Lovely place right around the corner from main square, lovely staff, big room, no complaints

On the positive side, this small hotel is centrally located, conveniently situated to explore lovely Braşov. The building is also beautifully renovated, well maintained and clean. On the other hand, I found the staff unwelcoming and not helpful. The QR code for requesting help on WhatsApp doesn’t work either. Although I loved the bathroom, the room itself was dim, and could have been fitted with a mirror - the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. It would also be great to have the option of filling water bottles somewhere; this is a very basic way of minimizing plastic waste. My biggest issue, and the reason I will not recommend this establishment, is the poor mattress quality - mine was thin and lumpy, and even after putting a duvet over it, it was still very uncomfortable. Falling asleep was very challenging. I asked via WhatsApp and also the receptionist to try and resolve the issue for the second night, but nothing further was done but making up the bed with the second duvet that I had already taken from the other bed. Another issue that could have been a potential problem at check-in was that I had not received the entry code for the gate. The receptionist insisted that they had emailed it, which was not true. You need a SIM card that allows phone calls to resolve such issues; I was lucky that a random stranger let me in. Lastly, be aware that breakfast does not cater for dietary requirements.

Located in the center of Brasov, it is very convenient to go everywhere.

Overall good experience, receptionist was helpful and friendly. Strategic location for sure, the black church just opposite of the homestay.

There were everything that should be there. The quilt pillow was of average quality and the lighting was dim. One surprise was that the room had a large balcony, which was very comfortable. Especially amazing is the staff at the front desk of the hotel, who are professional and enthusiastic, and take the initiative to help us carry our luggage.

It was very good with a refrigerator and kitchen, but as soon as I opened the refrigerator, I smelled bad. In addition, it was necessary to contact the Wi Fi password described in the explanation book placed in the room and the password of ten years old were different. In addition, towels, dryers, cups, cooking equipment, TV, etc. were also included, and it was a facility that was not troublesome if it was about one night. Especially good is the location. It was very easy to enter the room just a little from the main street

The hotel is in a great location, with a large shopping mall nearby. It is an innovative and modern hotel. Floor-to-ceiling glass is the main design inspiration of this hotel. The breakfast is rich.
