Great place to stay if ur just driving through like us. Not for a holiday stay but more like a rest stop. Friendly staff especially the valet and the restaurant staff. Check in staff was also nice but checking out time the lady was not very friendly. Rooms are tiny but enough. Quality of blankets can be improved. Shower was hot and perfect. Breakfast quality was good too. Overall a nice hotel.

Guest UserI liked the hammam, it was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. The only downside is the location. It's located in the middle of favelas, and the walk to the sea is also through favelas. The view from any window is terrible.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was big and comfortable. But at mealtimes we were always rushed. Staff would take away your plate etc whilst other people were still eating. Not good manners. We were told once you have 30 minutes to finish your drink! My friend had a steak so asked for a steak knife. No steak knives in restaurant so had to cut it with ordinary knife. My friend had his own restaurant in UK and was not impressed.

MiiLFantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

NicholasThe hotel and staff itself are great. Nothing is too much hassle. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The main issue is the location however. Really not a nice part of the city I’m afraid and it’s about a 20 minute walk to anything approaching civilization. Other than that a really great hotel😜

RRY2100We were in the hotel with my son on the weekend. The hotel is under repair, there is noise and once switched off the water. Despite this very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, pulled away the bed - no dust. It was also pleasant that the pool was clean. The breakfast was very modest.

The bedroom was very well designed, Bed & pillows extremely comfortable. It was great to have a duvet that was actually bigger than the bed. Shower was brilliant & great to have a hairdryer that was not attached to the wall, making it easier to style your hair. ALL staff were very helpful, polite & friendly. hope exam went well!). Food could have been a little hotter at times, but other than that it was plentiful and of good quality. All drinks were also of good quality & again a good selection of local & imports. We had a wonderful time. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks VM RESORT MERSIN
