The two rooms just ok. Ac is cold. Staff hotel is friendly & helpfull. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Easy to get food & drink by walking distance.

The trip to Renai Hotel was excellent, came around 1pm and get to ask the receptionist how much was the total deposit and thru that they told us your room is ready and can check in early. ************* everything went well 🤲🏻☺️
1) The lobby was lovely and smells good too
2) Our room was perfect
3) Clean room & toilets
4) Spacious
5) The service was excellent
6) Housekeeping was good too
7) The food for breakfast was great
So far staying here makes me wanna come again 🤲🏻🥰

10 times stay here Everthing is good , closed With shop , restaurant and easy to Find . Bigger room. Event old hotel But still manageable But some improve needed
1. Check in : i arrived at hotel on 1500pm but my room not ready until 1650pm After i come for follow up
2. Some dust as in the picture
3. I think the hotel should clean the outside building ( Mould / Fungus)

Was pretty easy to locate the hotel. Ample parking spaces. Reception was excellent, staff were very nice, polite and friendly. Had a fabulous room with fantastic view overlooking the city. Room was big spacious. The only downside is the gym & pool’s under renovation. Had wanted to dip into the pool but all’s good. Will definitely pick this hotel when back.
