bus which drops you near conrad, near the I love Makkah area. Or, the golf buggy which takes you the same route as Walking Route One I mentioned above. Id recommend getting the buggy as its less crowded. The golf buggy comes to the same drop off spot to take you back. Shuttles buggys are really constant and timely, jus wait around. The marriott is opposite the Address hotels back entrance. There are wonderful coffee shops if you climb the stairs as mentioned in my Walking Route 3 I mentioned above. Great area to take children to play and run around. The mosque is part of the haram so every room has a live speaker during prayer time with mic volume to adjust. You can joim salaah from your room or go to the prayer room on floor 3. Reception gave us a cheaper breakfast or dinner price than online voucher places. Breakfast is average but convenient. There is a cafe on ground floor that serves nice hot or cold food anytime in the day. A baskin Robbins freezer is also there. Hotel staff and reception are lovely!!!

Stayed at Rose star hotel Jeddah and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was smooth. The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A great option for anyone visiting Jeddah .
