Absolutely delightful! Everything was perfect. We stayed in May, and the hotel wasn't crowded at all. Our room was upgraded, which was a nice bonus. We had dinner at the European restaurant – the fish was delicious, and the service was excellent.

The settlement at 2: 00, we arrived at 4: 00, but the room was not ready yet. At the reception, a very nice and cheerful girl of Mira said that there was a big drive before us, had to wait about an hour, settled at 17: 00, but we were allowed to stay free of charge when expelling. The room was quite clean, given that the sand was drawn from the beach in one way or another, then before us the number washed well, the sand was nowhere (apparently, so the cleaning was so long). In the bathroom the shower curtain is purely symbolic, the water is poured straight on the floor, because of this in the room all constantly wet, plus the wet sea climate, and in the room there is a smell of moisture, with the air conditioning on, in the idea, normal, But without it almost immediately it gets sour. Furniture and mattresses due to humidity also look a little alive, but if you spend most of the time on the beach, it is quite comfortable to spend a few nights here. The hotel has a very convenient location, 4 minutes walk to the beach, on the road a large choice of cafes and shops, all at hand. Inside the hotel also everything is very conveniently arranged, the door of our room went out straight to the pool, next to the dining room wall, 24-hour access to microwave and dishes, breakfast was also good, there is something to choose, omlet, sausages, cooked eggs, a couple of salads, a couple of kinds of cookies, something else. A good pool, though not as big as it seems in the photo. Wi-fi is unstable, it has to switch all the time between several networks, and can be disabled completely. In general, a comfortable hotel for a holiday with children, a family and friendly atmosphere in the season.

Замечательный современный отель, сделано всё со вкусом, в едином стиле. У нас было 2 четырёхместных номера с двухъярусными кроватями, детям 13-14 лет было комфортно спать на них, места достаточно. В номерах - чайник, кофе, чай, сахар, холодильник. Мебель вся новая, качественная. Порадовала чистота в гостинице, несмотря на полную загрузку. Чистые ароматные полотенца и постельное белье. По утрам хорошие завтраки - небольшой шведский стол, состоящий из сосисок, макарон, каши, яичницы, варёных яиц, свежих овощей ,салатов, колбасы, хлеба, печенье, джем, масло. Большой парковки при отеле нет, но нам нашли местечко для двух машин во дворе. Мы попали в период высокого сезона, людей на пляже очень много, но если проехать 5км по дороге в сторону магнетити, свернуть на арене в лес, попадете на хороший менее загруженный пляж. Отель на трип.ком даёт очень хорошую цену, за эту цену в Грузии попадались только номера со сталинскими кроватями) В заключении, хочется поблагодарить персонал H2O за приветливость и отзывчивость.
