The place was homely and clean. The only setback is the poor programming of the elevator system. As i was staying on the 21st floor, most times i had to take the lift up to 25 to go back down to Ground floor because of the no of people who does the same from the lower floors. Especially during peak times. Some days there’s also s stench coming from the toilets. And too many Grab drivers complain about coming in and leaving the Empire City because of (maybe) the lack of signboards from the highways. Other than the above, my stay there was nice. The nearby Empire City Mall is certainly a plus point if only more stores are open.

I had a great experience with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. It was great. Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centres and sight are nearby. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights. - had sofa - plug points on each side of bed - bedside table each side - toilet rack for clothes - mini stove - house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights - wall decor Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Stayed in this hotel a few times but this is the first time I booked the premier room. The room was extremely cold even at maximum temperature if 30 degree. I had to switch off the aircon. The lighting outside the room is too dim. Likewise for the room as they used purple light for the front if the bed. Time to upgrade your hair dryer. I had short hair and usually need less than 5 minutes to blow dry my hair. With this hairdryer even at maximum speed, it takes forever to blow dry the hair. Looks like paying extra for room might not always be the best deal.

The hotel breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food choices. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful, with plenty of options for different tastes. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

The room was just excellent for such price, the hotel staff was very professional. The automatic check-in system isn't working perfectly yet - for example, my bank card wasn't recognized. It's good that the hotel accepted cash and that the employee was very helpful. Furthermore, the hotel is quite far from the terminal, about 20 km. This should be taken into account when planning your trip. However, the hotel does offer a shuttle service, and the journey to the airport takes about 15-20 minutes. In general my experience was positive, but it is better to have some cash / different cards and understand that this hotel (despite the name) is not in the terminal and not even really close.

I used this hotel for a solo trip. My flight arrived late at night and departed early in the morning, so I opted for a hotel directly connected to the airport. It was easy to get to the city center, and I was very happy with the hotel – it offered good value for money. There's a complimentary buggy service that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back (they're usually waiting, so you can just ask on the spot). The room was cleaned daily. The plumbing was fine, including water pressure and temperature. There are two power outlets on either side of the bed, so I could comfortably charge multiple devices overnight. The amenities provided were sufficient! As for food and drink, bottled water isn't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. (I think the water in the glass bottle is drinking water, but I'm unsure how long it had been there; the cap was dusty). I also used room service twice as it was inexpensive, delicious, and the portions were generous. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I'm considering staying here again if I have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur.

To make things even better, it would be great if you could provide clothes hangers. Here in Malaysia, many women wear headscarves, and sometimes we bring outfits for events, so it's really inconvenient not to have a place to hang towels and clothes. Also, a more absorbent bath mat would be helpful. That's all. The water pressure in my room's tap for the toilet was also quite slow, maybe you could check why. Anyway, overall the experience was okay, I wasn't frustrated at all. In fact, for the price I paid for two nights, I'm quite satisfied.

After 10 am, you need to take a taxi or walk to T2 to catch a bus or train to T1. If it weren't for the convenient location, I wouldn't have stayed somewhere so expensive. I booked a double room and arrived at T1 airport around 12 AM. I took the free airport shuttle to T2 and then walked to the hotel, checking in around 12:30 AM. The room had no mini-fridge or disposable toiletries. The TV remote and bottled water were covered in dust. There was a chair in the room, but it felt unstable when I sat on it; I'm not sure if the screws were loose or if it was actually broken. The room was quite dusty, but I figured I'd only be sleeping there for one night, so I'd make do. After checking in, I heard crows cawing all night. If we hadn't been exhausted from a full day of flying, we wouldn't have been able to sleep at all. The soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear the sound of shower water from upstairs or next door, and the opening of doors was also very loud. And all this for about 350 MYR for one night! The only pro is its proximity to the airport; there are no other advantages. 😂 The next day, after having breakfast downstairs and on my way back to the room, I suddenly smelled a strong burning odor. I happened to pass by the bar and saw smoke inside, but there was no one there at all. Later, when I sent my husband to report it, the alarm went off, and only then did we realize what had triggered it. 😂

Overall, it's a really good hotel with a very affordable price. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend it.
