高いだけあって、レセプショニストのレベルの高さを感じました。
忘れ物に気づきましたが、配送手続きのサービスの提供がなく（着払いで）、高いホテルの割には柔軟性に乏しく、融通が利かないので、不便で困っています。

Hotel Aro Palace 酒店大堂算是精美而且非常之大 需然並不美輪美奐 但當您選擇入住 不會後悔 加上酒店内應有設施 如大型暖水泳池 桑拿房夠曬大 今次東歐之遊第三個站 布拉索夫 選擇阿羅宫 非常滿意 提示停車場需要收費。

We stayed here for 2 nights on a group tour after disembarking our River Cruise. We really have NO complaints , yes it doesn’t look great from the outside , but once inside very surprising for Romania. Large foyer, staff friendly , large room overlooking Citadel , breakfast adequate, everything very clean . What more could you ask for? You are barely in the hotel, we holiday to see the sights of Braşov, Great location, around the corner, many great restaurants and shopping , all very affordable compared to many countries in Europe . We wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.
