"We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and quick. Front office staff were very helpful. Undercover parking was easy to navigate. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom looked newly renovated. One thing that confused us was the light switch for the living room and bathroom was by the entry door. So you had to walk to the front door to turn the light on and off then walk into the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Plus there was no exractor fan for the shower so it got very steamy in there. Mirror and shower screen all fogged up. Poor design. We had a great view of the ocean. The pool area and front entry are being renovated but that didn't not inconvenience us. When the pool is completed the view from the window will be beautiful"

"The staff are all helpful , they help to set up a soda bed for the child before arrival. Variety of breakfast selections. Strategic location only 1 min away from Busselton Jetty and close to many restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"The is very spacious. The king bed is big and comfortable. It's well maintained all the wall and ceilings are clean and looks new. Have coffee capsule machine and all standard stuff from every hotel provided. The best is the balcony with the vine view. And the bonus point is having kangaroos hanging around the golf resort even in front of your balcony area. Location wise is 30 mins away from the city. But, it's a good place to relax."

"The room was a bit cramped. There was one bed in the outer room and two single beds in the inner room. With three suitcases (30, 28, and 20 inches) it felt crowded, though you could still walk around. The main issue was having only one air conditioner – an old, noisy window unit. The inner bedroom had no AC at all. This kind of unit hasn't been used in China for 20 years, and it's the first time I've encountered something like it during all my travels abroad; I was quite surprised. You can park directly in front of the door. It's fine for a quick overnight stay. Albany is a pretty cold and windy town, but it's also beautiful and comfortable."

"This hotel has a standard motel setup, where you can park right in front of your room. The facilities and cleanliness are perfectly adequate for a short stay during a trip. Breakfast is mostly cold items, but it's enough to fill you up. Of course, you can also order hot food for an additional charge."

This destination is undoubtedly one of the most relaxing places you can visit, with breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere that invites you to unwind. The accommodations, especially the lakefront rooms, are fantastic. They provide a perfect vantage point to soak in the picturesque scenery. However, there are areas that need attention, particularly regarding the cleaning service. On our two-day stay, the cleaners arrived quite late, and unfortunately, their work did not meet expectations. The bed wasn't properly made, the pillowcases were not changed, and the floors were not vacuumed, which was quite disappointing. This aspect highlights the need for improved management of the housekeeping team to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness. The resort's restaurant, however, is a highlight. It boasts a beautiful ambiance and a menu that delivers a perfect balance of flavors. The food was expertly prepared, but we did find the portion size of the duck leg ordered for our 12-year-old to be a bit small. While the presentation and taste were exceptional, a larger portion would enhance the overall dining experience. Another minor concern was the noise levels in the rooms. With some soundproofing measures, particularly on walls shared with other rooms, the overall comfort could be significantly improved. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to the warm atmosphere of the resort. I would highly recommend visiting Karri Valley Resort for its heavenly lake views and relaxing environment. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to be an unparalleled getaway in WA."

"Had no wifi and they couldnt help us. Advertised as wifi is included Put the kettle on and the fuse blew. Power was returned asap. Not what we expected and not a good start. However great service from morning breakfats crew and dinner crew. Beautiful place to stay at."

"Great location and get the Marina View Room. Basement carpark is very secure. Amenities in the room are conolete for simple heating. My Riom, 2, had stains on the curtains and carpets :( 10 minutes drive to Madurah Forum for shopping and 8 minutes walk to the Madurah Cruises office to book your Dolphin/Wildlife Cruises."

"Second time staying. It's a nice stay. Clean room, nice design, nice view of the sky during sunrise and sunset. Good service. The parking at the street is AUD16 for 2 hours. To park inside the hotel is AUD30 whole day multiple entry. They do not provide water bottle in the room. You can take a reusable bottle from the F&b area and fill up filtered water or sparkling water for free. Location wise is just next to Kingspark, not far from the city."

"The room was OK, the bed was a little small, but after some adjustments, I was able to sleep with my child. I didn't ask for too much, so that we could go whale watching that day. I met my next-door neighbor. Something happened at home that day. She was very understanding and I was grateful for her emotional support."
