We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location. Near to most attractions. Great services from the staffs. Breakfast was great too.

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

The location is okay, nearby to eateries and Mydin Mall. The cleanliness could have been better, but otherwise okay. It was a bit confusing to check in as the check in area or the main lobby is at level 4. The signage is not that prominent for first time guest. Different rooms also have different lift access which can be confusing too. The room also not really sound-proof as I can hear every single thing from outside the room and the neighbouring rooms.

The room very clean. I love their buffet breakfast spread , have locak delicacies like nasi dg and nasi kerabu. The staff is friendly, always greet us and offer help. My grandchildren love the pool very much because the swimming pool is big

Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night.

Spacious hotel, got both fan and aircond, clean, got basic toiletries and mineral water. No sound proof. Helpful and kind staff. Very near with kb mall. Please reminded need to pay parking fee or got summon.

Best place either good amenities. Strategic location as its located in the middle of the city. Also easy to reach to wakaf che yeh at night. Just walk around and don't need to think about car park. Very recommended as the room also comfortable . Will repeat for next visit.

Stayed at Ibis Kota Bharu recently and it was a great experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and simple. Staff are friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay in Kota Bharu.

The place is quite nice. I have no problem with the beds, the amenities. My only problem is the bathroom. As you can see, it didn't look properly maintained and cleaned. I hope they'll do something about it.

Ample free parking outside hotel, no bathroom amenities like toothbrush or shaver provided. Towels are clean but look slightly worn. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to eateries, street food, night market and 7-11
