We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Makkah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Grand Mosque, making our Umrah journey much more convenient. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Jumeirah Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

I had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully maintained, and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast had a great selection, and the facilities were excellent. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly made this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay, and I will definitely be returning.

Love the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

I had a pleasant stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah during my visit for umrah in summer. The hotel enjoys an excellent location within the Abraj Al Bait complex and really convenient access to Masjid al-Haram and nearby amenities. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and it is really ma great choice for pilgrims visiting the holy city.

Overall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner. Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest. Appreciated and thanks.

Every hotel staff member was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location was fantastic, very close to the mosque entrance, making everything convenient. It was also near many restaurants and souvenir shops. Highly recommend!

A special mention must be made for Mr. Kamal Uddian from room service. · He is highlighted as ”really great” – energetic, soft-spoken, and incredibly helpful. · His ability to speak Hindi is a major plus for Indian subcontinent travelers. · He goes above and beyond to assist with arranging food, cabs, or any other requests, making guests feel well-supported. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or room service for food. However, this is easily compensated for by the plethora of nearby walkable food shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for business travelers, tourists, and pilgrimage visitors (Umrah) looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base in Jeddah.
