Spacious, clean and affordable accommodation in an excellent location with access to shopping malls and MRT. Comfy bed and sofa. Also like the surrounding greenery and quiet areas. This is my 4th time staying here as it is not far from Subang airport. Improvements: signs of ”aging” (furniture, toilet fixtures, etc) in this otherwise charming hotel (there is a newer ”the Curve” hotel under the same hotel chain nearby). A box of tissue should be provided, and having USB outlets will be great. Highly recommended nevertheless.

I had a great stay at Paxtonz Premium Suites! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The location is extremely convenient, having a Village Grocer in the building just opposite is a huge plus for grabbing essentials or a quick meal. One thing to note is that the cellphone reception can be a bit weak inside the unit. However, the provided Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which easily bridged the gap for calls and data. Aside from that, I had no issues at all. The water pressure in the shower was also quite good, which is always a big plus for me! Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it!

This was my second time staying here, and this visit was especially memorable as I had just gotten married and our wedding venue was nearby. We had a very pleasant stay and a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be coming back again soon. Moreover, the location is very convenient — it’s within walking distance to McDonald’s and the mall, making it easy to find food and enjoy some window shopping

Traveling for work. The bedsheet and blanket makes me feel itchy. cockroach in the room. No toothbrush kit provided. The chair has a big white patch as if someone had a great time on it. Didn’t sleep well that night ruined my next work day with important meetings

Location is so good with a sheltered link way to the big shopping mall & MRT Station! Staffs are friendly & helpful. Check in & out are so smooth. Love the separated bathroom & toilet settings too. We enjoyed our stay so much, will come back again!

Surprise with earlier check in! Service up to standard, at least able to handle simple question like location, explain to how go swimming pool. Attentive with my lost expression.- helpful Small incident Day 1, for room cleaning- did not clean the two cups Day 2, water bottle - I broken the open (like canned opener), they replaced it with plastic mineral bottle Small sofa, materials seems not recommended- causing itchy skin.. not sure due to.. me or the sofa materials or the hygiene. Aircond seems quite cool.. luckily is adjustable. Refurbish at the acceptable level. Overall feel moderate not antique. Walking to shopping mall is the best for choosing the place. Good sound proof too.

Had an early morning flight, so I chose this hotel the night before. It seems to have been renovated in recent years. The room size was decent, and the facilities felt pretty good. It's very close to Terminal 1 with a connecting walkway. The hotel shuttle golf carts run about every five minutes, which is super convenient. There are also plenty of dining options in the terminal, though a bit pricier than in the city. The hotel was very quiet; you could barely hear any planes taking off or landing. The minibar offered four complimentary drinks. Didn't have time to try breakfast due to the early flight.

Check in facility was smooth, friendly front desk and manager helpful. we are family of 5 ( 2 rooms) and it was accomodating and great stay for 4 days 3 nights as my parents were staying nearby, and we are back to celebrate CNY. The beach pool maybe can have a bit improvement as its a bit dirty ( a bit dissapointment for my kids) but hotel rooms were very clean and daily cleaned up well. Kudos to the housekeeping team for keeping my housekey i realised i lost it after 3 days checking out and my parents went back to the lobby and got it back. Thankful to them. Its a great place to stay. rooms were quiet no odour and free mineral bottle water and coffee tea. clean towels, good bed.

Service was excellent!! Even though I was there way before check in time.. they expedite hotel room readiness and even msg me once room is available... Walking distance to I-City mall..

I booked this hotel for a one-night layover because I had an early morning flight to Kuantan the next day. The hotel was quite comfortable; the room size was comparable to chain hotels back home. There's a pretty large swimming pool, and we enjoyed a nice swim there in the evening. We left early in the morning as it's very close to the airport. The shuttle bus takes about 10 minutes and runs every two hours. We took the 5:20 PM shuttle, which departs from a white bus parked near (but not exactly at) Gate 3 on the ground floor of Terminal 1. You can look for it around that time. When checking in, just arrange your shuttle time for the next day with the hotel staff.
