The hotel location is bit far from Masjidil Haram. The room and view are wonderful. The amenities are also provided as per guess requirement. But, the mattress is medium to hard, not suitable for me.

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Makkah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Grand Mosque, making our Umrah journey much more convenient. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Jumeirah Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

The location is not very convenient for walking to the Kaaba, but the hotel is very clean and provides great service. The facilities are also good, and amenities such as parking and the gym are free. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the Kaaba, which is very convenient and makes transportation easier. The price is reasonable, especially for three people sharing a room. The rooms are large enough and comfortable for families. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a clean hotel with good service at a reasonable price.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and feels brand new. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, it's just a short walk from Al Haram, which made everything so convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makkah!

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

Absolutely delightful! Swissotel is definitely on my list for my next trip. The room was clean, tidy, cleaned daily, and the breakfast had a great variety. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning... I could've stayed there forever! 🥰😏😏

An unforgettable stay at Raffles Makkah Palace. The Panoramic One-Bedroom Suite with Kaaba View exceeded all expectations. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Holy Kaaba was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The suite was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Service was exceptional, breakfast was excellent, and the direct access to Masjid al-Haram made our Umrah journey incredibly comfortable. Worth every penny for the view, comfort, and memories. We would definitely stay here again, insyaAllah. ❤️

Check-in was smooth and easy. Concierge were always helpful. The quadruple room was comfortable and suitable for our stay. However, in terms of space, it was just enough for four people and felt a little tight, especially with our luggage. Overall, the room was still comfortable and practical. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from with limited option to suit different tastes. Distance is the main reason for me choosing this hotel. The walk from the hotel lobby to the tower entrance takes no more than 3 minutes, and from there, it’s only about a 2-minute walk to the mosque entrance. The walk was mostly indoor which is a plus point during summer.
